Rate includes 10% Good Sam discount for our three night stay. The site was back-in, gravel, level and FHU with 50 amp electric. The electric and water services worked well. There was a grass patio area with a picnic table. The site boundaries are well marked on the gravel and the owner has guidelines for how to place your RV on the site. We had good Verizon voice and data reception and good DishTV satellite reception. We did not use the park WiFi. The park was quiet at night. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is the first park I have stayed at where there really wasn't anything wrong from my perspective. Easy to find although a little off the beaten path. Site was long enough for my 35 foot travel trailer and there was parking immediately next to your site that is just as long as the site itself. Small park with gravel - although the owner says they are paving it soon and adding more sites. There is a small, grassy area for dogs to walk around. It is on the corner of the lake but I wouldn't recommend using the park for access to the lake - not enough room. The bathrooms & showers were immaculate, and if I could give the a 6 out of 5, I would. It certainly raised my standards for RV park bathrooms. They were hotel-style bathrooms. This place had a 24-hour lounge and a small gym. Only 2 washers & dryers, though. Internet was adequate. Had a few cable channels. Plenty of propane - the owner even ordered 500 gallons after they ran out. Very quiet park. I gave this place a 10 not necessarily because it was a stand-out park but because I really couldn't find anything wrong with my 1 month stay. If I had to find one thing wrong with the stay, it was that there was one day during the winter when they couldn't get me propane because 1 employee was out on a business trip and the other was in the hospital (husband & wife manage it). We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This was a very nicely maintained campground located on the lake. There was a boat launch but no other direct access to the lake. Sites were somewhat narrow and all were back in with room for tow vehicle parking. There was limited amount of tree coverage but the site we had was shaded at the rear of the trailer. Utilities were well placed and easy to use. We had good OTA television coverage and Verizon service. The owner / manager was extremely friendly and helpful. There is propane for sale on the site. The fenced dog yard was clean and neat and shade covered as well as lit at night.

It is an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic part of Hot Springs and the National Park. A grocery store and fuel station was available within a five minute drive. It served as a nice base for exploring the region. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

What a cute little park. Lots of attention to detail here. Great wifi. Not a lot of cable channels to choose from, but we have satellite, so no big deal. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Close to downtown Hot Springs, shopping, etc. Access to Lake Hamilton. Produce stand on the way to town, bought farm fresh eggs. Bathouse row is a must. We visited The Ohio Room for a beer and a charcuterie plate. Lots of history in that place!

Park is close to town, it's pretty much no frills , lime stone drive and pads, not much grass and what there is has many many stickers. WiFi works well , cable is good enough , there were enough channels to watch.
Not much to do other than sit outside your camper etc.
Dog park is adequate but small, didn't use the facilities but assume they are ok. We paid 30$ per night which may be a little too high for this park in my opinion. Full hookups, overall a decent park quiet but sort of small. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

