This park is primarily a snowbird park, but the people are great. We were only planning on staying a couple nights, but since we had time to kill prior to getting into LA, we stayed 9 days. Manager is great. Grass is a plus. They have several get togethers which they make you feel really welcome. Area is not the best, but we felt safe. Back in sites, but manager helps. One day the manager said they were busy with 7 rigs in. Give it a try, we enjoyed it. Passport America. We will stop here everytime on our way to Los Angeles from Florida. We camped at Rolle's Lynda Vista RV Park (55+ park) in a Travel Trailer.
Yuma Prison, Quartermaster and Flea markets. One on 32nd and 4th caters to RVs. Lot of RVs stuff there, Prices are fair. Some cheaper on Amazon. Went to Los Algodones for dental work. Easy in and out. Went to Sani Dental. They were great and a lot cheaper than US dentist. Completely safe.

This place might have potential if it were in a different neighborhood. Where it stands, it's fatal and just a matter of time before it dies off. Buildings are in disrepair, as are the grounds, and entire neighborhood. The outdoor pool is full of chicken poo and has been taken over by the neighbor's foul stock. Most patrons are snowbirds who have been staying there for years. Staff and residents are friendly. There's a small laundry room, mail room, common room. It's okay, barely acceptable for a few nights stay. We camped at Rolle's Lynda Vista RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.
Stay closer to the foothills-it's a nicer area.
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $13.00
We stayed here for a week at the Passport America rate. As others have said, this is one of the few parks in Yuma with grassed sites. The staff is friendly and there seems to be lots of people who winter here and enjoy it very much. We were here late in the season, and maybe that is why the park had kind of a tired look. It is surrounded by old RV parks, and is not in a pretty area of town. The free WIFI was pretty slow, but you could upgrade for a very reasonable fee. At the Passport America rate, it was OK. I would not stay here again. We camped at Rolle's Lynda Vista RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.Undo

Found Rolle's from RV park reviews. Older park, tucked away on 5th street. Grass lots and fruit trees and citrus trees through out. Sites are back in, but wide streets, so no problem backing in. WiFi worked well, great dog park. This park has the friendliest people in Yuma. Clean washrooms and laundry room, shuffle board, and swimming pool. Large clubhouse and they have lots of socials. Owner sponsors hot dog lunches and a pig roast, it was fantastic. We stayed 2 weeks and would stay longer next year. The manager is priceless, thanks for making our stay memorable. For short or long-term stays this is one of the nicest smaller parks in Yuma. Mature citrus trees on every space and you can pick your own oranges, grapefruit or lemons every morning. WOW. Grass, no gravel, on every site. Lots of social gathering places and a great Clubhouse with modern laundry and small library. Swimming pool, putting green, Wi-Fi, city water, free cable TV, clean showers and restrooms. The manager of this park is a gem and lives on site. Park is quiet and residents are friendly and make you welcome. In the heart of Yuma. We will definitely stay here again. We've never had a happier time in Yuma and this is our third winter visit to the city but first time at Rolle's Lynda Vista. A Passport America Park! Don't bypass this Park. Fun Park. Only stayed a few nights. The staff was courteous and helpful. Sites were fairly level considering they were not concrete, but we prefer a more natural environment. Clean and quiet. We had a good experience. We camped at Rolle's Lynda Vista RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.Undo
