One of the best places we have ever stayed. All sites are leased and are put into a rental pool when the leaseholder is out of the park. We were given site 660, which is roughly 55'x70', just down the road from the clubhouse. It has a large heated pool, two spas kept at different temps and a really nice library. Other highlights include two dog parks and 70 acres of desert trails, two work shops, three laundries and showers, 4 pickleball courts, 400 scheduled activities a month and the nicest folks you could meet.

Jojoba doesn't take reservations, so if there is no leased sites available when you arrive, you can use the boondock area, which is also the nicest we have seen, with it's own laundry and restrooms. The new craft center is located in the boondock area, too.

Any guest has free use of all the facilities. All of this was built and is maintained by volunteers who live here. Very impressive. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Temecula is 15 miles away and has every possible amenity, including Trader Joe's, Costco, hospitals, veterinary services, a really outstanding dog park and a couple of big malls.

Day trips to Julian, Idlewild, and Borrego Springs are worthwhile. San Diego isn't too far away, either.

Traffic on I-15 is horrible during rush hours, and no pleasure on weekends.

Great RV Resort. Everyone is very friendly; park is kept in great shape by the volunteering residents. It has a large heated pool and two hot tubs. Also a very large clubhouse. There are two laundries. All sites are taken by residents. but escapee members

can rent vacant sites while residents are gone. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

San Diego and LA are an hour away. Temecula is half an hour away. Coast about an hour. Lots to see and do. Great shopping in Temecula.

This is the best park I have ever seen or stayed at. People are the best and everything was clean and good working order. Escapees can stay up to 28 days a year. I will be back again and again. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Travel Trailer.

What a great park! Members perform most tasks on a volunteer basis and obviously enjoy doing so. Beautiful vistas, including the one fron the outside spa (yes...there is an indoor one too). Exercise room is excellent. Didn't try the wifi as we use a Verizon Jet Pack that worked perfectly. Cell tower is on property. Large facility with swimming, several ponds, two dog runs and well planned/designed. Hope to return soon. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Temecula is 20 minutes away with all the shopping one would want.

This park has everything a person could want except maybe a golf course on-site. Very very friendly people, plenty of activities, in fact more than we could possibly keep up with. So if you are a social butterfly this place is for you. Great pool and hot tubs, sites are arrange very well and large. The only thing I would say is for a resort type setting I would expect more modern bathrooms, like marble or granite tops, not seeing the plumbing under the sinks ect. But they are always clean so not really a ding. We will certainly go back and hopefully stay longer the next time. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

Outstanding Escapee park! Very clean, well manicured and maintained landscaping. No dilapidated rigs, sites large and scattered randomly throughout the small desert hills. Beautiful clubhouse area with resort quality pool, hot tubs (2), exercise room, covered pavillion area, awesome library/media room. Many activities in park including but not limited to air gun shooting range, horseshoes, bocci ball, tennis/pickleball courts, various arts & crafts, various card games, etc. Only 15 minutes from Temecula. The jewel of the Escapee network! We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 18 days. It is a lovely park and filled with friendly, welcoming people. There are four pickleball courts and many activities. As is typical with SKP parks, it's a bit of a drive to the closest town for supplies, but wasn't too bad. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

We are new members here and just love it. We are members and do not pay a nightly rate. This could be the most beautiful, best run RV park you have ever been to. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. All of the hookups are more than adequate. The water quality is excellent. There are beautiful mountain views from just about every site. Unless you come here as a guest of a co-op member, you will have to be an Escapees member. We love being members of this beautiful RV park. This park is the best. Sites are gravel with concrete patio. Streets are asphalt. Large site separation. Large pool, exercise room. Tennis and pickle ball courts. Miniature golf course. All sites are full hookups. Verizon and AT&T coverage very good. Office open M-F 8-4 Sat 8-1 closed Sunday. If arrival outside of these hours boondocking is available until the office opens. Beautiful park 17 miles from civilization. This was off season so it was quiet with little golf cart traffic but still many activities. There are few trees to shade the sites during extreme temperatures (like the 100’s we experienced - not the usual for May). There are 2 off-leash dog parks. The one we used was well maintained and provided a lot of space for multiple dogs to run and play. The laundry room was neat, clean and cheap ($1 for each washer/dryer). In addition to the day rate, we paid $4 per day for electricity. That seems very high considering that over the past 6 years of full-timing across America, the highest daily rates we ever paid were $2.63 (Wisconsin) and $2.29 (California). The full-time residents are metered but visitors are bilked. Day rate calculated with SKP discount. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The rate shown is for 50 amp service. This is a gorgeous, pristine park with a resort feel. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming to us. The facilities are immaculate and beautifully kept. There are a lot of activities, so there is something for everyone. Good shopping and restaurants in nearby Temecula. We really enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely be back. This is the best park in the best location in the Escapees (SKP) system of parks. There is an Olympic pool, a well stocked gym, and both pickle ball and tennis courts available. There is a Cyber Center with a computer and printer available and also three DSL connections are available for your personal computer. There is also Wi-Fi available in the Friendship Hall and Library. There is a billiards (pool) room with three pool tables available. There is a sewing room with 19 tables available, and a fully stocked kitchen in the Friendship Hall and another available in the Ranch House. There are two big screen TVs available in the Library and Ranch House. There is also hiking right outside the park. A great shopping town is only 15 miles away. We spend 2-3 months a year here as we travel around the southwest in the winter months. All i can say is that you need to see this park and all it offers. Pristine park, this is a Co-Op Escapee park, and rate reflects Escapee member price and 30A service. Beautiful park with lots of amenities, nice laundry, pool, clubhouse, etc. Really a great spot, next to BLM property so it is quiet and remote. This SKP (Escapees) park is one of my favorite RV parks, as it is away from all the noise and hustle of the city, but close enough for an easy 2-3 hour shopping trip. There is an Olympic pool, a well stocked gym, pickle ball and tennis, and hiking and biking galore! Many of the people here are very friendly, and of course some are not, but SKP'ers are very much more friendly than any non-SKP park I have ever been in! Of all the parks we visit, we stay here the longest as the winter weather is so awesome here. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.

Escapees park. Nice sites with a great gym, pool/spa and plenty of activities. We stayed three weeks. It is somewhat isolated for shopping/grocery (17 miles on a winding road from Temecula). The residents are very welcoming to visitors and we would come back. We camped at Jojoba Hills SKP Resort - Escapees Park - 55+ Park in a Motorhome.
