A simple overnighter stop. Far enough off I-40. Watch closely for the blue/white signs for the Colony Inn and the campground. Be prepared to turn right just past the Exxon. It will look like you are pulling into a Food Giant grocery store parking lot. Which you are. But keep looking to your right for the last blue/white sign which directs you to the campground. The owner is very concerned that you are taken care of. Nothing fancy but does the job. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

This was just an overnight stop for us and was adequate. The campground is well maintained and the sites are not too close together. There are grassy areas and small trees around each site and utilities are easy to hook up. The owner is very helpful and efficient. The only negative is the traffic noise from I-40 which is about a block away.
Highway I-40 west of Memphis was a horrible stretch of road with extensive road damge from constant, heavy truck traffic. Our tow vehicle appears to have sustained some internal damage because it now will not start. Advise rigs with tow vehicles to either take it very slow or avoid that stretch and take a lesser highway across. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Nice park, located near I-40. Entrance is off of Confederate Ave. (behind a restaurant) and may be a little hard to find. Road leading in is a little rough so take it slow. Good pull-thru sites with gravel and easy to level. Power, water, and sewer are handy (water pressure was good). Looked like newer hookups. No shower house or other amenities - this is a good overnight/short stay location. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great park for travelers on I-40. The sites are level gravel with grass and small trees between them. Right now, each RV must be self-contained although the owner told us he is adding a bathroom. The park is very close, within walking distance, to shopping and restaurants. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

We stayed overnight on our way home. The lots were easy enough to maneuver around and at an angle which we prefer. The lots were level. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We could hear the highway as it was only a few blocks away. The roads into the park from the highway need some work. Hopefully, the city fixes those potholes quickly as we had to go pretty slow. If you go slow, you can maneuver around them. The friendliness of the owners makes us want to come back if we are in the area again. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

This an overnight stop right next to I40. Being next to I40 was loud, but eventually the noise fades into the background. The city street to the entry to the park has large potholes. Not the parks fault, just be aware. The manager was a nice guy and is upgrading the facilities. The site was level gravel. No frills but would stay again. The rate was for a 50 amp site. Food, fuel and groceries very close. Good Verizon cell service. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient located to interstate. Relatively new and the owner is trying to develop the park. Owner friendly and helpful. Park was clean. Gravel sites were level. Hookups excellent. Very good stop for an over night; owner recommended the Old Mill restaurant next to it. It is well known for its fried chicken, so we naturally had to try it. Without a doubt, the chicken was awesome. We would use it again if in the area. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Friendly and accommodating owner. Neatly organized and level sites. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Keep in mind, there is a noisy roadway close, if that sort of thing bothers you, and there are no frills, bathrooms, or laundry on site. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small, no frills (no pool, gym, bath house, playground) park designed for overnight travel stays. Sites are level, gravel, with terrific water pressure and excellent Wi-Fi. The owner is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Close to Sawmill Café (nice southern comfort food buffet), fuel, Walmart, fast food, and other businesses. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed here twice traveling on a trip in April, 2016. This is not a destination park but is an excellent overnight or couple day stay park. The sites are large pull-throughs with full hookups. They are fairly level and have lots of gravel. There is plenty of grass to walk your dog if you have one. There is also a grocery store and a restaurant within walking distance. The best thing about this park though is the owner. He is what every park owner should be. We had had flat tires on the highway both times we stayed here. He was not only very accommodating about our late arrivals but also helped us get the tires fixed. We would highly recommend this park to everyone. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Owner very helpful and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. We called ahead and he sent us the map by text. Just off I-40 with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Easy in and out - no need to unhook toad. Found a thank you note on windshield the next morning. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Nice park with 25 sites. Has gravel pads and roads. Well maintained with grass between sites. Called for reservation, owner took our name and said come on. Said if he wasn't here pick a site and he would collect later. He sent me a text of how to get off freeway and into campground. Freeway several hundred yards away but noise is minimal.
