7 RV Parks near Brinkley, Arkansas
May 2018 - $29.00
Give it no stars. 2/3 of park has no power. Trash every where, dumpster not emptied in several weeks, or maybe months. Trash on ground around it and all smells bad. Weeds 2 to 3 ft. tall, hasn't been mowed in over 2 weeks, grass 10 in. high. I was worried about snakes. No full concrete pads, only power I could use was in a back-in space. Motel manager said there was WIFI, No WIFI that would reach out to behind motel, only one free air TV station. Have to go to front desk to get key for restroom. Worst site I have ever stayed at. - Grandpa TJ
Jan 2014 - $22.00
In very poor condition. I tried two pedestals and my power management system rejected both because the ground and neutral were reversed. Got my money back and went to Forrest City. - camprats
Dec 2012 - $22.00
There may be some confusion in which park this represents. It is on the north side of I-40 behind a Motel 6. There is a excellent Mexican restaurant in the office complex. My overall rating represents the poor maintenance in this park. It does have concrete slabs in all sites and concrete roads. The far right row of sites have full hookup with 30amp power. We have stayed at this park more often than any other in our 12 years on the road. Main reason is location from home (easy long day of travel), plus the Mexican restaurant. Good for overnight, but would not want to stay much longer at a time. We will definitely stay here in the future for the reasons noted. Point of interest: don't try the RV park on the south side of I-44. It also is behind a motel. We stayed there once and were concerned we wouldn't be able to get out, due to the poor roads. - WAM
May 2018 - $20.00
For $20 a night it was a great location. There are only about 3 or 4 sites that are open for public, rest are permanents that work in the area. They are quiet and clean, everyone of them. Super nice owner, very easy going runs a clean ground. It is 90% gravel with some areas of concrete. We were in a pull thru that faced his and his wife's house. Out in the distance you can occasionally hear a train. Only when you are awake and quiet in RV. NOTE: he only accepts cash or check. We stayed here 5 days. The dogs were allowed to be walked anywhere. We didn't use our leads as it seemed no one else here had dogs. Nor did we see anyone except when they were coming home and then didn't see them after that. I would stay here again if we were passing through again. - Victoria Grace
Sep 2017 - $25.00
This little park is mostly seasonal or permanent but everyone keeps an immaculate site. Owner lives in home on site and was very friendly. When we called ahead there was only one site open so be sure to call. (870-589-0850) Park is about 4 miles off 40 and roads going through town are narrow but manageable. Going Eastbound on 40, take exit 216 not 202 as our GPS suggested. Turn right on 49 then after 3 miles turn left on 49. As soon as you are on top of bridge slow to turn left at 2nd drive. If coming in at night be careful of culvert when turning into park. Pull in to the right to go around pole barn. No amenities but satellite and Verizon worked fine. Grass for pets. - blumarlin
Apr 2016 - $25.00
Nice, clean park for overnight. Large sites, new electric. Pleasant owner, no wifi or tv. I would stay there again. - johnmack
Aug 2015 - $18.00
Hookups were satisfactory...no problems.
Person in charge was very helpful and efficient. The long time residents weren't friendly. The trash cans did need emptying.
Lots of character, shade trees, convenient to shopping and fast food. It's on main street (also highway 49)..
The night manager was a friendly and charming fellow .
We will visit again.

Jun 2013 - $22.00
We arrived at the park and we were taken back by the condition. It honestly looked like the place had been abandoned. Several electrical boxes with wires hanging out. Grass was knee deep and I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to enter the shower/bath house. NASTY!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. - rynho29
Jan 2012 - $19.00
Stay away from site #4 unless you want to get a tingle from an ungrounded power box! We had left a nice Super Walmart in Dothan, AL, that morning, but realized our trailer generator was not working up to par, and we were low on propane. We decided to find a park close to I-40 and out from Little Rock (the highway from Birmingham to Memphis had taken its toll on us). The best thing I can say about it is that most of the electrical hook-ups worked. We were able to turn on the electric element in the hot water heater and use our electric space heater and then get the heck out of here early the next morning. In our situation it was worth the price for a ONE night stay. Although they say all lots are pull-throughs, you had better walk it first. The tree limbs are not trimmed back enough to safely pull through with a rig that is nearly 13' high, and it is difficult to find a pad site that will accommodate a 53' rig (left connected for a fast exit). From the look of it only sites 5, 6 and maybe 7 were able to be backed into, if the cars of the motel "guests" weren't in the way. I'd pick pad 5 (easier to back into and less likely to get blocked in). Oh yes, the night manager really doesn't seem to care about much of anything. - Okie Drifter
Nov 2015 - $15.00
Pretty spot beside the White river . We stayed one night. Back-in sites . Nearby trains overnight, didn't keep us awake. 50 amp power and water.
Drop toilets. Call in to City Hall to pay (cash/cheque) before going to park.
Crushed rock and paved sites. Area has fire ants.
