Overall Rating:

Our $19.56 rate was for the overflow section with no sewer. We felt lucky to get a site at all as we called only the day before, and it was a weekend. The park is basically a concrete parking lot on the banks of the Arkansas River right between I-30 and the Clinton Presidential Park pedestrian bridge. The regular sites are good sized, though close together, and appear level. The overflow is the paved area right next to the entrance: "anywhere you can reach the hookups and you're not in the driveway." The common area next to the river is very nice, and they also have a large pavilion. The road noise from 1-30 is there, but it's not bad. The boats flying through the river are louder--and fun to watch. It's a great location as you have immediate access to the pedestrian bridge that leads right to the Clinton Presidential Library complex and the reclaimed wetlands. At night, the bridge is all lit up like a Christmas tree. We could even see the lights from the overflow area. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to walk across the pedestrian bridge to tour the Clinton Library. No matter your politics, it holds a lot of history and presents it in a matter-of-fact manner. The life-size, fully furnished replicas of the Oval Office and Cabinet Room are awe inspiring.

A different kind of park. Most interior sites are all concrete pads with gravel between them, no grass. We were in a back-in on the river however, and had quite a bit of grass behind the RV. Beautiful views from our site of the bridges, river, and downtown skyline. Located in a less than desirable part of town, but good security. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Clean RV Park, with easy access off of I-30 in North Little Rock. Generally, sites are mostly level concrete pads with full hookups, however, there are a few gravel sites with water and electric only. There is an easily accessible dump station for those that need it. Water pressure is adequate. Every other site on the edge of the river actually face the river making for a nice view. There are only a few trees on site offering some shade. On-site office staff was helpful and friendly. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a paved, approximately 2.1 mile paved loop that includes walking over an old railroad bridge. The Verizon Center, where concerts are often held, is about a quarter of a mile easy walk. There is also a war museum just west and outside of the RV park that has a submarine that you can tour. A marina is located immediately outside the park and has rentals available. Due to the excessive heat, we were unable to take advantage of many of the sites.

This is a typical city style park, meaning it is just a parking lot with hookups. You are quite close to your neighbor (though I could put out my awning), and you both sit out facing each other. It was too hot to sit out anyway, but I'm not a fan of that kind of arrangement. No Wi-fi or shade. Pavement makes it hot in warmer weather. There is a walking bridge (quite long) you can access to cross the river and see the Clinton Library. Dog walking area along the river actually turned out to be better than it first appeared. Little Rock skyline was surprisingly nice at night. At $12.00 I would stay again, but not in the hot weather. Must have a 50 amp adapter if you have a 30 amp rig. The park is clean and well maintained. I saw the concrete pads being swept when they were empty. All grass that was trying to grow in the gravel areas had been killed. The security gates and fence operate perfectly and keep out those that might otherwise wander into the park. The utilities worked as expected. The water, electric, and sewer connections are shared between 2 sites but the manager will make sure you are on a site that works for your motor home or trailer. I was on an even numbered site and backed in the trailer toward the river. On each side of me were motorhomes driven in facing the water. With slides out there was about 5 feet between us. The parking pads are very long and angled so that it doesn't feel as small as it really is. There is enough room to park 2 vehicles off of the road in front of a 30+ foot camper and still have room to set up several lawn chairs at the rear of the camper for viewing the river. I did not extend my awning but I believe it could have shaded the steps of the motorhome next to me. Access to the walking/biking trails and bridge is excellent. If the weather cooperates, there is no need to drive to the attractions and restaurants just across the river in downtown Little Rock. The grassy area along the river is a great place to walk your dog or sit and watch the river. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a city owned park. Easy access to the park. The spaces are tight but it is easy to maneuver with in the campground. The lots are concrete pads or gravel. All of the utilities where in good working order. OTA TV- you will get 1/2 of the majors. ATT- good signal. Verizon - good signal. Great location and right at the pedestrian bridge that takes you to the Clinton Library. I would stay here again. My rate was with Passport America. The park is pretty easy to get in/out of from I-30. There is just one paved loop that is wide enough to get into sites. Sites are angled, long, close together and concrete with small fine gravel between sites. No room for a picnic table. The utilities for the very long pull thru sites are setup to also be usable as two separate sites so everything is together toward the middle. We were given both sites due to length so it was easy to align to the utilities however we wanted. The utilities worked well. Wifi was good enough for the basics most of the time. Restrooms are a one occupant shower-toilet room, one each for men and women, and they were clean. Small laundry room was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Tips for other Campers:

The park is right at the end of the Presidential pedestrian bridge. You can get to the Clinton Presidential Library in about 10 minutes walking across the bridge. From the library turn to the right toward town and there are lots of restaurants and bars about an additional 10-15 minute walk. Great beer selection and happy hour at the Flying Saucer.

We travel with a truck camper and 20' cargo trailer (about 45' total). We had a pull thru site that was huge. Full hook ups, level site, great views, easy walk downtown and Uber/Lyft was convenient. The walls that previous reviewers talk about are part of a seawall to keep the river from flooding N. Little Rock. Granted, the neighborhood behind the park is not the best but the park is neat and clean and office personnel were very nice. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Truck Camper.

As others have stated, this is basically a parking lot with some highway noise. With that being said, GREAT LITTLE stopover. We've spent some time in Little Rock so this time we were looking for convenient location. This little campground was all of that plus very secure - we were concerned about security being downtown. The park has a code entry lock and is on city property with lots of drive around by the local PD. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.
