The rate was $45 cdn. I arrived without a reservation and was instructed to use the provided phone and contact the owners. They were very accommodating and suggested the first row based on the overall length of my rig. The sites are at a 90 degree angle to the access road but very easy to pull into. The sites are terraced with pleanty of room for your slide-outs and awning. I was able to leave my 34 ft TT and truck connected with room to spare. The wifi worked fine and easy to connect. This was a great overnight stop. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The owners (who were away from the park on business) left their phone number and an info package for us when we arrived. Later they got someone to accept our payment (we had made a reservation earlier so had already registered). The owners have only had the park for the past year and a half and have made some improvements such as resurfacing the park roads and some of the sites with a good gravel crush. Our site was huge. It was a pull-through that had a good graveled surface. The hookups were located towards the rear with the sewer furthest away requiring an extra section of hose. All utilities worked fine. There were tall evergreens between the sites affording some privacy. It was also a fairly warm day and the shade provided some relief. A table and fire ring were included on site. The supplied cable TV had around 40 channels. It was analog, so the video was smaller and some fuzziness on the higher channels. The free Wi-Fi was a log-in to a local ISP and there was a limit of 0.5 GB for each username. So it was good enough for browsing and e-mail. If you needed streaming or downloading, then you had to set up another account with the ISP and pay a fee. We never got around to using any of the facilities, but the park has a small putting green, "international" library, playground and a small store. This park is definitely a place to stay while travelling through the area. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

There are a lot of positives about this lovely little campground on Route 1 in the Fraser Canyon. The terraced sites are well-shaded and spacious. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and clearly are working hard to make their park even better. They provide cable, which is a plus. Most campgrounds don't. The Wifi works decently. They have full-hookups (30 amp). And the price is reasonable. If you are staying more than a day or two, Nahatlatch Provincial Park is beautiful, with a series of emerald blue lakes. It takes a bit of a drive down a gravel road to get there but it is worth it. On the other hand, the Hells Gate sky tram is overrated. We highly recommend this park. We stayed here on a day when the outside temp was 39c. It was great sitting in the shade on that hot sunny day. The owners are very nice and are doing a lot of work to the campground. The sites are level and the roads wide. Even though I am driving a truck and camper now, I used to drive a truck and 35' 5th wheel, and I wouldn't have a problem navigating the roads and sites. The lower sites are very easy to access. We stayed in site 20 up in the trees for shade. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Truck Camper.

I chose this park to stay at because I'd seen comments about having new owners who were doing a lot of work on the property. I don't know what the park looked like previously, but the new owners have clearly already done a great deal of work. The 31 sites in the park are terraced up an increasingly-steep slope, but the sites themselves are very level, and new gravel has just been laid on each. The sites vary somewhat in size, but the lowest-level one I took (#2) was very large, and very easy to get in and out of with my 51-foot-long combination. The bathroom was quite exceptional - all new and spotless. The men's has 2 showers, 2 toilets, and a urinal. A final detail - even the wi-fi was fast and free. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Had a pull through site. Had to put truck in 4WD to pull 8,500 pound trailer up hill without spinning tires on gravel road. Due to a narrow road with a fence and railroad tie walls, it was very difficult to park my trailer. WI-FI and cable was good. My AT&T worked well with the AT&T International plan. Nice grass, off leash. dog park. Trailer site was primarily loose dirt. Very pretty, lots of shade, lots of room between sites. Access to sites with a 27 foot travel trailer was primary problem. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is an older park that needs some maintenance. The new owners are trying, but there's a lot more to do. The sites are tiered up a gradual hill with lots of tall old growth trees. We didn't have satellite because of the trees. This is not a destination campground, but a good stop for a night on the way. There were gravel roads, dirt sites, fire ring and table. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The new owners have been there for only 30 days- really a super place, Sites are tiered and all amenities worked well, WIFI, Cable provided 51 channels, They plan to upgrade everything so will be even better. There is an excellent restaurant with home cooking and in walking distance. We would definitely look forward to staying here again. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

From the road this place does not look like much, sandwiched between a 60's motel and some sort of roadside attraction now long out of business. But when you drive through the gates you find an immaculately clean gem of an rv park. This is not a destination park, but is perfect for a one or two night stay on your way to someplace else. Friendly, helpful hosts. Spacious sites. Quiet atmophere. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A great park run by great owners. Large sites nestled in tall pines. Off the hwy, but noise not a problem at all. Very clean facilities.

Short drive to Hell's Gate.

After 4 months traveling in Canada and Alaska, this was the nicest campground we stayed at. The place was clean, had level, wide, long sites. The owner was very nice and made sure we could fit our 40 footer and toad in the site. We would stay here again. Wi-Fi is available if you open an account with the provider. We didn't bother since we were only staying one night. They had a large secure dog run that our little pups really liked. Great place to stay! This park is a gem right off the highway. It is secluded with pine trees in abundance and far enough off the highway that the noise is not an issue. We camped here with our 38 foot RV and toad and the site easily accommodated us w/o unhooking. Internet is available for a fee - we didn't use it or the cable TV. The restaurant on site was very good; save room for pie! We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Ditto the remarks by previous reviewers. The sites were long and plenty wide. Clean restrooms and showers (free!). Friendly owners, nicely landscaped, and very tidy. It is close to Hell's Gate. A bit noisy due to the proximity to the highway, but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again! We camped at Canyon Alpine RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
