We stayed in this park because it is close to the Saddlebrooke community we were visiting. The park is mostly gravel and dust for the interior roads and pads, although some pads were concrete in need of repair. Most residents there are full time with older equipment. There are several 50 amp sites and we got the last one available. The power was good for our stay. When we dumped the black tank prior to leaving, raw sewage spilled out because of a blockage in the line. We were asked to move to their dump to finish. Also, when disconnecting from the 50 amp pedestal, the guts of the wires came out with my power cord. Just shows the place needs more than a little TLC. This would be my last option to stay. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome.

Price reflects nightly rate plus $3.00 per night for WiFi. We chose this place because it was very close to relatives living in Saddlebrooke. Dirt/gravel grounds. Level. As mentioned, small office/TV sounge/showers/laundry building. Building small but clean. Managed by two sisters who are interesting and friendly. Great WiFi where we were. Road quiet at night, a little traffic noise starting about 6am. We would stay here again. Good spot for a few days. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is really more of a mobile home park than a campground, but it served our purpose of visiting our friends in Saddlebrook. The manager greeting us was packing a revolver on her hip, somewhat of a distraction, but I'll bet everyone in the park paid their rent on time. She was, however, extremely helpful in helping us get set up in a site that was barely accessible. The location of the park is good, and there's no competition in this area so that's undoubtedly why the owner is able to charge such a relatively high price for what you get. There were no organized activities, and the office/club house was very small. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Travel Trailer.

I loved this place. There was only one bathroom with a shower, but I never had any trouble getting in, and it was very clean. Laundry is cheap. Wifi was excellent (though I had a space near the office). Very friendly staff. Good location. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Stayed for three nights. This is a very old dirt/gravel park. We wanted to be on the North side of Tucson upon continuing our journey. Some road noise. Manager was nice. Good stop over out of Tucson traffic but, close enough to shopping. Park cost $30, but it's only worth $18. Long term people here are nice and friendly. Not a destination spot. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Close to highway so some noise for adjacent campsites. Laundry has one washer and one dryer. Older RV park, but manager installing new electrical boxes (still 30 amp). Like an earlier reviewer we tried to get into Catalina State Park, but it was full. We heard later that a heavy rain had made a mess of parts of the state park, so it was just as well we stayed at Wishing Well. I would stay only for overnight, but there were long term residents there. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome.

We stayed here after arriving at Catalina State Park to find that they were full. The gal at the state park booth told us to try this campground which is about 5 miles further north. At first glance we were leery but we were both tired and just wanted to stop for the night. The park is dirt with the sites having enough room to put out slides and park your toad. The water pressure was very good and we had no problems with the electric. While in the office I noticed 2 washers and a dryer. We only saw 6 pull through sites which were located towards the back of the park. It proved to be quieter there without traffic noise at night. This is a very old park and I'm sure it's seen better days, but it was fine for an overnight stay. It was close to shopping and propane (Rancher's Supply), and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There was cell/aircard service. Not a destination but would stop again if we had to. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome.
