Nov 2016 - $20.00
This is a overnight stop park. It has no services other than full hookups. It is located right next to the road. My front bumper is less than 10 ft from Main Street. It is a rural area but there is traffic noise all night. The area is clean. The price is OK considering. Limited space to walk the dog. Owners are friendly. - RB-KB
Sep 2009 - $20.00
I know it says there are pull-through sites but I couldn't really see them. Kept thinking I was in the wrong part of the park. There is a sign out front to 'pick a spot'. It a very basic camp but there were hookups for the water, electric, and sewer and it was fine for an overnight stay. The gentleman who ran it was very nice and the price was certainly good. It was just outside of Waldron. - vblake
Nov 2005 - $16.00
Nicely maintained, mainly a 'parking spot' for working guys but good amenities and great rates. Discount for weekly hookup, and easy-going owner (park and drop payment when you leave!) made it a real pleasure. - john_bunton

The city took the police department parking lot and added electricity, water, swear & cable to back of each parking space and called it a RV Campground. Sites very close together: open awnings and touch neighbor. Utilities at back of site so need long hoses, especially sewer. Price is right, you are well protected at police department. Great cable service. No reservations and fills up at hunting season. No other advisable campground in area. We stay here visiting family every year. Caution: Big Tree in middle of lots and small posts in front across narrow street...we crushed our motor home bumper backing in trying to skirt tree in back and not seeing post in front which was below eyesight of driver. - Too Tide
Aug 2015 - $10.00
Seven small back in spaces that can handle up to a 40 ft. camper. Sites are fairly level and are concrete but close together. Quiet and secure. Located next to city park and police station. Walking trail, fishing, and picnic area in park. Pet friendly. To secure a site, contact the police dispatcher. They are polite and friendly. This is a dry county, so all alcohol will have to be consumed inside your camper. Magazine Mountain State Park is nearby. Great fishing and hunting. Will definitely stay again! Walmart just a few blocks away. Crosby's automotive located a few miles East of downtown can repair or maintain most motorhomes and trailers. - Gadzilla

Full hook ups, with level sites and a nice view of Rich Mountain. No shower or laundry facilities, no wifi or cable tv. No picnic table, fire pits or hibachi. No place to set your portable grill. They accept cash or check only and do not offer any discounts. I felt the price was a little bit high for essentially a hook up in someone's front yard. It is easily accessed off highway 71. There are two driveway entrances, one of which is a bit of a drop off. We scraped the roof (we are 13'2") driving in to and exiting the park. There is a nice river in the back of the property, but it's overgrown with thicket and hard to appreciate. There is a nice pond, but it needs a little clean up. The sites are very close together, our nearest neighbor (for 2 of our 4 nights) was less than 3 feet away. The owners are incredibly nice, and try to help as much as they can. The owners are relatively new, and the park has potential. - 2 Harleys and a Beast

4 Seasons RV Park is a fantastic place to stay in the Ouachita National Forest. It is in the village of Acorn, just a couple of miles north of Mena. This park is convenient to many recreation areas and hiking trails in the Ouachita National Forest. There are new owners and they are working hard to whip the place into shape. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to use their hotspot for internet when we were there. There is a fantastic view of Rich Mountain from the campground. Full hookups were available with water, sewer and 30/50A electric. Mena is just a few miles to the south with a lot of restaurants, super walmart, and quaint downtown area for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Seasons RV park, it is kind of a hidden gem in the area. There are not very many RV parks in the area, most are on the other side of Mena, away from the National Forest. They offer excellent discounts for extended stays, if you want to stay for a week or more ask about discounts. We really enjoyed the hospitality the new owners provided, and have no doubt they will continue their work adding amenities and sprucing the place up. The previous owners had kind of let the place go. Glad to have found 4 Seasons, which makes an excellent base for exploring the Ouachita National Forest! - Stax

The RV park is good--clean, level sites, easy access. There is no wifi or sewer. I downgrade it because of the noise. The Talimena Drive seems to Harley heaven and the noise is deafening. The road is about 100 yds away and the noise rarely stops, except at night. Also, there were lots of RV people with Harleys, so they were driving up and down the campground road. If you don't mind Harley noise, this place is ok. If you want a little tranquility, stay away. We won't stay here again. - hudsonguy
Nov 2016 - $22.00
Lodge is now complete and very well done. We found the camp ground to be very good. Sites were level, shaded but a little difficult to back in for some especially at night. Number of 50 amp sites have increased. No wifi & no service with AT&T. Restaurant at lodge was fair but on par with other state run facilities. We will gladly return. - timbo1
Apr 2016 - $22.00
Nice park with hiking trails. Spectacular views from the Lodge. Entrance to park camping a bit unclear (we drove by 1st time). Registration is at the lodge - not much parking for your RV at Lodge. Campsites are paved some leveling required if you want perfect. Exit from camping was a "snug" turn-around for our truck and 24 ft trailer. EZ access dump station. Lodge has food service breakfast/lunch & dinner. We enjoyed our stay & would like to return in the fall. - Foxie Box

Jul 2017 - $25.00
Iron Mountain Campground, known locally as "The CMA Campground" because of its ownership by the Christian Motorcycle Association, is a great place to camp. They have full hookups and cell service is good. There are some areas with large pine trees, and some areas that are wide open, so you can choose wherever you like. Their attendance is low when there is no motorcycle rally going on, so you pretty much have the pick of the park where you want to stay. The guy who runs the place, is super nice and tries very hard to accommodate his guests needs. He will make you a great deal on longer stays too, the prices at this campground are hard to beat. It is about 6 miles southwest of Mena, not far from Hatfield. The sites are mostly a grass/gravel combination, presumably from lack of use. The campground is pretty large. We were able to let our dog run off leash from our 5er every night and play fetch and what have you due to having much of the place to ourselves. Great spot to stay if near Mena, AR. - Stax
Jun 2016 - $20.00
This park is under the auspices of the Christian Motorcycle Association. It is clean, and well laid out. The roads are narrow but navigable. Some sections get excellent WiFi, others, not so much. The utility hookups are convenient. The manager is awesome. He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with everything. There's probably no good reason to be in Mena, AR, however, if you are, this is an excellent place to stay, and the price is extremely reasonable. - Gator67
