Ok the park is very nice and clean; the owners are extremely nice, but the managers not such a nice thing. The man has an extremely volatile temper. Campers beware. Will not camp here again due to witnessing the extreme behavior of management. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small, quiet campground close to Diamond Crater National Park with great Wi-Fi. Level gravel site. Great size for our 34' fifth wheel. Great fire pits but we did not use.

They provided us with diamond mining tools free of charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The workkamper couple was great. He provided us with helpful diamond mining tips even though we didn't find any diamonds. She gave us a great tip on where to stay after Murfreesboro.

We headed to Hot Springs AR and stayed at Catherine's Landing. We visited the famous bathhouses and soaked in the mineral pools after our two grueling days of diamond hunting. What a great find. We had never heard of the bathhouses. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great locations to visit Crater of Diamonds. Park host provides a free and informative diamond mining outdoor class. Mining tools are available to rent at modest cost. Very small campground and only 1 site to accommodate 41 ft motorhome. Site was level, clean and everything worked well. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for nicer hosts. The grounds were clean, cut grass, and gravel drive as well as RV sites. Nice, large private restrooms with showers as well as a laundry room. If staying at least 2 nights, you get free use of diamond searching equipment to take with you to the Crater of Diamonds State Park a mile away. This was extremely helpful since the State Park charges rental fees on everything: shovels, buckets, sifters, etc. We had our 2 dogs with us and the RV park is dog friendly. As always we picked up after our dogs but we also noticed that everyone else evidently picked up after their dogs if they had them since the grounds were free of any dog droppings. We would surely stay here again. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Actually the park is very small, but the hostess makes it worth the value! It is close to the diamond crater which was our destination. The water pressure was low and we did were not able to get any TV reception. The hostess is very knowledgeable of hunting for diamonds at the crater and gives classes and guidance on your hunting. Very helpful as I did not see any guidance at the park. We did enjoy our stay there and would return if we are ever back in the area. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

As other reviews, the staff make the park. Small park just yards off the roadway. Nice level sites with table and firepit. No place to walk dogs. Sites are back-in except for one pull-through for large rig. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

This small, rural campground wins the prize for Friendliest, Most Helpful Hostess of All time. We showed up on the wrong day, at the wrong time, and somehow she made everything work for us, including changing our site and extending our stay for a day. The park is well maintained with ample sized sites with good utilities and, the most rare thing among RV parks - good, strong Wi-Fi. Closest RV park to the state park where you can hunt for diamonds and keep what you find If you stay more than 1 night the park gives free lessons on how to hunt for diamonds and will loan you equipment at no charge. No amenities like pool, etc., but nevertheless we think it's the best place to stay in Murfreesboro. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very small park, no frills. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and go out of their way to explain and help you with your diamond mining experience. The site was clean and level and plenty of room between sites. We were the only Class A motorhome in the park, but there were large 5th wheels and class C motorhomes. We would stay here again if we were in the area. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful camp hosts who are more than happy to help you succeed in digging for diamonds at the state park. The campground is small and there is only one pull through (site 9, I believe), but it is well maintained and clean. The host waited up for us to arrive fairly late (10pm) to escort us to our site. This campground is well suited for those visiting the Crater of Diamonds State Park as it is only one mile away. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is exactly as previously reviewed. The managers treated us like royalty. The class and tools were free and greatly appreciated. We drove past the park when we mistook a private drive for the entrance. Private drive is a narrow asphalt road , entrance is the next gravel drive. We are 65'+ long and were able to fit in site 1 with no problem. Some road noise. We will return here next year to try to find our Diamond again. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground is nothing special. However if you are in the area to look for diamonds at Crater of Diamonds SP, the staff will give lessons and loan out free equipment. This assistance and knowledge is worth far more than the campground rate. They devoted several hours to our group helping clean our haul. In fact if you camp someplace else I would recommend that you pay for a spot just to talk with these people. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Good campground. Kept clean and well maintained. Close to road and can get a little noisy. The best part about this campground is the management!! They are the friendliest and most helpful couple we have meet. If you are going there to visit the diamond mines the you must stay here so you can attend their classes and ongoing help. The only negative I have is the lack of cable and no off the air TV reception. Will return next time we are in the area. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small campground. The staff was very helpful. They provided classes on mining and have washtubs set up for cleaning tailings from the mine. Also provided screen sets and shovels for guests at no addl charge. About a mile from the mine entrance. There are no over the air channels but all these sites are sat friendly. With such a small park recommend calling ahead for reservations. Sites were gravel and mostly level. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

This small campground just one mile outside of the Crater of Diamonds State Park has only 12 RV spots and a few tent sites. Even though it sits right on Washington Ave, there is very little road noise. All sites are back-in with full hook-ups but not all will accommodate a big rig. Each level gravel campsite has a picnic tableand some have fire rings. Bathroom and laundry were clean and well kept. Free WiFi worked well. Sprint has no service in this area. The staff is very friendly and gives classes on how to look for diamonds in the State Park. They also have some tools that they will loan you for your dig. This is a nice place to stay for a visit to the park. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Motorhome.

We came to Murfreesboro to search for diamonds at the Crater of Diamonds state park. Alas, we found no diamonds, but we did find this "jewel" of an RV park. If you are looking for swimming pools, hot tubs, cable TV, a recreation director, concierge service, or a huge sprawling facility with crammed together sites, this is not the place for you. However, if you want a small friendly park with all you need but without the fluff you don't need, then this park will suit you to a "T". The only thing we missed was TV service at our site, but management allowed us to watch some TV in the office/lounge. Friendly, helpful management helps make this a very pleasant park. There are some shortcomings to be sure, but they are mostly in the area of road noise and visual appeal...while the grass was nicely mowed, a little work with a weed eater and some attention to the flower/shrub beds would have helped tremendously. The bathrooms/showers rate a solid 10+...very clean and well maintained while we were there. The laundry was also very clean with newer looking machines. Tent sites have some shade, RV sites do not. Our overall rating of this park took into account the cleanliness, grounds maintenance, completeness of facilities, visual appeal, noise level, and park personnel. We camped at Murfreesboro RV Park in a Tent.
