Nice scenic setting along Lake Catherine. Roomy sites and well maintained. It's not a far ride to Hot Springs if you want to go into town. The showers were nice size and kept very clean. Nice sized pavilion. The office has some snack foods and Rv supplies. We didn't swim but the pool looks nice and clean. Our rate reflects a weekly rate. We had a full hook up pull through site which was very easy to get into and out of. This park was definitely designed with large rigs in mind! The sites are long and wide and the park roads are very easy to maneuver around. The sites are concrete and blacktop with grass and immature plantings separating you from your neighbor. Even with slides out there was plenty of room around the RV. The washers and dryers were inexpensive, $1.00 for each. The pool area was beautiful but we never had a chance to use it. The park is on a river and has boat rentals and a boat ramp. This is a destination park! It's clean, quiet and well designed. We'll be comparing all other parks to this one!! We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is definitely a 10/10/10 park! We stayed at a 'premium' site on the water for 4 nights. It is well worth the extra cost to sit there and relax beside the lake, plus you get a larger yard. The pads are all concrete, the staff is friendly, and the heated pool is awesome! Internet worked great, and was sufficient for our daughter's online school. We never even turned on the Mifi. If I had one suggestion, it would be a closer dumpster to the campground. The last trash pickup is around 4 or 5, and we tend to generate a lot of trash in the evenings. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Motorhome.
You cannot go wrong. We enjoyed the lakeside site, but would also be happy with one near the pool.

The rate reflects a weekly rate. This is an excellent park. The staff are friendly, really helpful and informative. The sites are long and spacious and easily accommodated our trailer and tow truck. Roads are tarmac with concrete pads and patio area and grass areas between sites that is mown regularly. Park maintenance is high standard, the restrooms/shower blocks have large stalls, very clean and in very good condition. Trash is collected from your site. Cable TV picture quality very good and excellent robust wifi. Large heated outdoor pool with plenty of loungers. There is a pavilion, disc golf and other activities. It is close to several State Parks, Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Town of Hot Springs with the famous Bathhouses. Our one small grumble is that the pet owners use the grass between the sites to exercise their dogs although there is a Bark Park, they do clean up but that is not the point. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our second stay at this park. There's a lot to like here and they try hard to be a destination park. Positives include squeaky clean park, long mostly level paved sites, wide roads, lake access, swimming pool, rental boats, pavilion, zip line, and Frisbee golf. I can only think of 2 negatives. They have nasty speedbumps and their free wifi is speed limited to 240kps. Both Verizon & ATT have good signals and most of the park is good for satellite access. Price reflects a weekly rate. We stayed here for 6 days - had originally planned for 2, but this is such a quality resort that we extended our stay. The sites are level, nicely laid out in a large arc of 3 rows that aligns with the river area. There is a nice fishing dock as well as boat and kayak rental. The office and pool area are first-class. They have a large covered group area with restroom facilities there also. We stayed longer also because our motorhome and numerous others went through a hailstorm at the park and needed insurance estimates or repairs. The staff was gracious in helping guests extend their stay or get items taken care of. We have already planned a return trip for August. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Motorhome.
Catherine's Landing is on the SE edge of Hot Springs. Plenty of shopping and restauarants are available less than 5 miles away. The National Park springs and bath areas are close by in town.

This is a clean and well kept Park. There were several snow birds here during our stay, but no "full timers". Zip line on the premises was a good time! The area is beautiful, and the surroundings has lots of trees. I wish they would have left more trees on the premises. Spots are a little close together. A little pricey, but we would stay here again. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Excellent indeed. Make sure you get a water-front spot and you will be very pleased. A very efficient check-in at a beautiful office/store. Did not swim, but it was a wonderful pool area. Paved roads to your all concrete pad and patio with picnic table, fire ring and bbq cooking stand. Loved the view of the river and would stay again for sure! Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $28.00
This is my idea of a great RV park! The trip into the park is through a residential area but no problem for any size rig. The park has a lot going for it: secluded, minimal lighting, waterfront, good Wi-Fi, decent cable, good water pressure and nice sized lots. The configuration of the sites was well thought out and you don't feel that you are on top of one another. Rate is based on a 7 day stay. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This is a beautiful and peaceful campground! We chose a waterfront site and it was lovely. We couldn't get satellite signal at our site because of the trees, but the cable worked fine. Wi-Fi was good. We made use of the grill and fire ring at our site. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the park and guests with on-site trash pick up twice a day. The campground is close to Garvin Woodland Gardens, which is a must see. A wind advisory for area lakes kept us from enjoying the park's many water amenities, but we will be back. This is one of the best maintained parks we have stayed at. There are all kinds of activities ranging a zip line to disc golf, even a dog park. cable TV worked just fine same with the Wi-Fi. We were there for Halloween and they had a site decorating contest and prizes for costumes. We will stay here again for sure. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Good level parking concrete pad with good location for hook=ups. Yes, they are slow with grass cutting but they did get around to cutting grass while we were there. Met the manager and he took time to talk to us while we were washing clothes at the clubhouse. Great customer service at the front desk with very helpful info about the area. We are going to check out other campgrounds that are own by this company. We will be back when in the Hot Springs area! We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a very nice campground with wide streets and level, concrete pads. Very professional office staff. Sites are wide with a grassy area between pads. There are no trees to interfere with satellite, and wifi worked great. We did not use any amenities. We will definitely stay here in the future if we are in the area. This is a 'Class A' RV Park - everything was immaculate, concrete slabs to park on, parking spaces so you didn't feel on top of one another. Grassed dog run. Views of the lake. Very neat, clean, friendly staff and just within blocks of residential, but didn't feel like it, and quiet/dark at night. Good Wi-Fi, cable, and close enough to town (Hot Springs) for shopping and activities. This would be our first choice if in the area again, and will be checking out some of their sister RV parks. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We stayed at this park after purchasing a new 5th wheel. When we arrived, we found out that we had a back in because we made the reservation before we had our new vehicle. There was no way to change it and no one to help, so we proceeded. We were able to back it in fine, but what impressed us is that the assistant manager knocked on our door about 10 minutes after we had set up to check and see how we were doing. We were quite impressed. The park is lovely. Spaces are large and private. We enjoyed our spot by the lake for 10 days and would easily camp here again. Wi-Fi and cable worked well. Lots of places for the dog to run and we even had some turtle neighbors on a log in the lake for the entire time we were there. It was unbearably hot, but that had nothing to do with the park. It was a lovely stay! We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
