As others have said, this one is all about location. Within walking distance of lots of attractions. The RV park itself is just a big parking lot. With the PA rate, it was worth the cost. It seems to be geared towards self-contained campers as there is no shade or picnic tables except in the large pavillion. Depending on your site, your hookups might be on the wrong side. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Downtown RV park in Little Rock. Not hard to find. Cement pads, pull in facing river (extra cost) and very long pull though sites in middle of park. Rear park sites are gravel, but level. Pull through sites are N/S configuration. Good Verizon and T-Mobile Signals. No cable. Most sites satellite friendly. Areas near river to walk dog, also covered pavilion with picnic table with grass. Park has security gate. Wifi is good, even with full park. FHU's good condition. There are some overflow electric/water only sites. Bridge over river to Clinton Library is a bit far to walk. The bridge is lit at night and is a light show, very nice. Felt it was a good value for a downtown park. Many stores and restaurants short drive from park, but area can be dicy after dark, but park is safe. Very basic park, not the prettiest, but pull though sites are level cement pads and very long. If you are going to arrive after 5, you will have to call in order to get past security gate to site. The gate needs a code after hours. The washer and driers pay in advance. The park is really a large parking lot with cement pads and utilities, right in downtown near the library. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

A rare downtown RV park. The location is the only redeeming quality since no real grounds except gravel and concrete. Lady was a tad grumpy upon arrival and be careful booking on line since they ask you to email credit card information over a non-secure link. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Up against the river and between the 2 bridges in downtown Little Rock. Very neat location if you want a break from the woods. Walking distance to River market, Clinton museum/park and other downtown activities. Gated for security. Laundry on-site. Did not use facilities. Passport America price was $11 on the weekend. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Even though we stayed just one night, we had a 100' site! We didn't have to unhook our truck, which made ease of leaving in the morning. The views of the river and downtown Little Rock are spectacular. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Be sure to walk across the bridge. It leads to the Clinton Library and grounds. Don't go into town after dark. The RV Park is gated for a reason :( We did feel safe there, however.

What a hidden gem! This place is great! We never would have gone here had another RVer not recommended it. It's wonderful. It's in downtown NORTH Little Rock (across the river from Little Rock, Arkansas. Very EZ to find (no downtown traffic to get to it.). Outstanding for big rigs. Very large internal roads, pull-throughs, and back-ins. Level cement sites with full hook-ups, 50 amp. Manager is great. Security is VERY good. RIGHT on the river. Grass for fur babies. Fabulous WiFi and great laundry. It's in between walking bridge and 30 bridge. Some noise from 30 bridge, but not nearly as much as one would expect as road is much higher than RV park. (I hate roads noise, and it didn't bother me much.) Walking bridge (which this park has access to) takes you over to Clinton Library and beautiful park...plus HUGE amount of walking and biking paved trails. Also goes over to the trolley that takes you all around downtown Little Rock. Historical submarine and heroic WWII tub boat are within walking distance on your side of the river. PLUS...bonus...the walking bridge as well as the 4 bridges to the right of the RV park light up at night with beautiful colors...different each night. It's a fabulous place for a stop-0ver or for seeing Little Rock. We loved it and would thoroughly enjoy coming back! We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Walking bridge goes to Clinton Library, Little Rock Trolley (which goes all around town), and huge number of walking and biking paved paths. Don't miss the Old Mill. Was in opening credits for Gone with the Wind, but is beautiful in is own right. Have to drive to this but is close as is in North Little Rock.

Really easy to find and pull in. Staff was excellent in providing details on how to get into the park, we arrived very late. Largest pull thru we have ever been it, very, very easy. Very quite. It is along the river and has some nice benches along the water. Sites are neat. Security gate which is nice. Situated by the bridges to the Clinton Library. The bridges are lit up in rainbow colors at night and are really beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. We were there for just an overnight stop. No trees, small gravel spots between sites, ok for us!! We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here one night on our travels. You must arrive before 5PM if you can't you need to call and let them know you will be arriving late. You need an access code for the gate which closes in the evening. This RV park is in Downtown North Little Rock and the streets are narrow, we managed with a 35 ft 5th wheel but I wouldn't want to be there during rush hour. Pull thru's are very long and are on concrete pads. The back ins are along the river. The 2 bridges have lights on them at night. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved staying here. Yes, it is basically a parking lot, but the view is great! We enjoyed watching boaters and barges. The walking bridge goes right to the Clinton Library. It is a very easy walk. We have a 45' motor home with a tow vehicle and did not have any problems getting in and around the park. We had a pull in site where we had a view of the river from our windshield. Very nice! The park manager was nice. I read a review where someone complained because she told them not to leave their BBQ grill on a wood picnic table. The picnic tables are not at individual sites. They are in a general area. She was probably concerned that it could catch on fire. I can understand that. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

