The owners are just fabulous! Helped me get my motorhome backed into my site. The location is beyond fantastic. I was able to walk just a few minutes to a grocery store, a post office, a local pub, a liquor store, and a hair salon. A few blocks further and I couldn't get over the coffee shop on the beach. The Okanagan is all about the lake and sunshine. Was able to get all of that and then some from this cute little campground. Already booked in for next year! - camperladie1959
Sep 2013 - $39.00
Great place with very friendly, easy to deal with owners/managers. We arrived late, they gave us an excellent spot right across the street from the lake and it was quick and easy to get checked in. We were very impressed and will return for sure. Location is fabulous! - Nickynewrv
Jul 2013 - $65.00
Very small sites. Our awning was covering our neighbors tent. Access to the lake was just across the road. Many return campers, but it is just too cramped for us. - Irfman

Some sites have weird power pedestal placement. Otherwise I'd rate this place much higher. Very new and very clean. Very peaceful. Near the 97c connector but it's not at all noisy. If they'd got the service locations better it'd be a 9. - Driveby
Aug 2011 - $56.00
All gravel, some areas more dust than gravel. Tight turns for big rigs. Very narrow sites, picnic table had to be moved off of site to back in and still had to back in over the water connection, which, was a black hose tied onto a 2 by 4. Appears unfinished, and the check in by the manager who was obviously drinking didn't add to the experience.. Could not recommend, even for an overnight with other choices in the area. A huge disappointment. - Travelling Anne
Aug 2011 - $49.00
This is a new RV park with 50 amp service and lots of pine trees throughout the park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each RV site is back in but we had no troubles backing our 38' 5th wheel into our site. The sites which are graveled are narrow and we had to put our rig over the water tap and sewer hook-up to have enough room to get in and out of our door comfortably. There was also as separate gravel pad for our truck next to the trailer. The space between sites is huge making for a lot of privacy. The cabins are new and some have a porch at the rear. When we stayed here the washers and dryers had not yet arrived. They will be in the same building as the pool change rooms and shower. Although there is a nearby highway above the camp site there was no noise in the camp. The site is a little off the beaten path but well worth the extra time which is still close to amenities. The Wi-Fi is spotty. - Fred1609

May 2017 - $13.00
Rate shown is with Seniors Off Season discount. We had made a reservation (which is a must for this park from May to September), so upon arrival checked the information board at the campground entrance to make sure it was listed. Park roads are paved and have several one way loops in the North Campground. Our twin site which we shared with our son, was big enough for our rigs, but would not fit a big rig. Big rigs would fit better in the South Campground. Best sites located down the hill where you can get away from the traffic noise, although we didn't hear much from our mid level site. It was definitely noticeable from the upper loop sites. Campground operator came to the site to check us in and confirm our identity. I had to use a couple of levelers on my site, but only because I chose to park the rig on the edge in order to give plenty of room for my son's truck and trailer. That worked out fine due to all the trees that gave us shade. The sites have fire rings and picnic tables on concrete. Forget about trying to use clips to hold a table cloth down due to the thick cedar tabletop planks. I found that flat bungee cords work. There is one shower house down the hill near site 80. It has 2 men's, 2 women's, and 1 handicapped showers. Most use push buttons to keep the hot water going (you have to hit the button every 30 seconds), but the handicapped one is continuous. There are benches and hooks for clothes. It appears paper towels are no longer supplied, just a hot air machine. There is no dump station in either campground. Nearest place for that is in Summerland or Peachland. I was able to tune in on 1 OTA TV station. No Wi-Fi, but our son was getting data on his phone at LTE speed. Several trails that go down to the beach or above between the two campgrounds. There wasn't much beach showing due to the high water levels on the lake. Good place to relax and enjoy listening to the birds in the trees. I can't believe it has been 10 years since our last visit. We definitely will come back sooner next time. - Onemoretrail
Jul 2016 - $35.00
We stayed in a double site that was so spacious. The grass and trees were wonderful and our kids loved playing here. We were bummed that there weren't any bathrooms on our loop. We had to drive down to the lake access to use the shower, but it was clean and spacious so we didn't mind. The access to Okanagan Lake was great. - Ahleeb
Apr 2016 - $35.00
This is a provincial park. The showers were clean but the water was cold, so most unpleasant. The building is new since the last time we were here years ago. Had hot showers the last time. Lot spacing was very close with some shade. Site surface was dirt and features a fire ring and picnic table. - Rib

A very average campground. Has rather weak 30 amp electric service. Couldn't run much else if we had our A/C on. Shortly after we got here the Wi-Fi would only work at the office. After about a week they got it fixed. Our site is fairly level where the our 5th wheel sits, but the area outside where seating is has a severe slope. We had to prop the picnic bench up about 6" to use it. There is no cable TV and for some reason you can't get local stations on the antenna even though we are in town. Also my pet peeve is pay showers. - RVerDWF

Back in site with narrow access road. Owner is very protective of the grass and will charge you if you happen to damaging it by driving on it. Wifi is "in the wild" but seems to work very well. We were promised a site--but that one was "given away" fortunately there was another site available. Nice view of the lake. No sign on new highway, found it by using GPS and microsoft Streets & Trips. Address: 2160 Old Okanagan Hwy Westbank , British Columbia Canada, V4T 1A1 - User3761

