There was no internet (Wi-Fi or modem) no cable TV but we could pick up channels with antenna. There were some full-timers with shabby sites. Our site was not close to level. This park is definitely over priced. - BC Traveler

Good overnight stop. Only thing is: there are two rows that you can't pull out of, since the road is blocked. So you have to either back out, or pull straight across though another site to get out. They have lots of permanent residents with lots of children but I must say it is pretty clean. Yes, we would come back as it's convenient to Freeway: SR99. - RV Roving Seeker

If you park in the first row you may have to back out from your pull through spot, because at the time we were here, the road out was blocked off. Worst floor plan for a restroom/shower we have seen. No area to dress, undress or dry off without being exposed to the outside if someone opens the door. Two of the dryers in the laundry were not working (which management knew about), and did not have out of order signs on them. - paxton

Well the power is good. Nice level spots with concrete pads. Water pressure is low. Nice grass on some spots. Really a nice place to stay except for the fact >>> if you are over 35' beware. Hard to get into the pull thru sites and are not long enough for my 43' rv. Had to unhook and back into a pull thru. Yes trains are present. Roads are narrow. I was told big rig friendly NO WAY. Will not stop here again. - neilontheroad

This was a nice spot for a few days. I "reserved" a site through email, but upon arrival my spot had not been reserved. Best to call, thankfully they had plenty of space and we were able to stay. It is a nice quiet park, there are trains that run throughout the day with their horns blowing, but it didn't bother us. The laundry was great, the restrooms were clean, the kids had fun in the pool although not always the cleanest. Our spot (#3) was level and provided some shade, most sites did not have shade. There are a few pull-thru sites with the rest being back in. The sites are fairly close together with full hookups and very good free wifi. Verizon and AT&T were also very good. We would stay here again. - wyonat

Not a lot of shade in this park. We did have a pull thru that was a little awkward to get into. Other reviewers mentioned the train noise. Yes, there are trains, but if you use your AC and earplugs, it's not a problem - Go often

This place is now a KOA and the transition phase is pretty ugly. Dusty dirt roads and pads. Very little shade on a very hot area. The dog park is a joke - just a fenced pile of dirt and dust in which our dog found a number of pieces of garbage and construction materials. The front office woman was very nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Seemed like there were a number of people living in the park which didn't used to be the case. We had a strange man walk up to us while we were bbqing who said he lived nearby. Lots of fast food nearby if that's your bag. There is also a newly installed large pond behind the back fence which may bring in the mosquitoes, but has lots of birds. If you need someplace on highway 5 there's not much else around. OK for 1 night. - User3011

Excellent customer service by phone and in person at the front desk. This was a quick overnight stay on our way to the Sacramento area. It's a 4 hour drive from our home in Orange County. Sites are dusty but level. Ours was a pull-thru to accommodate our 40' RV and toad. Plenty of services nearby, Carl's Jr., Taco Bell, McDonald's, Denny's plus several gas stations and a Love's Diesel stop. Cheaper diesel gas is available at a small station on the east side of the freeway. RV wash is available next door for $1.25 per ft. Lots of improvements going on. Plenty of roadside amenities. This campground is transitioning to a KOA. Several photos attached. - AlnDeb

Extremely high for the condition of this park. Dirt roads & pads. Slow internet. Far higher than others on I-5. They are changing to a KOA, but in the meantime while it's not in such great condition, it should be less to stay. - Sondkr
