This was a weird experience. We arrived midday Saturday and the office was closed. So we called the phone number provided. A man on a golf cart showed up promptly and guided us to one of their new sites across the street from the mobile home park. He assured us that someone would be in the office at noon on Sunday and we could check in then. Since we planned to stay 2 days, that was fine. We went back to the office on Sunday shortly after noon, and a car drove up and the lady said the office was closed on Sundays. She said she would catch us the next morning at our rig, before we left. On Monday morning, we got ready to leave and even called the phone number again but no answer. So we left. Thirty minutes later, the phone rang. When we said we were 20 miles down the road, they said to have a safe trip and hung up. So we stayed 2 days for free. That is only the second time in 18 years that has happened. We would have left them a check if we had any idea what the charge was. The new overnight sites are beautiful. Long, level, new tiny gravel, great utilities, good WiFi. The park is close to town. We did have to call and ask where the laundry room was, but when we found it, it was a tiny closet with 3 disconnected machines, clearly not used. We found an excellent laundromat west of town. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Eat at El Ranchero, west of town. Visit the Desert Caballeros Western Museum in town. A pleasant surprise, with many fine exhibits. Well worth the $10 admission.

Very nice combo Mobile Home / Park Model / RV Park. Nice pool. Stayed there during hot spell. Manager moved us from Sunny spot to very shaded spot. Would not have been able to use satellite dish due to tree cover. Park provides full cable tv service, so wasn't a problem. WiFi is very spotty, and we were parked very close to office. Sometimes it's there, and sometimes it's not. Could barely get mail, much less anything else. Would rate this part of service a 2 at best. Other than that, no complaints. Manager extremely helpful. Escorted us to lot and assisted us parking both times. Would stay there again. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lots of old west Antique Shops here. Walking distance to town from Park. also walking distance to McDonalds, Subway, and Mexican Restaurant (5min) Town is 15 min walk. No pickleball at RV park, but 6 courts are available in town at public park. Very nice. Check USAPA.org for times/days.

Nice spacious park. Clean. We stayed over night. Lots of room to walk the dog. Neighbors had this annoying clicking thing to keep away pests and critters which my dog did not like. It had some kind of electronic wave and his hearing is very sensitive and he would not go outside. We asked them to please turn it off but they did not. We had to carry the dog to another part of. The park to take a walk to get away from the constant buzz and clicking. The walk down to wickenburg was great. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The management at this park goes above and beyond. Manager was always willing to do whatever it takes to make our group feel welcomed. As the park was at 100 percent occupancy she was not able to park us as close as we desired but she still did a good job. We were all in the new section which still has a few issues but they are working on correcting them. WiFi was spotty. They have a nice rec room and kitchen area that we were able to use. The park has many snowbirds but everyone is very friendly. If you have an ATV be sure to try some of the trails. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Used this park as a stopover on the way from Tucson to Las Vegas. Very well maintained and spotless although very compact. The mobile home section is very clean and properties are well taken care of. The RV section (newer section) is actually across the street, which is a public way, and a bit odd to have to cross to get to your site. The interior roads are all paved. The office staff is excellent and escorted us to our site. Also made sure we had a pull-thru since it was just an overnight. Had corner site (18R) which fit the coach and tow (just barely, but fit) without unhooking. Lots of "toys" here, but all were driven respectfully through park. Satellite friendly (they all are) but wifi was pretty much non-existent. Sites are close together but no problem with slides. For price, believe picnic table should be at sites, but no tables. Good place for a stopover. CASH is needed to pay (or check) - no cards accepted. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.

I get suspicious when I see RV/ mobile home park. Doesn't apply here. Very clean nice new paved RV area will take any length. Nice view from 5er. Easy in out for our overnight. Would stay longer.

Turn at McDonalds. Go straight in and right turn to office. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our second stay at this campground. The new dedicated RV section is very nice. The pull-thoughs are level and allowed me to stay connected to our travel trailer. We called the office about 20 out of Wickenburg and the manager was waiting for us in a golf cart to take us to our space. We'll stay here again. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were in the "new" section. A long, level gravel pull-thru in what is basically a three row parking lot. Some trees have been planted but it is going to be a LONG time before they provide any shade. There was only one other trailer there when we stayed (Middle of Summer at 120 degrees) so crowding was not an issue. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, worked as they should. The manager went out of her way to see that we knew where the dog run was, where to fuel, where to get dinner, etc. If we are in the area, we will stay here again (possibly in cooler weather). We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We have spent 2 winters here and generally very pleased. Think the monthly price is too high. WiFi is good depending where you are located. We were in the new section and the WiFi was exceedingly slow when we could get it. The receiver tower was right next to us but wasn't working. People very nice and park kept very clean. Liked being within walking distance to town. The rec room definitely needs enlarged and is extremely noisy when events going on. A new larger laundry room is deparately needed so we usually use laundromat in town. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is tough. Generally nice park but expensive. Newer section gravel spaces with concrete patio are nice for size, but street side back-ins are noisy with traffic some ten feet away. Water pressure was ok, but weak in morning & evenings when others home. WiFi same. Not sure what will happen when the new additional sites come into service. Staff were nice; full timers cordial; seemed to be activities for those who wanted to participate. Doubtful we will stay here again. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Two sections to this park: older part is mostly permanent residents with many skirted trailers. New area is a level gravel lot with pads and paved road, recently planted trees. Wifi reception is sketchy, depends on your location. Water pressure was lacking. New area is roomy with pull thrus. Old section is crowded. Manager is super friendly but probably needs help scheduling reservations. Must have a reservation for a stay in January - February. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Cabin.

Great campground for short or long term stays. We were in the new RV area and it was very nice with lots of space. There was easy access to the wash next to the campground so we could take our dog for long walks. The staff was excellent. Even fellow campers were friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely stay here again when we come through Wickenburg. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Decent campground for overnight stays. Convienent access from US 60, asphalt access roads with gravel sites in the new area (where transients go). Power ok, did not use other utilities. Wifi very strong signal and amazing speed (21.5 Mbps). We will stay here again for an overnight or longer. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The newly added "RV" spaces to this "mobile home" park are well done. The laundry facility wasn't clean. I called two months ahead for a reservation which was confirmed by the manager. However, when we arrived, the manager said I never called. We were given a "fishbowl" overflow site next to the pool. Manager never apologized for her error and couldn't even print out a computer receipt. She had to hand write it. We camped at Desert Cypress Mobile Home & RV Park in a Motorhome.
