This park is easy access off of I40. The area is a little sketchy. Near an semi abandoned motel. Grocery and food within walking distance. Gravel interior roads good. Gravel pads level. Perfect for an overnight stay. Utilities worked well. Service was excellent. Gentleman who checked us in pleasant and helpful. Set us up in a large pull through that would easily accommodate any size rig. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an ideal overnight spot on I-40 - easy on, easy off. Good, basic accomodations; no cable but a good wifi connection. Solid, level gravel drive and sites, with enough green between to keep the dog happy. The owner is an amiable gentlemen actively involved in his operation. If you give the owner a call before you get there (he does fill up most of the time) and make a reservation, he will text you a map to his location if needed. We will keep this spot on our list when travelling I-40 in Arkansas. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Good overnight stop. Area near entrance is questionable. Gravel interior and sites but they all appeared level. For $25 you get what you paid for...A level, full hookup site. I would pass on the cafe out front as the food was marginal at best. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Great overnight stop at a good price. For the money I could have easily given it 5 stars, but there are no amenities and it's not a fancy place, as others have noted. The area around the entrance is seedy, but it's a plain and simple place to hang your hat when traveling I40. It was muddy when we pulled out (access just gravel). The owner was a gentleman, very friendly and welcoming. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Despite some positive reviews of the Ole Sawmill Cafe, (at the entrance to the park) I'd recommend that you pass it up. We were there for breakfast and the buffet wasn't worth $7.50. The food was barely warm and simply not very good. AND...they add $2.50 for coffee, which makes the buffet pricey, even in a better neighborhood.

Exceptionally nice little park once you get by the café and dirt entrance. When I told him one reason I came was the $25.00 for an overnight noted by others here, he stated that it would be $30.00 for a 50 amp hook up. Since it was 90 degrees outside, I agreed to pay the extra. It would be nice to have pricing on his website. He fills up almost every night and when called for a reservation, he saved a site. Call in advance if you want to stay here. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Owner was extraordinary. I just needed a place to stay overnight and found him on RV Park Reviews. The positive reviews paid off. I called to find out if he had a spot available, which he did. He then sent text messages with directions and even included a photo of the spot I he was going to hold for me. Like some of the other reviews have shared, the entrance is not that nice, but once you get back to the actual park, it's a little haven, and the owner obviously puts a lot into keeping it that way. Well worth stopping for! Thank you again. Much appreciated! We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Of all our years RVing, I don't think I have ever run across any park owner more involved and more caring than here. And it's always kept in pristine condition. We were here one time for several weeks, and my husband helped him out with some of his landscaping. This guy works hours and hours every day keeping this place immaculate; we are very impressed.

One of the cool things is if you call him and ask him if he has space, he will let you know. But then he will even put a cone on one of the lots for you to reserve it if it's filling up and you know for sure that your coming. Then he will send you a text with a great map and directions on how to get into the park. Don't tell him this, but he could charge way more than what he charges.

All of the sites are from what I can tell completely level. We have never had to do any leveling as many times as we have stayed here. Almost all of the sites are pull-through. E-Z Check In & Out because if he's not here, you can stop at the Ole SawMill Cafe when you arrive and check in there, or you can stop as you leave in the morning and pay up. The rate is $25 for 30 amp and $30 for 50 amps. It's a deal!

It is well lit at night, he has security cameras everywhere, and keeps an eye on the place via his mobile phone.

Enjoy! We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Oh BTW, as you're coming into the park, on the right, you'll see a restaurant called Ole Sawmill. What an amazing buffet. Have eaten there many many many many many times. It's nice that you can walk down there if you need to... So very close. You are also a parking lot apart from Walmart and a Food Giant grocery store, miscellaneous little clothing shops, and a Mexican / Pizza Buffet. There's also a couple of gas stations right here or Waffle House, KFC, McDonalds, Sonic, Subway, Asian buffet right next to Walmart , and Burger King, and it's all literally at the end of the ramp from I-40 at Exit 241. Those are all things that are here...close enough that you can see. You can venture each direction- both north and south -and hit various things like great catfish, steaks, etc., but they are only about a 10 minutes drive.

As you drive into the RV park on the access road (kinda from the grocery store parking lot and behind the restaurant) you might wonder what you are getting into. But the park is a very nice place to stay, especially if your on the road. The park only has about 25 sites as of now but there are about 10 pull thru sites in the middle that can handle the biggest coach with tow attached. No showers or restroom but still a good value as full hookup and cable were very good. You do get some noise from the interstate but not unbearable. Level gravel site with nice grass between. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

A simple overnighter stop. Far enough off I-40. Watch closely for the blue/white signs for the Colony Inn and the campground. Be prepared to turn right just past the Exxon. It will look like you are pulling into a Food Giant grocery store parking lot. Which you are. But keep looking to your right for the last blue/white sign which directs you to the campground. The owner is very concerned that you are taken care of. Nothing fancy but does the job. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

This was just an overnight stop for us and was adequate. The campground is well maintained and the sites are not too close together. There are grassy areas and small trees around each site and utilities are easy to hook up. The owner is very helpful and efficient. The only negative is the traffic noise from I-40 which is about a block away.
Highway I-40 west of Memphis was a horrible stretch of road with extensive road damge from constant, heavy truck traffic. Our tow vehicle appears to have sustained some internal damage because it now will not start. Advise rigs with tow vehicles to either take it very slow or avoid that stretch and take a lesser highway across. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Nice park, located near I-40. Entrance is off of Confederate Ave. (behind a restaurant) and may be a little hard to find. Road leading in is a little rough so take it slow. Good pull-thru sites with gravel and easy to level. Power, water, and sewer are handy (water pressure was good). Looked like newer hookups. No shower house or other amenities - this is a good overnight/short stay location. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great park for travelers on I-40. The sites are level gravel with grass and small trees between them. Right now, each RV must be self-contained although the owner told us he is adding a bathroom. The park is very close, within walking distance, to shopping and restaurants. We stayed overnight on our way home. The lots were easy enough to maneuver around and at an angle which we prefer. The lots were level. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We could hear the highway as it was only a few blocks away. The roads into the park from the highway need some work. Hopefully, the city fixes those potholes quickly as we had to go pretty slow. If you go slow, you can maneuver around them. The friendliness of the owners makes us want to come back if we are in the area again. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.