Sites very close and can way too close and loud when busy. Far enough away from road. WiFi not great. Cable basic. Cash only for site payment. Location best thing about park. Owners friendly and helpful. - K Willie
Sep 2014 - $38.00
Lovely park, quiet and dark so sleeping is easy. Close to many wineries and shopping. The rate is the off season rate, we paid $48 for the first two nights. We will definitely stay here again. Nicest park in the area for sure. Verizon works and Shaw satellite worked too but maybe not from all sites because it is quite heavily treed. - Carly
Apr 2013 - $33.00
We stayed here in a 34 ft. fifth wheel with 2 slides. The staff were friendly. It is cash or cheque only. No pets in summer months. This is a great location on Okanagan lake and close to town. It is very popular in the summer. Reservations are a must. Weekly only during the summer. Good cable TV. Strong and free WiFi. Free showers. Fire pits on beach. Most sites are a little tight (approx. 20 ft wide), but does have several larger sites for larger RV's. They have a playground, laundry, tennis court, game room, convenience store and a 400 ft. sandy beach, - Retired Papa

Jul 2017 - $35.00
This is a newer but very barebones RV park which basically feels like you are staying in a gravel parking lot right next to your neigbhors. No grass, no trees and it was hot and smoky from the forest fires. BUT, the rates were good, the hookups worked great, service was good, wi-fi worked well and we were very close to the best wineries in town. Not sure if we would stay here again as we like places with some grass and trees (everything else was full), so hopefully they will add some aesthetics soon! There are adding more sites and a small two-story office was just starting to be built but still under construction. - bradfeldt
Jul 2016 - $35.00
I rate this park high because they delivered what was promised. This is a brand new park. There are no trees, vegetation is limited. We needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks on quite short notice. Park details were explained to us by telephone when we reserved. We were told that Bathrooms and Showers would not be ready. We were promised 30 and 50 Amp power, Water and Sewer, a level site and no privacy. Sewer connection a little too far forward. We found the park easy to find with easy access to Highway 97. No fenced pet area and no grass in the park itself. There is a car wash and oil change service near the park entrance that has a grass area that we used. We did notice that others used it as well and were careful to clean up. I would not like to see this grass area closed to RV Park users so please don't ruin it for others. Clean up after your pets folks. There is no playground nor did I see any area that was set aside for one. The park has paved roads and gravelled sites. They are terraced and were pretty level. It would have been nice to have a little shade as the Kelowna area gets pretty warm in the summer. I don't see trees or privacy screening with vegetation happening, simply because the gravel base is very deep.
I consider this park to be used as a base only. There is nothing here to entertain kids. Just a place to park your rig. This might change in a couple of years though.
We paid for our two weeks in cash as credit card payment service had not been set up yet. It worked out to $35.00 per night including taxes. We will return when in the area. - Rollin Ollens

May 2016 - $37.00
This facility was a dump! We pulled in after a very long day on the road and though the place was pretty dumpy we stayed because we were exhausted. The place boasts about growing their own fruit! The place was overgrown, and looked more like a storage and dump area than an RV park. The place was next to a refueling station for the city of Kelowna so it was noisy all night long. We were the only ones there. - Vollbear
May 2009 - $42.00
This is a small (24 space) park conveniently located along the main highway through Westbank. Each of the gravel back-in sites is located off the center paved road, and all are full-hookups with 20/30/50 Amp power pedestals. The owner is often on-site working on projects and landscaping, and runs a very laid-back park. About 30% of the sites were occupied by long-term rigs when we visited. We were a little surprised when the tab was higher than expected (C$40 advertised daily rate turned into C$45/day on a weekly at checkout), but more questions up-front would have cleared that up. Try to get a site on the right facing the park from the street; there's a Card-Lock truck fueling station to the left. - RvTravelerNTechie
Jul 2005 - $40.00
This has to be the worst RV Park, I have ever stayed in. Noisy, no shade, no grass, expensive considering no cable or pool. Situated next to a gas card lock, which means semi's roaring in all night long to re-fuel. This place is awful. - beddows

Jun 2014 - $32.00
This campground is right on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail between Penticton and Kelowna. Accessible from both cities by forest roads. It is recommended to approach from Penticton. From end of pavement it is about 8 km dirt/gravel road with a couple of rough patches. We stayed on one of the sites close to the main building, where electric (15 amp only) and water hookups were provided. Very small, short and unlevel sites with low branches everywhere. More suitable for tents. The larger sites are on a meadow just across the KVR. Sites are all very close together, no privacy here. Best part was the silence at night. Of course no Wi-Fi or cable up here. Overall the price is a little steep for what you get. Next time we will use the free forest campground just around the corner. - TheSchweitzers

Jun 2017 - $35.00
This campground is located on a fruit farm and It was difficult to find the entrance as it is around the corner and looks like a hole in the fence. The entrance road is narrow and between the 10 sites. Most sites are grass with a water and power post. With campers across the road and a cherry orchard behind it is difficult to back into your site. Your truck must be at an angle to provide room for unhitching and hitching. Big rigs will have problems in this campground. There is an outdoor sink with cold water located beside the pit toilet and the pay shower ($1 for 2.5 minutes) is a stall/open building beside a storage shed. The closest sanidump is 5 km south of Summerland. Given a cost of $35 plus GST for limited space and services we will not stay here again. - Living Skies
