Quiet park just off 49 highway, asphalt lot with concrete slabs. Trailers close together, no picnic tables or fire pits at individual sites. Located near bathroom/laundry is a covered community picnic area. Walking trails available onsite. Cable down, TV reception poor receiving only 2 channels. Wi-fi works. Probably won't stay again. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Asphalt road and pad with cement for patio. No table, no fire pit, no grill, no cable. Wifi was good, but antenna would not pick up any TV channels.
Okay for overnight stay since it does have electric, water, and sewer. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were not told until after we had registered, that the park has discontinued cable (they haven't changed the website either). Antenna TV is virtually nonexistent. Only one channel came in clearly. Water lines is shared with adjacent sites. It is like a large parking lot. We did not see any sites with shade as is stated in their description of the park. We would not return here. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The park is tucked away just off the main highway at the entrance to Blowing Springs Park. This RV park had clean restrooms however they smelled pretty bad. AT&T cell and data service was okay, but the park was having issues with their cable provider so service was not as good as we've seen in other parks. Antenna TV service was not good as the park is located in between two ridges blocking service from Bentonville. This really just a big RV parking lot with tight spacing between rigs. Overall not a bad place, but not as good as most Arkansas State Parks we've stayed in. Because we have family in the area I am sure we will return again.

The RV Park is located on Blowing Springs Road. However, from HWY 71, which is the main north-south road in Bella Vista you need to turn east on Mercy Drive, towards Mercy Hospital to get to Blowing Springs Road. Maps and GPS call Mercy Drive "Dartmoor" but we never saw a road sign called Dartmoor. Turn east on Mercy through the stop sign where Mercy changes to Blowing Springs Road. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Park hosts were very friendly and helpful. Sites were clean but close with minimum space to park the truck. The park has both W&E and full hook-up. It's strange that they do not take reservations for the full HU, only the W&E sites. When you arrive and there is a full site available, you can take it. we were able to get a full site when we arrived but just by luck. They don't enforce the checkout time but a rig just left at 4:30 when we arrived. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The park is north of Bentonville but not unreasonable drive to WalMart Museum in downtown Bentonville and of course Crystal Bridges.... a must see in the area. Also other attractions. The area is a mountain biking dream come true with trails for all experience levels. You can also bike on paved paths all the way to Bentonville from this park or to a very nice ride to other area parks and small lake.

Overall Rating:

We have stayed here before, and were surprised to find it very full. In spite of other reviews calling it a big parking lot, the host is friendly and assigned us a spot near my request. The sites are very close, but utilities are excellent and the laundry room is among the most reasonably priced. Shopping and medical help are nearby. The park just north of the RV section has bike and walking path to complete a nice experience. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is also called the Blowing Springs RV Park. This park is operated by the Bella Vista Village POA. Members and their guests and Good Sam members are welcomed. The sites are paved, level and clean, somewhat narrow, but adequate to accommodate slides. No open fires are permitted. The bathroom, showers and laundry were very clean. Wifi was okay at our site. The full-hookup sites have shared water stanchions. At the end of the access road is a lovely park with multi-use trails, picnic tables and bathrooms. Kids could ride bikes, but there are no playground facilities here. We stayed here for two days while visiting Crystal Bridges and Bentonville, and its location made exploring the area easy. At the entrance to the park are a grocery, medical clinic, veterinarian and other stores, which is very convenient. We would definnitely stay here again when in the area. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Rate includes Good Sam discount for premium site. I verified that this is NOT a Passport America park. All utilities worked perfectly. We enjoyed cool weather, so shade was not an issue although western sites are protected in the afternoon. Sites are level but narrow, and along with a lot of concrete account for lower rating. Clean showers and laundry. Park is near shopping center and medical clinic. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The rate is Good Sam pricing. We had a FHU 50 amp site. Some sites are water and electric only. This is basically a large gravel parking lot with one main road down the middle and back-in only sites along both sides. Free wi-fi and cable worked okay. Bathrooms and laundry were nice and clean. Park next to RV park with hiking and biking trails. We felt it was very overpriced for what it was. We camped at Bella Vista Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
