Park sits below a huge freeway wall but noise goes mostly over the top. Our site was small and at odd angles with our neighbors. Some traffic noise is apparent but is tolerable. No Wifi, no cable. Sites are level and electric is solid and stable. VERY small patio with picnic table. Access roads within the park are good for large RVs but some sites are quite small. Main advantage of this park is easy off and on from freeway and quick access to all things near Tucson. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

Don't let the Good Sam ratings fool you. WiFi is Tengo Internet and is slow and inconsistent (knocks you off regularly). It's not pet friendly....you have to go out of the park and across the street (onto city property). Our site is a "pull-thru" that you have to back out of, because a palm tree is in the way. All of the site, except the concrete Patio area, is pea-gravel, which is hard to walk in, and gets brought into your unit on your shoes. All other facilities are great, but I still wouldn't recommend. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

There is a sewer smell in the park. Spaces are small. Pull ins have pea gravel that gets stuck in your shoes. Gnats everywhere. Manager is judgemental on a person's looks. Dog walk inadequate and they will not allow certain breeds of dogs because they are on the 'aggressive breed' list. Wifi is expensive if you use it. Extra charge for more than 2 people. Not family friendly. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The spaces are very small. We didn't have enough room to open our awning. It was quiet. The restrooms and laundry were clean, but there was a sewer smell in both. The restroom in the center of the park is nicer than the one in the main building. We could not get the WiFi to work at all. The roads were paved, but the sites were partially pea gravel. It was difficult to level the trailer in the gravel. It got inside of our shoes every time we entered or exited the trailer. We would stay there again. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice place. They finished the construction on Interstate 10 and it's now easy on and off to the park. Being close to the freeway, we heard no road noise. Restrooms were clean. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very laid back with a mix of long term and one-night guests. The Good Sam discount and weekly prices are good. The pool is nice, although we wished there was a playground or grassy area for kids. The park is right next to the great bike/walk path that continues for miles in both directions, great for the dogs. The spots are close together. The laundry rooms are clean and modern, didn't use the bathrooms or showers. The construction on the bridge is now done, so the park is easy to access. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were here during the Tucson Gem Show period, so were somewhat surprised when they took our reservation (3 days before). When we arrived, they were only able to squeeze us into a small space--good thing we weren't over 30' and we weren't towing. Stayed only the one night, but the camp seemed quiet with a mix of full-time and part-time (bordering on long-term since it was Feb in AZ). New road construction (freeway overpass) makes it tricky to get into. Staff was pleasant, but somewhat harried because they were starting to use the overflow for "reserved" folks like us. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

Although this park was a little hard to get to due to construction, it is was well worth the effort. The grounds, laundry, bathrooms, everything: was spotlessly clean and well cared for. The interior streets are paved and there is "pea" gravel to park on. We stayed in the overnight pull through area and it was all "pea" gravel. Don't wear shoes with any kind of cleat on the bottom or a tread that the gravel can get stuck in or it will be carried into your unit from your shoes. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are several park models and long term (seasonal) units, all attractive. No old junkie units. Although the park sits up against the interstate, we had little noise to bother us. Heard a distant train at night but nothing to bother. For a park this size, there were 14 washer and dryers and a nice CLEAN area to fold with an ironing board available. Basically this is an adult park. No area for childrens play equipment, but there were a few children around. Nice pool and hot tub area with shaded patio and tables to relax. Community activities too. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is great location for shopping. Was a bit noisy outside, but was quiet inside the 5th wheel. Road construction caused a little confusion while trying to travel around the area since we are new to area. Construction is scheduled to be completed very soon. Park is very clean and professionally run. WiFi worked good. We will return and spend a few nights on our trip back west. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park's best feature was their convenience to downtown Tucson. It's in a location that is hard to get to right now due to construction and it's right next to the freeway, close to a train so it's a bit noisy. The people who checked us in were very friendly, our rate reflects the discount they gave to artists participating in the 4th Avenue Fair. They are right next to a walking / biking trail. Their Tengo Internet was very slow and we gave up using it after the first hour and used our JetPack. We did appreciate the hot tub each evening, we were working and on our feet all day so that was a nice convenience. Our biggest issue with this park was the actual site. Due to a palm tree on one side and the placement of the water / electric pedestal and the location of our 4 slides, we had to have our 5th wheel positioned very precisely which put our truck's front wheels on the curb. When it came time to hitch / un-hitch the curb and the very thick gravel in the site made it very difficult. If we stay here again, I would request a site without trees, one that hadn't just been graveled with 6 inches of gravel and one of the sites that wasn't in the front row with the weird curb issue. In the unhitching process we did end up with our blocks / landing gear slipping in the gravel a bit which caused the hitch to damage our almost new toolbox that sits between the hitch and the tailgate, so we weren't happy about that at all. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Weren't sure how long we were going to stay, they offered to refund any nights we did not use. Asphalt interior roads with flat and level gravel sites. Quiet and clean. 2 laundry rooms: very clean with working equipment. Wi-Fi is TengoInternet. We were recommended to Prince of Tucson by Merrigans Arizona Road-Runner RV repair who did an excellent job fixing the rig. Due to some interstate exit construction, call for easy directions to get to the park. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is really not good. There is a hole in the middle of the park due to road renovation. They start working at 7:00 am. The train is very close and it goes by often especially at night. It is close to I-10 so there is noise from traffic, trucks jake braking, and around 8:30 pm the smell from the sewer is really bad. The folks from the office are nice but that can't make up for the noise, smell, and chaos of whats going on. We stayed here for 4 days in a motorhome and don't suggest you do the same. Also, this park is Good Sam and has a "9" rating. I think Trailer Life's rep was high when they reviewed this park! Just another reason to check RV Park Reviews, cause you can't depend on Good Sam. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a pleasant park in Tucson right off highway 10. There is road noise, but it's not unreasonable. It's a simple park and it's pretty standard for AZ RV parks in that rigs are parked pretty close together and the park is pretty plain. However, it's clean, there are handy lights at the sights, the cement pads and picnic tables are in great shape. Staff is really friendly and helpful. You Pay For The WI-Fi with Tango net. We used our Verizon air card and it worked great. We'd stay here again if we're passing through. Currently there is some construction going on in the park, but it didn't bother us nor did we notice it. We camped at Prince of Tucson RV Park in a Motorhome.