It was fine for an overnight stay. $15 included tax. - Kings USA Travels
Apr 2015 - $15.00
This is a bare bones park. Long dirt road to the park. All back in spaces. Good for one night. Would be a mess if it rained. - arkietraveler
Oct 2014 - $15.00
This is a municipal park with no facilities but full hook ups. All sites are paved. Need to check in at City Hall. There is a sign on the approach road (2nd St) indicating a low height of 11'10". This is misleading as there are no height restrictions. We checked at City Hall and the Tourist office about this and they had no idea why it was there. I believe it may have been put there while some major bridge construction was being done on the new US79 bridge across the White River but is no longer valid. We are 13'6" and had no problems. There is a rail crossing which is quite steep on both sides but we didn't bottom out with a long 5th wheel so unlikely to pose any difficulties. People at City Hall and Tourist Center are very helpful. The campground is popular on weekend during hunting season so pays to call. - KiwiRVer
Apr 2018 - $35.00
Positives: Recently built so all new infrastructure including city water & sewer with all FHU sites that include 50amp service. All driveways and sites newly asphalted and level. Spacious sites, plenty of room for 40 ft Motorhome & tow vehicle. Negatives: Still a work in progress so no office, no restrooms, no showers, no laundry, no playground or amenities. So, the price was on the high side for just hookups but everything worked great. All open, no trees, some grass in between sites. It was fine for an overnight stop. You call the manager when you enter, pick a site, and she comes later to your site to settle up. Near the interstate but park has trees on three sides and noise was minimal. I think security needs to be improved. Very dark at night, seemed like a safe area but there were only a few of us in the park and very open with no one around. - SD_EWALD
Mar 2018 - $35.00
I'm giving this an overall rating of 9, but only 3 stars for Value because, for what it is, it is fantastic. Right off of I-40, very easy to get to and back on the road again when you leave. Very clean, level, paved sites, no trees. Pull-throughs handled our 45 ft rig and tow vehicle easily. Has a number of area security lights. Convenience store about 300 ft away. We were not bothered by the nearby I-40 traffic. Light sleepers may have trouble. GREAT overnight spot. However, there are no restrooms, showers, or other amenities. Management is offsite but reachable by phone. Person came by and collected our fee before dark. Again, for an overnight spot, it is GREAT, yet a little pricey at $35. - Mtidwell
Mar 2018 - $35.00
New...nice and clean with level hard surface pads, no onsite staff, but she came over quickly to collect for the night. - Steve Vanleigh 375FL
Apr 2013 - $26.00
If this was the last campground on earth, pass it by. Electric boxes are a mess, wiring exposed. Roads are poor. This park is getting no maintenance, they are just collecting the money. - Tom Ahlgrim
Apr 2012 - $23.00
T Ricks is right off of I-40. All they have is water and electric hook ups. They are putting in showers and a Subway. So they are trying to improve. I would stay there again for a overnight stop. The concrete slabs are sloped, but they are OK for one night. - Nedrs
Sep 2011 - $30.00
I truly wish there was a rating lower than one. After a long day of hard driving with strong winds, rough roads, heavy truck traffic and construction, we tried to find a campground before we got to Little Rock and rush hour traffic. We settled on T Rick's which is basically a service station with RV sites behind it. Sites were covered with dry grass that must have been a foot high when it was mowed. At 2:00 am a semi truck pulled through the site next to ours to turn around (it sounded like he was coming through the bedroom!) then parked on the road exiting the park. When I opened the blinds in the morning every road in and out of the park had an eighteen wheeler parked on it. Going back to sleep after the eighteen wheeler passed through was almost impossible because of the road noise. With any luck we won't have to drive through Arkansas again, but if we do and need a place to park we will go to the Walmart in Carlisle. We have never stopped at Walmart but it would have to be much better. - ccc24
Jun 2018 - $36.00
We called ahead to make sure we had a spot for the night. The owner was kind enough to text directions. This was very helpful as the entrance is not visible from the street. The owner warmly greeted us and showed us to our site and stopped by a couple of times to see if everything was ok and it was. Our site was long enough for my tow to stay connected and the utilities are conveniently placed. Perfect for an overnight stay. We will stop here again in the future. - Recycled
Jun 2018 - $36.00
Located close to 40, take exit, tight right turn on Confederate Ave but plenty wide after that initial turn. Located behind a hotel and restaurant. We got in early, therefore called owner and were told to pick any open site. Owner arrived later in the afternoon, and we settled the bill. We were in an 80 ft long site which fit our Rig and tow. Gravel site close to level and full utilities. All worked well. No frills park. Absolutely no amenities except Wi-Fi. However, grounds clean and well maintained. Open sky so was able to get satellite. Plenty of green space behind hotel to walk dogs. Grocery store and cafe within walking distance. We were surprised that the park filled up at night, but it's a great place for overnight if you are self sufficient. - KKColorado
Jun 2018 - $36.00
This is a small, very convenient park just a block off of Interstate 40 about fifty miles west of Memphis. The owner was very friendly and helpful with our overnight stay. The park is easy to maneuver and a great place to spend a night or more. The park seemed to be well kept with a few long term residents. - Lt Dan
