We only stayed one night, because we were just passing through. We called the day before to reserve a spot. Good thing, cause they were full when we got there. Of course it was a Friday night... It had rained most of the day, before we got there, according to the park owner. Lots of standing water. We had a nice site for the rig and a couple chairs. Watery areas around us though. Their website said "fire rings on every site". I didn't see any, and we were looking forward to having a nice fire on the last night of our trip. I had some issue with my electrical, when hooking up. I wasn't sure if it was my MC or the service. I called the owner, who lives on the property, and he grabbed his multi-meter and headed over. Let me be very clear...he was the nicest, most helpful RV park guy thus far. He did some quick checks on the service post and we determined it was an issue with the EMS (electrical management system) installed in my rig last year. We got the issue fixed and his positivity and personal service made it so much easier and we were problem and worry free for our stay. Had I known we didn't have a fire ring before he left, I would have asked for one. But I didn't feel right bothering him again. Thanks! I would definitely stay again. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Motorhome.

It is a nice place with excellent hookups. We especially liked the winterized water hook ups. People were nice and friendly. The manager put our site on the board on the porch as he knew we would be arriving when he was running an errand. When he returned, we settled up. No over the air channels. We didn't try to set up any cable. Wifi was shaky. Verizon signal was just ok. Park was quiet with very little road noise. Very convenient to exit. We would stay here again when passing through. He does a very active overnight business. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Motorhome.

Very nice family owned and operated RV Park. The owner was very friendly and helpful in getting us parked. The roads were wide enough to easily maneuver a 45 foot coach. All site resources worked well and the WiFi was exceptionally good. The park is very close to I-40 and there is a Flying J and Pilot at the exit. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Motorhome.

This was a nice campground. Close to I-40. Easy to find. No reservations but we called ahead and upon our late arrival all info was attached to the board on the porch. We later spoke with the manager/staff who were very friendly and accomodating. Sites were level dirt and gravel. Hook ups were easy & in good working order. Cell Service was ok (Sprint) It was a comfortable overnight stay. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Motorhome.

Nice park. Our fifth wheel and truck fit well into the full-hookup, pull through site. Interior roads are navigable. Nice laundry room, which is also the activity area and has access to adjacent bathrooms. If you plan ahead, do your laundry while getting some exercise: There is a bike and elliptical rider in this room. There are many workers who occupy this park; their rigs and sites are all well kept. Would stay here again. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved this quaint little park for an overnight stay on the way to Vegas. Very cute and well kept. We were able to call late morning and reserve a spot that night. Owner very accommodating and helpful. Little store with basic supplies in the checkin area. Nice grassy areas for walking the puppers. Gravel roads and sites but well packed and not the dusty dirty gravel you typically think of. Barely even could tell it was gravel. Trees throughout. Sites are relatively close together so wouldn't stay longer than a night or two but was perfect for our needs. Full hookups, literally right off the interstate. We will absolutely stay here again when passing through. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for 7 nights, got the weekly rate. Beautiful park with shaded and non-shaded level sites. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Great laundry facility, $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry! It's obvious a lot of time and work have gone into this park. Good cable TV, Wifi secure and fast. We will definitely be staying here any time we pass through this area! We only stayed here overnight, so the review will be brief. The campground is a mile or so off the interstate in a residential area, so it's reasonably quiet. It's very pretty with lots of trees and grass. Sites are a little close together for our liking but that's not unusual. Check-in was quick and friendly. Verizon was very slow, AT&T was decent, and the free campground WiFi actually was pretty fast (exactly 3 Mbps). There's no dog area, but we walked ours through the campground and one of the nearby streets. We would return here again for a few nights. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The park was very peaceful and quiet. Easy access off the interstate and inside the park. Wonderful, strong Wi-Fi. Park was nicely landscaped. Owner was very attentive. Sites 1 through 23 are the older sites but they are closer to the road, easy to access and have mature, nice foliage. The newer lots are well spaced and clean but they were no trees and landscaping there yet. The electric hookup was in a good location and appeared modern. Sewer connection was clean, in good location, and easy to connect. The playground is shaded but very small. We camped at Ivy's Cove RV Retreat in a Motorhome.
