The rate reflects electricity and all hookups including cable. We like this park and this is the second time we have been here but it lacks the activities that we are used to seeing in this type of park, meaning swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, etc. but we were only here for a two week stand and looking at various places to stay longer. We did have to leave early because of medical issues back at home we were not offered any kind of refund or credit for the following year. As mentioned before, a park this size should have a dog run in lieu of just going to the front of the street and letting your dog do its thing since it has such tight rules for in the park. The people here are very friendly. It takes a little while to get to know them because it is a tight community but once you're in you seem to be in (whatever that means). We will probably stay somewhere else next time because of activities but if you're here for a short time this park works great. We camped at Adobe Village RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a flat, treeless, desolate (in summer), expanse of desert with park models and RVs intermixed. There were a couple of RVrs passing through and a couple of people that just stay all year round. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Not a bad overnight stay really for the money. In winter, I'll bet it is very busy. There are many parks to choose from in the area and some of them have trees. That would be my first choice next time around. Word to the wise. Yuma is a ghost town in summer. The water pressure is VERY high. Make sure your pressure regulator is BEFORE the hose. They forgot to tell us and we blew out two hoses in seconds. Very nice park; rate reflects a weekly rate plus taxes and electricity. Very friendly park with monthly winter snowbirds as its primary residents. I wish this park had a designated dog run or walk; everyone takes their dog to the front street outside of the park along the wall in the sand, and they do pick up. It just seems odd for a park this size, but I noticed the parks around there do the same thing because I think the same owner owns all of them. This park has one of the best rates in the Yuma area. We will be back. We camped at Adobe Village RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

I think this was the best deal! I read the reviews regarding this campground, and we decided to go for it. Mostly there are long term people living here. The people working here are a delight! The campground is neat, clean and not sandy like other campgrounds have been; therefore, no dirt in our coach. This is a good experience for us, and we will be back passing through this area. Great park! The Park is very clean and friendly staff. Sites are the largest in the area with concrete pads on all. We will return to this park soon. Best of all, the rates are the lowest of all the RV parks in the area!!...must see. We camped at Adobe Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
