Stayed one night only. West bound ramp to I-40W was closed, so if you are in a motorhome headed west after leaving, you have to detour 11 miles east to the next exit to u-turn. Pretty campground under the pine trees. Very kid oriented. Check in was easy, escorted to site. Site was level enough. All hookups were good. Had to used portable satellite to get a signal due to trees at the site. Very dusty. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Motorhome.

Stayed here before heading up to the Grand Canyon. This was a great KOA although we did not stay there for long. The showers were clean as were the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub open after 9am. The sites were a bit unloved so be prepared to level. I would stay here again. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Nicely laid out big KOA with concentric circle arrangement of the sites. There are 3 fenced dog areas plus trails behind the campground. Pool is in good shape. Clean bathrooms with push button showers and sinks. Our kids enjoyed the pillow, pool and trikes. We stayed at the Flagstaff KOA as well and preferred this one. Cost was 45 during week and 50 on the weekend. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There are trails behind the campground including a short, steep one to the top of the ridge. ADOT are currently working on the freeway (May 2018), and the westbound exit is closed. You'll need to get off at Williams, get back on 40 going east, and exit on the eastbound side.

A nice KOA and definitely good value. Sites vary in size a bit and we were lucky with a fairly large site. Not much in the way of shade but some trees. It is noisy with the highway and odd train but not horrible. Close to WIlliams and an hour from the Grand Canyon. Liked the mini golf and all kinds of kids seemed to love the bouncy pillow and playgrounds. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Don't miss the town of Williams. Quaint, fun and some good souvenirs. If in the busy season, pay attention to the parking tips at the Grand Canyon. There are other parking lots than at the Visitor Center and they fill up later. We got a parking tip sheet when we entered the park. Park entrance fees are good for a week so you don't have to do it all in a day.

We stayed here for 3 night to visit Lake Havasu & the Grand Canyon. The site was not bad left to right, but the front of the camper was way above ground so my auto-level was useless. Good place to stay if visiting Williams or taking train to GC. There are other CG's in town that are level. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

September 29- This KOA campground is the most kid oriented KOA I've ever seen. Mini golf, a giant bouncy thing. (I even tried it.) A spot to "mine" for minerals. There was even a go cart track. (Don't know if this was free and if there was an added cost for it.) Arcade games in the game room. Quick and easy check in. We were escorted to our site. Our site was fairly level. Lots of pine trees abound. We had a site closest to the road but it did not bother us. Breakfast and dinners available for purchase. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Nice dog area with ramps for the dogs. (Ours wasn't able to understand the purpose of the ramps even after I explained and demonstrated.) A bit pricey for what I am used to paying but we would stay here again. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Motorhome.

This is definitely our go-to RV Park in this area. Centrally located near Williams, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona. Just an all-around great place to stay. Even stayed here in the snow one year. Lots of pine trees, squirrels and birds for the cat to oogle, and very nice staff. Only problem is that they close the end of October. Love fall here. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of Route 66 stuff in Williams. Grand Canyon is easy drive - about 40 minutes. Sedona about 45 minutes. Flagstaff 30 minutes. There is a Camping World between Williams and Flagstaff. Very nice Safeway in Williams. This KOA is on Circle Pines Road and is about 5 minutes out of Williams. Loads of pine trees, and lots of stuff for kids. They now even have Tepees that you can sleep in with yard furniture and a BBQ.

Good park to be near to the Grand Canyon. Lot of noise from the road so take your earplugs. The sites are VERY tight so really watch out when you enter the park or leave. The employees were AWESOME and really know what it means for good customer service! We are a senior couple but there were a LOT of activities for families, and the kids really seemed to be enjoying everything! Friendly place! Wife and I just finished up a 1-week stay at the Circle Pines KOA and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have a 40' 5th wheel toyhauler and stayed in one of their Deluxe Patio sites. These sites have a paver patio with nice furniture, a gas grill, and a built in or portable fire pit. I believe just about all of the sites in this park are pull throughs. We had enough room for the TH, our Ram dually, and our Honda trike. All roads and sites are gravel. Utilities were good. Satellite is hit or miss depending on your site because of trees. Cable was excellent. Nice shop, a little diner that is open for breakfast and sometimes dinner. Indoor pool. Laundry with 5 washers ($3/load) and 6 dryers ($2/load). Great dog park! 10 minutes from downtown Williams. Half an hour from Flagstaff. 1 hour from Grand Canyon National Park. Note they are only open from March to October. If you're a golfer, try Elephant Rocks in Williams! We will definitely stay there again. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a good choice if you want to spend a few days in Williams. It's very shady and woodsy, very clean and the staff is friendly. The campground is tight, roads are a bit hard to navigate and the sites have no privacy. They put me in site #5 which has to be the worst site. I could not fit my tow vehicle as well as my 34ft RV even though I specifically reserved a site for my RV+Tow vehicle. I had to park the car elsewhere. The outer loop is better as you don't have people walking through your site all day and night to go to the pool/game room. There's a nice hiking trail right behind the campground and 2 huge dog parks for the doggies. Cell was strong. I was able to stream with T mobile fine, I didn't try streaming with Verizon or ATT. Highway noise is a problem here and they keep the entire campground lit up like Christmas to the point of light shining through the windows all night. It's a bit overkill with the lights. The amenities were great. Indoor pool, game room with a nice pool table and air hockey as well as a few video games. There's a large go kart track onsite and mini golf, horse shoes and play ground. Kids would have a blast here. Cost was a bit high at $55/night but that's par for the course with KOAs. Site accessibility (Tight campground, somewhat hard to navigate) - 2 Campground location (Good location to Williams. Easy off the highway but noisey) - 3 Nearby amenities (Downtown Williams with some shopping 10 min away) - 3 Site Privacy (Very tight sites, no privacy) - 1 Campground amenities (FHU with cable, game room, indoor pool, laundry, propane) - 5 Dog friendly (Great hiking trail right behind campground, 2 large dog parks) - 5 Activities (Williams is cute for a short stay, hiking nearby) - 4 Cost ($55/night for FHU) - 2 Staff friendliness (Friendly and plentiful) - 5 Connectivity (Cable TV, ATT, Verizon and Tmobile decent) - 4 Total rating = 3.4. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice KOA. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The sites are lovely. Be careful though, as the tree branches come down low, and no matter how hard we tried, we managed to scratch the rig when we left the campground. This appears to be a nice, clean park set up in concentric circles which makes it a bit difficult to get to your spot due to the one-way designations. There are a lot of trees; watch your slides for falling pine cones! The staff seems a bit flustered at times; first we were told we didn't need a password for the wifi and when we went on a password was required. Of course it was after hours so had to wait until the next day. Evidently they have two wifi providers; Tengonet being the only one we had access to. When we again requested password they said just use the "KOA" access which we explained didn't show up on our site. Staff seemed annoyed they had to provide password; also annoyed when we asked for cable station guide. The worst is the shower which only stays on for 30 seconds and you have to push the button again; one handed showers are annoying! Supposedly saving water but if you're so annoyed you shower in your rig it kind of defeats the purpose. In season it seems they have a lot of amenities including a grill which wasn't open yet. Also no groceries were stocked in the store. Very child-friendly with go-karts (in season) and other activities. It's about an hour from the Grand Canyon and 15 minutes to Williams. We probably wouldn't stay here again mainly due to the unfriendly vibe. We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Travel Trailer.
