This park is pretty basic but it serves its purpose well. Sites are back in only. P W & S are located conveniently at the left rear. You get a table on a concrete patio but no fire ring. There are a couple of communal fire rings near what appears to be the beginning of a rec center (still under construction). No cable, over the air TV or free internet, but a pay internet service is available. We had good quality cell service and our own Internet so did not test the pay service. There are no trees or shrubbery anywhere in the park but the distance between sites isn’t too bad. It is easy walking distance to the very small village of Telegraph Cove where you will find basic services. There is a Store, Pub, Restaurant and Burger joint. It looks like all of the buildings are on pilings. It is a very pretty setting. Fishing, Whale Watching and a number of other activities are available for a fee. While we were there we were able to catch sight of a Bull Killer Whale that surfaced and blew at least a half dozen times just outside of the harbour (about 50 yards from the RV Park) and while walking down to the shore behind the park a Black Bear climbed into the brush in front of us. You are definitely in the wild here. We paid $36.75 including tax and feel we received good value for our dollar. We will be back if in the area again. We camped at Telegraph Cove Marina and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Basic parking lot style park. We were there off season so park was vacant. It is walking distance to the boardwalk but everything was closed. The camp host was very friendly. Wi-Fi is free and fairly reliable. Park was quiet but we were the only ones there. You can see great sunsets from the park. We camped at Telegraph Cove Marina and RV Park in a Motorhome.

The tiny ocean boardwalk community is located 15 kms off highway 19. The road has been recently paved and, while narrow and winding, is in good shape. Telegraph Cove is a mecca for fishing and whale watching and attracts tourist from all over the world. The RV park is newer with good hookups. The site itself is flat and devoid of trees and shrubery, but amazing occean views and walkways are available next to the rv park. Just a short stroll to the village, which juts out over the cove. It contains shops, a pub and restaurant, a whale museum. While we were there a mother bear and her cubs were entertaining passersby right in the village. We had one of the best restaurant meals ever while there. Option of chicken and ribs or salmon BBQ. It has always been a delight to visit this piece of BC history. We camped at Telegraph Cove Marina and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Telegraph Cove is a quaint little fishing village. This campground is apparently one of two. This one overlooks the marina and if you are lucky a great view of the Strait. The other campground is in the forest. This is a fairly utilitarian campground. We noticed a consistent smell of sewer during our stay which may have come from the lagoon. Given the location and the great whale watching in the area, this is an acceptable place to camp. We camped at Telegraph Cove Marina and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very isolated RV park at spectacular setting on Johnstone Strait at the north end of Vancouver Island. Road is now paved, but busy with logging. Everything within walking distance and sitting is breathtaking. Sites are flat with good hookups. Some ocean views. Make sure you are well stocked prior to going in, as there is only a small general store at the cove. The RV park is operated by a new condo developer and is adjacent to the original 1900's village that rings the cove. The buildings are now used as tourist facilities for visitors from all over the world who come for the whale watching. Quaint restaurant and pub overlooking the water along with a very interesting marine museum. Well worth the trip. We camped at Telegraph Cove Marina and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park was mostly gravel with some grass but no trees. It was right next to the marina, convenient for an early morning departure. The office closed early and opened late, so we were unable to get a key to the coin-operated shower. It was very quiet and overlooked the 'Cove'. We camped at Telegraph Cove Marina and RV Park in a Tent Trailer.
