Located about 20 km west of Sooke on highway 14. Typical provincial park layout. Table and fire ring provided at each site. This is located in a rain forest so don't expect to see much of the sun. Some sites would fit a 35 footer but not many. It gets very busy in the summer months so reservations are a must. There is very little to do at this park. This is a very good place to relax and enjoy the quiet. A number walking trails will lead you to a rock and pebbly beach where you can watch for seals, sea lions etc (including whales in season). The water is cold so don't expect to go swimming. A few km west is Jordan River if you are into surfing or kayaking. We camped at French Beach Provincial Park in a Motorhome.Undo
