Overall Rating:

This is not a 9 rated park, it is best a 6-7. The pluses: it is in a pretty location carved into a hill with a stream diverted on both sides (cannot see it, only hear it) that drowns out the highway noise. Utilities worked well and the sites are wide. The staff and management is very friendly. There is a large sloping grass area. It is a good place to explore Chilliwack, Harrison Hot Springs, and Hope. The negatives are that there is no wifi, and satellite friendly sites are taken by the permanents. Speaking of permanents, 90 percent of the park is occupied by them with all the stuff and cars they can cram into their sites and structures to allow them to leave their barking dogs outside. There is a seasonal (as the sun heats it) pool near the small hotel, but the path to it is not straight forward. Site pads are somewhat level if you are shorter than 35' but otherwise expect to block your tires. Since it is on a hillside if you are a MH with a TOAD you will need to disconnect (and connect) on the street before entering the park. We camped at Camp Bridal in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We have stayed in Camp Bridal many times in the last 2 years and the manager has always been very helpful and friendly. A quiet, peaceful park on a gently sloping hill -- sites separated by cedar hedging. Long, gravel sites with fire rings and picnic tables. Paved road through park. Surrounded by forest, you can hear a rushing creek nearby in spring! Pet friendly. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and log clubhouse, play area for children. We would definitely recommend Camp Bridal to friends, and we look forward to staying there again soon. We camped at Camp Bridal in a Travel Trailer.

We stopped here for an overnight stay. Many, many full-timers here but their sites are well kept. Our site was long and relatively private, albeit a bit narrow. Some highway noise and the occasional train whistle but not too bothersome. I would stay here again if I needed a good overnight stop. We camped at Camp Bridal in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This was a great overnight stay on our way to Vancouver. We had a spacious site on gravel. 50 amp and cable. There is a wi fi hot spot near the office, but we used our cell connections in camp. Did not use the pool but it and the log cabin clubhouse look lovely and inviting. We were surrounded by trees and the entire campground was very quiet. Highly recommended. You could walk to the falls easily from here. We camped at Camp Bridal in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to see Bridal Falls. You can drive up to the parking lot and take the short walk to see the falls. Also, you could easily walk the whole distance from the campground and just leave your rig and tow vehicle behind.

The price is in Canadian dollars with a discount for RVOABC.

Very nice little park, about 50 sites, all back-in. Our spot backed onto the forest. The park is on a bit of a hill so the spots are terraced with cedar trees between. The swimming pool had just opened and we used it but I believe the heater wasn't working so it was a bit cool. No spa. We stayed 3 nights. The entrance road is a bit narrow but straight and paved. We camped at Camp Bridal in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The town of Hope is fun to explore. There is a really nice park across the highway, a bit too far to walk (about 3Km), called Cheam Lake Wetlands Regional Park. Nice easy walking trails and even some Geocaches! If you want to try a rough road, there's the Bridal Falls Forest service road quite near the park that goes up Mount Cheam. Enjoy!

Overall Rating:

My first stay at Camp Bridal was an accident. Traveling with my pup, who is 13 and has a heart condition. She requires air conditioning due to this. I was having generator trouble and this happened to be the first place I saw. The manager here is an example of the best of RV park managers. Friendly, compassionate, interesting. Even in my state of distress I enjoyed meeting her and checking in. The park is spotless, nice sized spots, surrounded by trees, and you can just hear the amazing Bridal Falls nearby. If you listen. Laundry and washrooms all spotless and stocked. I ended up staying a second night it was so peaceful and made a point of staying again on my way back through Rosedale a few weeks later. They're currently putting in a pool and gorgeous log cabin style clubhouse on the property too. We camped at Camp Bridal in a Motorhome.
