Wanted to only stay for 2 weeks but paying for a month was cheaper than paying for the weekly rate twice. Campground is big and lots of campers everywhere. Many full time residents (workers). No cable. WiFi only if you pay for it from your site. Hard to get on the internet because it depended on what was the time of day. Free WiFi in activity center. Hookups are at end of site so you have to use more sewer hose. Probably will not return. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

One of the cleanest parks we've ever seen. Wide sites with good access for big rigs. I never saw the office open so can't comment on that service, but everyone else we met was friendly. Self checkin could have been better explained but we got it done. Lots going on, many activities. Great hiking and dog walking in the desert right across the street. We stayed a week. We will certainly return. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.

We pulled in on a weekend and found it strange that the office is closed on weekends but it was easy enough to grab a self checking envelope and grab a spot. Un-knowingly we parked behind the office where the sites are very wide open but I guess it is primarily monthly sites, but got no grief from the office. The main part of the park has some palm tree's but is tighter so we didn't care about being by the tree's. When the wind is just right there is some smell from a near by cattle farm and the Verizon service is terrible, terrible. Utilities are at the rear of the sites so we needed a sewer extension. If you have a RZR this would be a good place to stay and explore but like mentioned by others, not much in the area. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

I've stayed here twice over the last three years, only for one night as I passed through. The people here are friendly and helpful. They even offered to setup all my hookups for me the first time I was here. I really appreciate the dog runs. Fenced in, and two separate areas so you usually end up with an area to yourself. It's a very clean park, easy to get to from the freeway. I made it a point to stay here in January when I was again on my way east. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Got here only to learn that the office closed at 1 PM - which they did not tell me when I made the reservation. They also only accept cash, no credit cards - which they did not tell me when I called. Fortunately, I had the exact amount of cash required but it was irritating to get blind sided. Sites are OK but the electrical boxes are worn and hard to use. Complicated instructions are posted at the self sign in area but not with the information packet. This may be a great place for snow birds but disappointing right now, unless you are looking for no service, isolation and little to do. Would I stay here again ?? Tried to stay here. Office closed at 1pm. Went to designated overnight sites, tried 3 sites, no electrical power. We wasted an hour looking for a site and finally left. Will never return here. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

This was one of the nicest Arizona parks we have stayed at. Extremely friendly staff, the cleaest largest laundry rooms we've ever used in an RV park. There were even 2 geocaches wkthin walking distance. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

We found this park to be one of the friendliest parks we have stayed in. We enjoyed our potlucks for Thanksgiving and Christmas with the park providing the turkeys. Management listened to all concerns or complaints and takes corrective action when necessary. The sites are very large with plenty of room for vehicles. Security is always out and about even at night, so we felt very safe. We have already booked for next year to stay again. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The streets are paved; the sites are gravel. The roads are wide and it's easy to get around. They have a full activity calendar and a fair amount of longer term residents (months not yrs) the park is clean and the sites have enough room to put out your slides and awnings and not be in the next sites living room. The staff was friendly. It's far enough away from Phoenix that you do not have the maddening crowds but close enough to make a trip to town for supplies. The rate reflects the PA. They have internet access that you have to pay for and Verizon MiFi works OK. Propane is available on site and a large club house and other amenities. All and all a nice park and one of the nicer ones in the PA system. I'd stay here again. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

A nice park with easy access off I-10. For the time frame we were traveling, reservations were not required for overnight stays. There were plenty of sites available. We were escorted to our site. We had a pull through and I believe the entire park is pull throughs. Though we were only staying the night we were invited to bingo and ice cream. As we left we also noted a breakfast activity was being set up. The park is spacious with nice roads for those who like to get out and stretch their legs. Although I had trouble with wi fi, this is a nice park, especially to overnight. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Warning! When the opportunity arrives this RV Park will rip you off. We signed up for a month with plans to stay through the winter. After all, the price was right, and the RV Park was far away from the city atmosphere of Phoenix. Unfortunately, this RV Park is now catering to attract workers for the nearby nuclear power plant. Those workers come and go at all hours of the day and night. There is a good deal of traffic noise from those workers. That noise is combined with the loud I-10 traffic noise. We decided to leave after 20 days and find a quiet park elsewhere for the winter. We did not ask for a refund on the monthly price. We did request the unused portion of the $50 electric deposit. Management refused to return our entitled electric refund. Shame on them, and they have a well developed system to avoid returning your electric deposit. They never did ask why we were leaving early, and they did not say thank you for returning. We will not return. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Rate is PPA rate. We have stayed here several times when traversing I-10. It is a big park with lots of pull thrus for 1 nighters, good 50 amp, did not hookup to water or sewer. AT&T worked good. Sites are long and many 20 feet wide. As I said, we have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Super friendly staff and an enormous facility. Lots of fun activities. We are traveling cross country in a large Motorhome and trying to economize by staying at Passport America sites. This was our first real experience of an RV destination park. My one big complaint was that the overnight parking lot for transients was at the furthest point from all of the facilities. My husband pointed out that this was ridiculous if they wanted people to come back. He's right. They have a ton to offer, but in this mega sized park, you need to break out your car or bike to participate. It was easily 1/2 mile to the activity center. Still, it was clean, well run and with the phenomenal selection of things to do, worth visiting again! We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

The nightly rate was very reasonable with the Passport America discount. Campground is beautifully landscaped with spacious pull-through sites to accommodate large rigs. Self check-in has very clear step-by-step instruction. We will definitely return when the opportunity arises in the future. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a large snowbird park. Rate shown is with PA discount which is good for three days. As said in previous review, the office is closed on Sundays, but self registration is easy. Overnighters are asked to park in the two rows closest to the highway, but that's not a problem because there is very little traffic. Sites are fairly level with a small concrete patio, and there is some OTA television for those of us without satellites. I will come again. We camped at Saddle Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
