This park is clean, level, offers many of the things you look for in an RV park. However, it is WIDE open to the surrounding streets and area which is not especially nice. Many of the spaces you simply pull up to the street and that is where your spot ends. So cars are driving by on the street a few feet in front of you with nothing separating you. So much so in fact that NO ONE leaves any lawn chairs, BBQ's etc or ANYTHING out at night. I don't think we have ever stayed at a park where everything was locked up every night. It was a very odd feeling to have zero security and not see anyone outside at night. With several other choices I would try them first. If security and safety could be addressed, this place would be MUCH better. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park seems tight for a big-rig- narrow roads, tight turns, and the spaces put the RVs close together (less than 15' between slides). We were in a pull-through and it was extremely tight getting our 41 foot into the spot due to the tree branches being overgrown for our tall trailer. Our main complaint, and this is only for the pull-through spots, is that the trees block our roof-top mounted DirecTV dish. We tried two different pull-through spots and the trees were in the way thus no reception. The park does have excellent cable TV. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We chose this park due it's close proximity to Disneyland and the free shuttle. We were wrong about the free shuttle; it's not free.

Nice park. Sites are wide and concrete. Comfort stations are clean and there are several in the park. Dog runs are nice and located throughout the park. Easy access to Disneyland with bus pickup at the office. Easy access from I-5.
Only negative is it's located close to I-5. If you are assigned a site next to the interstate the road noise is annoying day and night. I recommend requesting sites closest to the office as those are farthest away from the noise. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Get bus passes for Disneyland at the bus stop near the office.

The management and staff are wonderful and allowed us to change our assigned site to a back-in site with privacy on our patio site. The shuttle to Disney is great as is the contracted pet sitting service. Definitely recommend this CG! We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $97.00
Overall Rating:

The max is 8 people, however we had 10 total, which is why the cost per month was higher than advertised (most advertise a price for 2 - 4 people). Nice and close to Disneyland. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Hot tub was nice. Wi-Fi was lacking... had to go over to the pool area in order to maintain a connection.

Shower area was OK. The dividers for the 2 showers made it a little clumsy to maintain privacy. Also, the water was cold for the 1st group to shower, then started to turn warm.

Surprised how packed it was for October, particularly during the week.

Used the shuttle bus. You can text a number to find out real-time what time the shuttle is coming (about every 25 minutes). In hindsite, given the size of our crew, it may have been better to go through the trouble of unhooking then just paying to park at DL.

There was a small grassy area where the kids could toss a football around. Our site had a nice view of the DL fireworks. The site was assigned... we did not get to pick/request the site.

Overall, I'd stay here again. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a Walmart within walking distance and a hospital (which we unfortunately needed to use). By walking distance I mean less than .5 miles one-way.

Small park, very clean. Pool was closed, only amenity. Would have been nice if they had let us know when we made the reservation that the pool was closed. We left after one night as a result even though we paid for two. We would not return. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Coming to Disney? Stay in a hotel!

Were this park almost anywhere else, it is unlikely that we would return. But it's proximity to Disneyland allows a lot of minor things to be overlooked - most of which are related to its age. Initially we were a bit disappointed, but quickly overcame it. This isn't a brand new polished 10/10/10 park, which we unabashedly prefer, but this older facility is well maintained. It looks to be a mobile home park that has evolved into an RV park. Not unattractive, but not new. There's road noise in the near distance, but, remember, you are in urban Anaheim. The park (at least for a week in early June) is surprisingly quiet. I suspect that's because it is primarily a place to sleep between taking the available & very popular public transportation to what people are really here for - Disneyland. There are a lot of mature trees, but, as we requested when we made our reservation, we were given a back-in site without satellite interference. And we still had shade! However, the trees are currently dropping small droplets of sap. No signage to the park exists coming in from S. Anaheim Blvd. (You don't want to miss it the first time as we did!) W. Midway does not have a traffic signal. There are 2 lanes for check-in parking that are clearly marked. You can also park along the curb just past them, a left turn off of Midway that is actually one entrance to the park, to check-in. As usual, the Tango internet did not work with my iPad, but did with my wife's MacBook. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Best option for RV parking near Disneyland. Close to I-5 and other highways. WiFi via TengoInternet only worked for a half hour the first night. There is zero security or fence on the North side of the park by the street side. The area appears to be fairly safe, but someone could walk right through the park and grab your stuff if you leave it out. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

ART bus picks up at the park near the office to haul you to Disney. Parking at Disney for $17/day may be a better overall mix of cost and convenience.