It is a parking lot that faces the Arkansas River. Right next to it is a long walking bridge. At night it is illuminated in various colors, something different almost every night. No personal picnic tables. No grass at sites....whole CG is Blacktop/Concrete...except across the front by the river, that is grass. It is for walking dogs (bag stations all along) There are picnic tables to sit at and watch the boats in the water or the lights at night. There is also a very large covered patio with picnic tables for any and all RV people to use. The grounds are gated. There is a laundry room but the check in person has to activate it for you and you pay them directly. One washer/one dryer. It is not a safe neighborhood at all. Lots of vagrants and homeless all over and under the bridges. People wandering aimlessly. Felt very safe in the CG. Very well lit yet not too bright as so you can't sleep. I was a little upset when we made reserv. We asked for Passport America and was told it is available. PA sites are the ones in the last row. When we got there, we were told they were full. We originally were there for 3 nights. During that time there were 4 spaces in that last row open the whole time. We added 4 more nights as we were going south and wanted to wait for Harvey to pass. We again asked for PA and was told the same. Now there were 6 spaces open for those 4 days. So if you see they offer PA, don't expect it, not even for one night. So we paid to stay in the middle row. Front row is riverside and costs extra. Most in front of us was empty the whole time, so we had River view anyway. I would only stay there again if I needed to. It is the best CG in the area but would try to avoid having to stay in Little Rock at all costs. Utilities were good. Didn't use wifi, we had AT&T phones and hotspot and worked great. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Don't go out anywhere at night. About 8 miles away is a lot of shopping, walmart, kohls, jcpenneys, michaels, etc. It is safer there. But we would only go out during daylight as it wasn't safe driving out of and in the area of the CG at night.

Our GPS devices agreed on the route and brought us right to the area. Although once you get through the narrow concrete gate it is a little confusing where the park entrance is the first time. Checkin was easy and friendly. The park roads are asphalt and the sites are concrete which we appreciated during the heavy rains from Tropical Storm Harvey we got while here. This park also does site layouts for the pull-thru sites like we wish more parks did, especially when they have a water feature like river or lake. The pull-thru sites are bi-directional, by that we mean that both a fifth wheel (rear window viewing) and a motor home (front window viewing) can use the same spot. For our pull-thru we pulled in from one side with our back window to the Arkansas River. A motor home would pull in the opposite side of the pull-thru. Some of the sites along the river as shown in the above picture are backin which works great for a fifth wheel and some are pull in which works great for a motorhome. Once in the concrete level sites hookups were very convenient since there were a lot of them. The sites were a little closer together than we would like but doable. The park had free wifi which was good for free park wifi. The Verizon cellphone and 4g signals were strong in this area. The park is Passport America for 3 nights a month but only in the backin sites. Although it is basically a glorified parking lot with hookups we would stay here again hopefully in better weather and utilize one of the riverfront backin sites which you can use Passport America for 3 nights a month. There is a lot to see in the area which the weather put a damper on for this trip. Oh well, always have to leave something for the next time. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Staying here is well worth the view. The park is located on the north side of the Arkansas River. If you are lucky enough to get a site facing the river, then you are in for a treat. You get a grassy area with benches and picnic tables. There is also a doggie pouch pole that provides free bags to pick up after your animal. The real treat is at night. All of the bridges that cross the river light up at night. The lights change colors (red, white, blue, purple, etc) and blink off and on in pattern. You also have a view of downtown Little Rock all lit up!! It was the most enjoyable sight for river view of all the places we have been so far. If you like, you can walk across the bridge to the Clinton Presidential Center. It was too hot to do that for us but we even observed people riding their bikes across the bridge. The river was beautiful and you are able to view barges moving from the Arkansas River towards the Mississippi River. The Passport America sites are in the backside of the camp and there is no grass. All sites appear to be concrete and gravel. Absolutely, No Shade at this park. There are a few rv's that look like they have been parked there for ages. The park is locked at 6pm each day so be sure you have the correct pass code. Ours was wrong and we had to wait until another car was leaving and they gave us the pass code. The lady in the office definitely lacks any personality. I don't think she was having a bad day as she was the same on subsequent days. The laundromat is in a modified trailer next to a smoking area. If the office is locked then so is the laundromat. The washing machine and dryers are nice and big but they are not coin operated. You have to pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry to the unfriendly lady in the office. I didn't check out the bathrooms as they were also in modified looking trailers. The dumpsters were behind the bathrooms in an area that is too far to walk to when the temperatures are over 100 degrees. Night views were 10++. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Yes, it's just a parking lot, but what a location! Easy on and off I 30, close to everything. If the weather had been better, we would have been able to walk or ride to the Clinton Museum over the very close pedestrian bridge. We picked a premium spot to be able to sit and watch the river and bridge lights. It was wonderful - nice breeze, no bugs to speak of. Well worth the couple of extra bucks. It is a city run lot, so the employees may not be the friendliest.... The gates are locked at 6 pm, and they give you a code to access. Make sure that you call if you think you might be pushing 6 - they close those gates early sometimes! 50 amp only, so bring an adapter if you're 30 amp. No cable. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Parking in the downtown area can be tough! It was extremely busy the night we went in (weeknight), not sure if it was normal or if there was a special event. Lots of nice looking restaurants and bars. Very nice downtown. We hit the River Market for lunch. The Clinton Museum was very well done. We managed to be there at the perfect time for a guided tour (free), and it was excellent.

we arrived with two rigs. It was NOT a good day at the office. The man in the tie dye shirt apparently didn't know how to use a computer. Although we had confirmed reservations it took him almost 45 minutes to look for them.He still couldn't find them and those of several other folks as well.He put us into an area used for junk storage. Looking around we found that all the double spots had only one RV in them, parked right in the middle. No wonder they had problems. This place could use some serious management overhaul, after that it just might become ok for an overnight stay. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.
