Was with Alaskan Caravan. Park was very nice and front office helpful. Nice village next door with lots of history. All hook ups worked great. Some sites 50 amp full hook up and others 30 amp water with dump station. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed two nights here. Nice park with good landscaping but we could not get our coach to level. We had a back in site that had a pretty good slope to it. Good water pressure and stable power. The laundry rooms were very dirty. We did our laundry in town at a laundromat. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We were in a "deluxe" site. Very narrow, steep sloped asphalt pad for RV. Had to use all my leveling pads. Site 1 has an 18" drop to the ground on the side. Very uncomfortable getting in and out of the RV The name is deceptive, it's several miles from 'Mile 0'. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Our first site was undesirable due to location close to the road with lots of traffic noise and we didn't have enough blocks to even try to get our rig level. Second site was ok, nothing great. If you have the option, try to get one of the back-in or pull throughs near the rear of the property next to a field, might be quieter. One very unsightly rig next to the showers and the poor location of trashcans should be addressed by the owners. A bit tricky to find, so go slow on approach or you might miss the driveway entrance. Interior roads had lots of potholes. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Gravel sites, not level side-to-side but doable with some leveling blocks. No-password wifi worked well except slow in the evening (like most parks). Pull-thru sites are very close together; some of the back-in sites looked wider. Fine for a short stay. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

There is an historic exhibit adjacent to the property that is interesting to walk through. A paved walking trail winds through downtown... good for a picnic while sightseeing in downtown Dawson Creek. Hug A Mug's downtown makes great sandwiches.

Passing thru while headed north. Easy access from the road, although, no RV parking at office to check in, odd to me... Thought the price was quite high, possibly due to lots of workers here for seasonal work? Forgot to ask about Good Sam or AAA discount. Didn't use the bathrooms, did drop off trash at dumpster, camper next to dumpster appears to need a lesson in dumpster use! Internet is slow, possibly due to park being fairly full? High water pressure, paved sites. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

I was surprised at how nice this campground was (far superior to nearby Alahart RV Park). interior roads are potholed. While some sites are close together we were at the far end of the campground (#41) and had decent privacy for a private campground. Sites are long and generally quite level (I did not see many RV's using leveling blocks). $38 Cdn for an EW pull-through site. While close to the Alaska Highway, there was no traffic noise during the night. There is a dump station on site. I checked the washrooms an hour before their scheduled daily cleaning time and despite the garbage can being full, they were clean and hot showers are free. Wash $2.50, dry $0.25 for 12 min. Satellite radio and TV reception is excellent. With an extender, WiFi was quite acceptable and we were at the far end of the campground. Pioneer Village (free) is located behind the office. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Some trees, sites not too close. Biggest issue was sites are not level and major potholes in roads. On edge of town, little traffic noise and convenient to town We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Mixture of back-ins and pull throughs; good spacing between sites in our area; other areas seem closer together; no extra cost for showers, which was nice! Wifi worked great from our site. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rotary Park pool was closed at the time due to a safety issue so we couldn't swim as hoped. It was a great place for a family reunion and everything we needed otherwise was available like the large outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and lots of room for games and activities outdoors. We will stay here again. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park with Pioneer Village and water area for children. The site we had was downhill slant and had to turn trailer the opposite direction as directed to pull in to unhook. Park is shady and very clean. Would stay here again. Be sure and make reservations as they seem to be very busy in the summer! We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We had a nice large grassy site with full hook ups. The wifi had a strong signal and was easy to access. The laundry room had lots of machines, 2.50 per wash and .75 gave a good dry. The pioneer village attached was very interesting. We would recommend this campground, close to town easy access from any of 3 directions and big field to walk dogs in. Little pricey. Friendly. Quiet, good location. Lots to do, walk to playground, pond, or Pioneer Village. Clean enough, good laundry facilities. Common kitchen sink was backed up, but thinking that was a camper putting food down it. We camped at Mile 0 Park & Campground in a Truck Camper.
