Nice small park near a lake. Park well taken care of. Caretakers were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. One downside is the spaces are tight. All hookups in excellent shape. WiFi works well. We camped at Desert Lake RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If you like wine, Oliver is the wine capital of Canada, the sign said. A great variety of fruit and vegetable stands to visit as well.

Overall Rating:

This is a small park with mostly full-timers, their spaces are very well maintained. The manager is excellent with lots of local knowledge. We had the only space that our 40 foot would fit in to. There were only 3 spaces that were not rented for the season and except for ours were for smaller units. All the hook-ups are well placed and the sites of average size. The lake is cute and the park very well maintained. Call ahead. It is worth the chance you take get a site, it is the best park in the area. This park is just to small to rate higher, if you secure a site you will be happy. We camped at Desert Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots to do in the area our favorite winery where Church and State and Burrowing Owl. Thought the food at Terrafina was overrated. It is a beautiful wine area, loved that the US dollar was so strong.

Overall Rating:

Quiet, great! This campground is perfect maintained, great managers, very welcoming. Parking is on gravel, with gravel patios on the pull thrus, and back ins on the lake have grass. Lake is small and quiet. No motors allowed on the lake. Camp has a nice beach with a shared fire pit with wood provided by the campground. WiFi is weak (free), Cable is good (free). Not much to do for kids. Lots of longstayers but with great rigs. We sure come back over here! We camped at Desert Lake RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park. Spaces are small but big rigs did manage to squeeze in. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Desert Lake RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a nice, quiet RV park on a small lake; we had a site backing on to the lake with grass and a small sand beach. There are lovely Weeping Willow trees and the sites are adequate for four slides. There are a few pull through sites but they aren't on the water. No activities so bring your own. It seems to be quite a way out of the town but in reality it is very close. They are advertised as being Passport America but apparently are not any more. The Wi-Fi was good and free. Satellite reception is good and Verizon signal strong. We camped at Desert Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.
