This place is about 30-45 minutes away from Vancouver. There is some peripheral road noise, but it's somewhat distant and not all that noticeable. Rodgers (AT&T in Canada) cell service is good, and the WiFi works pretty well although it's a bit slow. The place is nice and very clean. There's a mix of permanent residents and visitors, as the mini-garage sale that one tenant was holding would indicate. The gravel spots have plenty of room, and there are lots of trees all over the park. The heated pool is nice too. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed @ this park a number of times and have always found it very reliable. It seems to have more permanent residents each time but the area used for short term always seems to have a little upgrade and maintenance improvement. Small items such as new crushed rock for the RV pad and such make sure it is always going to be good. WIFI however is still and issue. The signal is strong but the use is quite often far to great for the bandwidth available. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Travel Trailer.

Reserved late and were told we may have to go into overflow as it is peak season. We got a regular site on arrival. Check in was quick and easy. Pretty much all sites are pull though. Long enough for the coach and towed. Wide enough for both slides and room to move about easily. For an urban park it was quiet. Sites are level, gravel with a bit of grass. No fire pit. Tall pine trees separate sites and our coach is now covered in sap. Expect to have to wash your rig when leaving. Just the basic full service W, P, S, Cable "with no box" (and a very good selection of channels). Wifi is free Tengo which worked very well (surprise!!!). There is a pool, laundry, meeting room, library, playground etc. This is a fairly large park. There are some full timers but they are all tidy. There are a lot of....."Sun Birds". Folks from the hot states (California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas etc. here escaping the summer heat). As expected lots of dogs but it appears that 99% are good owners and pick up the poop. There is an abundance of cats here and most roam free. Speed limits don't appear to be enforced. The grass could be cut a little more often but for the most part this is a peasant park to stay at. It is a bit of a travel to visit Vancouver but quite close to the ferries and the city of Whiterock is very nice. There are no amenities within walking distance but everything you need is within 5 to 10 minutes away by vehicle. We paid $46.10 Cdn inc Tax per night. If in the area we would stay here again. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Motorhome.

If you like Sea Food check out Moby Dick's on Marine Drive. There is always a line up but the food was worth the wait.

We stayed here to visit Vancouver for a couple of days, There are paved roads with gravel sites and picnic tables. Lots of very tall trees so no satellite in our site...or most of the others I'm sure. Most of the sites are permanent residents so limited selection. Someone was in our assigned site when we showed up so they moved us twice before we finally settled in on a site we could use. Clean and well maintained but not very organized. The heated pool wasn't open yet, so very pricey for what they actually offered. We would only stay here if we couldn't find anything else. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If visiting Vancouver, drive to the King George station of the SkyTrain and ride in to downtown. Don't bother with China Town but GasTown was nice as well as Granville Island. Use the Aquabus to get across False Creek and down to the island.

Overall Rating:

We found the park's location to be ideal for visiting Vancouver and area. 20 minutes on King George Blvd to Skytrain. Our site was treed, big rig gravel pull thru, spacious, 30amp, quiet and clean. Many seasonals in park. There are 50 amp sites near office on paved back in! Office registration is not marked but after the many hated, but necessary speed bumps, there is a paved area to stop on right to register at office. Interior roads are paved and sites are crushed rock. Will stay again! We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Motorhome.

Staying here for 10 days. Site is generous in size. Park is well groomed. 70 percent of spots are full timers. Do have an issue with being charged $5 a day for my dog, yet there are no dog facilities. The full timer across the road has two yappy dogs, I assume they are not being charged $5 a day for each dog.

Water pressure does fluctuate (20 psi - 60 psi) , good thing for my regulator.

Park has a nice pool and play ground for the kids.

Would stay here again. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bearing in mind, that the price in CDN funds with tax is $39.85 I found it hard to figure out why they charged for the showers! Spaces are treed and it's quiet. Wifi is ok. Great for an overnighter for heading south. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Travel Trailer.

Found a great diner for breakfast, Rosie's Diner, on King George Blvd. About 5 mins south. Access out onto Hwy 40 is a big problem esp. at rush hour.

The park is very well kept with large lots and easy to navigate roads. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wifi was a little bit iffy at times, but it did work. The facilities were well kept and always clean.

The location is excellent; close to the border, shopping, and facilities. We will stay here again when we are in the area. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at this park before and it is still a good place to stay. It was very busy this time but they were good enough to find us a spot among the permanent residents for the few nights we were there. They have upgrades their WIFI to a Tengo system with up to 52 Mbps. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a friendly, clean park right next to the border and the crossing into the US. Although there was occasional noise from truck air brakes, it wasn't bad. We would have rated it higher but for the narrowness of the sites. We had a pull-through as we requested, but the neighboring units were so close that awnings were nearly touching our trailer. In addition, to get around the picnic table on our narrow strip of grass just to get into ours, we had to walk on our neighbors spot. This was a bit embarrassing when they were trying to have a family picnic. We would stay here again, but with lowered expectations regarding space. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This park appears to be well maintained and they certainly made a great effort at Christmas lighting near the entrance. The spaces are adequate and are easy to navigate. Services are convenient. The WI-FI was quite slow and may not work further from the office. They apparently have several sites but we could only see 3 or 4 and they were all weak. Likely due to all the large trees. Access to the park is easy but is via a very narrow road with steep ditches – be careful. Access from the site may take some patience if you are trying to get to Hwy. 99. Alternate routes should be considered. Would definitely stay again when in the area. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Travel Trailer.

Older park with 30amp max. Big Rig friendly, but lots of speed-bumps. Pull through spaces are about 60' long 20 wide. Mostly full-time residents who speed through the area. WiFi advertised, but only works well around office/library area, not very well (if at all) at sites. Good security with night gate guard. weekly $293, monthly $515. Can be a challenge to get satellite tv due to trees at every site. Fixed unit will not work. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

I stayed there for the months of July and August. I checked out a lot of campgrounds on-line before I chose this one and once I was there, I physically looked at some other campgrounds. I can honestly say that this campground was the absolute best and certainly the best price and the most beautiful, so for those of you who said negative things in your review, you obviously did not check out other campgrounds in that area. The other ones I looked at were not near as nice and they wanted $700 a month, almost $200 more a month, and they offered hardly anything. This one was $515 a month and worth every penny. They keep their grounds very very nice and clean with beautiful flowers and plants. Some of the other reviews say that there were too many trees but that was what made the park so beautiful was there trees and plants and flowers and the care that goes into them. Those trees also helped from my trailer turning into a sauna. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beach, which was wonderful. The security was great. I would DEFINITELY go back again and I wouldn't even consider another place. We camped at Peace Arch RV park in a Travel Trailer.
