Most sites are not level, but are private (evergreens between each site). Since all pull throughs are on a 90 degree angle to the road, larger units have a tough time getting in. The store has little in it. Interior roads are paved and good. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Other than it's location, there is very little to recommend this RV park. The sites are extremely close together and not very level. Many of the residents appear to be seasonal or full-timers with an abundance of junk in the campground: abandoned trailers, boards, rusted equipment, outbuildings in disrepair, and overflowing trash in the dumpsters. The office area was similar to the campground. I didn't notice any maintenance workers working on the campsites, shrubs, potholes, and low lying tree limbs extending over one of the roads (scraped us on the way out). On the plus side, the internet was very good. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Don't drive, take the light rail from Surrey into Vancouver. There's also a great off-leash dog park within a couple miles of the campground.

We liked the open area for tenting, but it was far from the washrooms and the pool was very cold. Spacious, grass lot. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Tent.

Older park in good clean condition. In a nice quiet area with plenty of trees. Only problem was the breaker in our service box kept popping, switched to an unused box - two sites share one electrical service location, so every other site has to either pull straight in, or stretch their power line. Most sites have hedges between them. Roads a little narrow for big rigs, but acceptable. Good access to the freeway and Vancouver. Owners were friendly. About half the park was full/long timers. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Motorhome.

This an okay park if you are visiting friends and relatives. We spent most of our time away from the trailer. Sites are small but adequate. Good Wi-Fi. Washrooms need a lot of work and they charge for showers. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here on way south. Handy location off freeway, easy access, but no highway noise. Wi-Fi is very weak, showers OK, one day cold water only, staff OK. We will stay here again, but only because of location and price. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall this park is clean and our spot was large enough for our 32 ft fifth wheel. The WiFi included in fee did not reach most campsites and was only available around the office. Even though it is close to #1 Hwy, there is no noise. Traffic was backed up on #1 Hwy both times we left in the mornings because of the construction which is too continue until 2013. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV park is convenient for travel into and around the Vancouver area. The sites could be a bit bigger but are adequate. There are some fulltimers whose units appear a little run down but for the money and convenience, I would recommend this RV park. The grounds are well kept and the services are good. The store, if you can call it that, is lousy but there are good stores within a short drive. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.