You still won't find cleaner restrooms, showers, laundry room and lounge almost anywhere. Cute, well planned park; more residents are full timers now than one year ago. Probably time to add more rock to the pads and re-level some sites. Local traffic noise just off of the park seems to be on the rise. Management are good people. We'll stop here again as we pass through the Hot Springs area. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Without a doubt this is the nicest, cleanest RV park in Hot Springs. It is nicer than some parks that charge more. It is small and quiet. Level sites. Showers and bathrooms are spotless. Laundry is good. There is a meeting room with small kitchen, fitness room, and a small lounge with TV. Staff is great. Convenient location to Mall and other places on Central Ave. We will stay here again in our fifth wheel. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean park. Very quiet. Located next to Lake Hamilton on South side of Hot Springs making easy access to attractions. Very nice staff. They let me wash my motor home on site. Only negative is they have low water pressure (28 psi). When showering, we had to turn on the rigs water pump to get enough water pressure. It was fine for washing clothes and the dishwasher. Park has cable but is hook to a regular antenna and work intermittent, we just used our satelite. Parking is on gravel but it was not a dusty park. We stayed here for a week in a 45' motor home and would stay again. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hot Springs is very nice and this park is a great place to stay while enjoying the area. The managers are among the best we have encountered. They are courteous, helpful, and very interested in your having a good stay. All sites are level. The park is not paved with concrete, but the gravel is crushed hard rock, and dust is not a problem. They have lake access, nice barbecue grills, and a fenced dog running area. The clubhouse is really nice with modern exercise equipment available. The laundry was top notch. All hook-ups are modern, and like new. Cable TV worked fine. Wifi worked, but wasn't the best. If the wifi had worked well, this park would be a solid "TEN'. Verizon wireless phone reception was great. We will plan to stay here again if we ever return to Hot Springs. The nightly rate in this review reflects the monthly rate. Wonderful small park with great managers. Friendly, helpful but never intrusive. Laundry room, restrooms, showers, exercise facility, small lounge are spotless! Lots are nicely spaced with a little green space and picnic table for each site. The fenced pet area is not far from the boat landing. Propane fill on-site. A model of small RV park planning. Shopping, restaurants, horse track, mineral baths & spa, public gardens are a short drive away. We reserved for a week but stayed a few extra days. We'll be back! Overall Rating:

This park had good reviews and said it is on Lake Hamilton so that's why we chose it. Upon entering the park, we were somewhat dismayed by the appearance. A big gravel parking lot with dried out grass. The first unit you see is a horribly old and dirty park model- not a good first impression. There is also a cruddy looking trailer park right across the street with filthy singlewides. The lake is pretty much useless- you can't launch a boat, even though there is a boat launch there! You can fish from the dock if you have a license. The laundry room looked clean upon first looking at it but smells bad as it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Everyone cleans the lint filters whenever they do their wash but underneath there is lint that should've been vacuumed out a long time ago. The shower facilities are nice but there is no privacy. You step out of the shower naked and if anyone is in there they can see you- kind of a weird set-up! The rules say all "pets must be kept on a leash" but during our stay we saw numerous dogs NOT on leashes- the typical "the rules don't apply to me scenario"! We saw several dogs poop in the gravel by other people's RV's or in the grass but the Mgr's never seemed to see such things. There was also a permanent resident who had a cargo trailer parked next to his travel trailer and he would be in the cargo trailer grinding or sanding something in there for hours on end. The managers were friends with him so they acted oblivious to it- either that or they were hard of hearing! It was very annoying and we were quite a ways from this. I felt sorry for the neighbors who were right next to him. Again- nothing ever said! On the plus side- it was fairly quiet and good rates. The Mgrs seemed nice at first be wary- some people are not always what they seem. They seem afraid to enforce any of the rules- like the dogs not on leashes and they complained of all the feral cats that are all over the place. Warning- they don't like cats! We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park with outstanding showers. Entrance is a little tricky, so be sure to get directions. Waterfront is a little misleading. There is a very small area on an inlet of Lake Hamilton, not enough to walk around. Park and sites were loose gravel, which I found difficult to walk on with knee problems. Wi-Fi good. Cable somewhat limited: no business channel, which we miss. Very quiet and squeaky clean. Easy access for filling a motorhome with propane. Staff very nice, offering any help if needed. Small exercise room. Sites are not really long, but there is ample parking beside your rig for your tow vehicle. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again. Park is on very small inlet of lake. Roads and sites are gravel. Sites are large with grass between. Water, power, and cell (AT&T) were good. Brand new park on inlet to Lake Hamilton. Has spotless new restrooms, laundry, workout room, meeting room. Gravel drives and spaces. Spaces are a little tight but very well positioned. Plenty of room for large rigs and slides. Got satellite and their cable tV was good. Wi-Fi had a strong signal from site 25. Very helpful, friendly manager. Close to everything, yet quiet residential area. Would camp here again. We camped at Leisure Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.