Nice level concrete pads with patio table and enough room to use it. Very close to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Great staff. Also, we had a problem with the RV, and were able to have a mobile RV repair guy come fix the problem right there in the park, promptly and in a time frame that worked with our sightseeing schedule (we found him advertised on the RV Park's map). Across the street from a school - no neighborhood noise. However, know that you'll hear Disneyland's fireworks on nights that they have them - we were scared at first by what we thought were gunshots, haha! Once we realized what they were, we enjoyed being able to see the show right from our porch. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Nice restaurants were pretty hard to come by - the park is so close to Disney that most of it was cheap chain food. If you have a car, recommend going a little farther afield.

VERY close to Disneyland and Orange County Freeways. Quiet, kid friendly. Older park. Wi-Fi is TengoInternet, very poor; if you were able to connect you would be kicked off in about 30 minutes. Park electricity was down for over 24 hours, no accommodations were made, no apologies for inconvenience of being without power. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a shuttle stop to Disneyland at the RV park also can buy Disney tickets at park.

Convenient place to stay to visit family in the area for a long weekend. Anticipated city traffic noise, but didn't affect sleep. Surrounding trees precluded satellite reception but good cable with big channel selection. Didn't use Tengo internet, relied on jetpack with good Verizon service. Concrete pad & patio with picnic table, level site.Didn't use other amenities. Would return again if in the area. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Since this resort is only a couple of miles away from Disneyland and located right in the city, it is a little pricey. The park does have a (pay) shuttle that will take you to Disneyland so you don't have to drive. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, and the resort is quite clean and dog friendly. Ex-pens are allowed for dogs. It is a resort in the city so there isn't a lot of space for each site but you are not crammed in next to your neighbor, there is space to relax on your patio with a little grass area. They do have a pool and hot tub area which seemed popular with the families visiting. The park is a little small so we ended up walking our dogs in the nearby neighborhoods and felt safe. Since the park is so close to Disneyland, we got to see the nightly fireworks right from our RV which was fun to watch. The trees on and around our site must have been shedding sap or something similar. By the time we left, everything that was left outside was insanely sticky, including the RV. For an urban park, it's surprisingly spacious and clean. We'd stay here again if we needed to by in the area. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

You can't ask for a better RV stay for access to Disney. 1.5 miles from entrance and the resort shuttle has a stop within the RV resort. Nice tidy sites. Great, I'll repeat, great staff. We appreciated the polite and accommodating attention. We were a bit worried initially as there is no security fencing, but the neighborhood is calm and quiet save for the hum of I-5 traffic. We were there for a week and it was a smooth time. Morning USA Today and coffee and a muffin are a nice touch. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If you like deli food, don't miss Cortina's, 2175 W. Orange Ave, about 4 miles from Anaheim RV Resort. In house roasted deli roast beef is about the best ever and their breads are wonderful. Great cheeses and all else you'd expect from a great deli.

We tent-camped here when we visited Disneyland. Our site was relatively large, but it was made of cobblestones. I have never been so thankful for an air mattress in my life. We still had quite a few stubbed toes from walking around in the tent, though. The showers, restrooms, and laundry in Building 200 were exceptionally clean, and the washers and dryers in that building took credit cards. We took the convenient shuttle to and from Disneyland each day and also enjoyed the free muffin and coffee provided each morning. We would definitely camp here again, but I would want to take the RV next time! We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Tent.

The middle bathroom was amazing, I've never seen a nicer bathroom, sink, toilet and shower together in a 8'X12' room. The only down was maybe the laundry, it was just that and worked. CLOSE to Knotts and Disney to boot. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Tent Trailer.
