We have been traveling via RV for 20 years. This is the most congested and difficult to access park that we have ever experienced. The try to pack In as many rigs as possible. We were here over a three day weekend and I dreamed of having a dry camp space at any Walmart. What a joke. The 'guide" who helped us negotiate into our way too small spot caused us close to $1K damage on our rig. He was either dyslexic or blind. This place tries to maximize how you can get 10 pounds of stuff into a 5 pound bag. Sorry to say, it did not work for us. This place was designed for tiny rigs with no slides. The supposed WiFi was never working. The power was below acceptable levels for any campground. They collect top dollar for substandard sites. We will NEVER consider going to this place again! Nice enough park in the trees, well maintained. Roads are tight, especially on holidays, with loads of vehicles, bikes, etc., impeding your access. You are escorted to your site mainly due to tight access and liability, not necessarily out of courtesy. Trains were fine, highway noise is much more than I expected. Unless you are camped right outside the clubhouse, the Wi-Fi is useless. The catv has about five channels, but is better than nothing. Would consider staying here again, but never on a three day weekend. Don't have little kids, but there isn't much for them to due other than run around campsites. Not the park's fault there. This is a very nice campground. We were escorted to our site and given a run down of what's what. Very clean, quiet and beautiful grounds. The only reason I didn't give this a 10 is because the train does run close by and has a tenancy to "toot" it's horn at all hours of the night. Overall we'd definitely go back to this campground. We stayed here for 4 days with our camping club. We have a 30 foot travel trailer pulled by a 20 foot truck. Park has paved roads and large sites. The manager had to lead us in, the wrong way down road to fit into site. Because of trees, it was awkward to back into, but the staff made the process as easy as possible. Definitely need spotters to back into most sites. The site was gravel and we had to level 2 inches side to side. That being said, the site was extremely large and had a good combination of sun and shade. The owner and his staff were very friendly and helpful. He made the club house available to us for our meals and meeting. It snowed for 3 of the 4 days we camped. They had the pellet stove in the club house roaring before we entered so the room was warm and toasty. Ran out of propane due to heater use. Staff came to trailer, picked up the propane tank, filled the tank and returned it. Park was beautiful and very well maintained. The lawns looked like golf course quality. I didn't like the "keep the pets off the grass" signs, but once I found the pet area, I had no problem with the rule. The pet walk is a large grass area that the dogs can be off-leash if they are under voice control. Wireless Wi-Fi was hit or miss at our site. At the club house the connection was fast. The only phone carrier that worked in the park was AT&T. I would definitely return to this park. We camped at Little Bear RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

We have stayed here the last 6 years. This is like camping in a state park because of the pine trees and being away from town, however the roads are paved and they have all the amenities you expect in an RV park except for a pool and wifi. They have horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, table tennis, and a nice big dog walk area. The park is on the river with access via a path from the rv park. They have fire pits, but because of the extreme fire danger fires were not allowed. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner is strict on following the rules but the park is great because of it. We will continue to go there as long as we are rving. We camped at Little Bear RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

All in all, a nice park. Very much an "extended family, bring the kids" place, so a little noisy. Sites aren't always very level (I was 5" off the ground with my front tires) but are quite roomy. The operators are polite and helpful, and the store has a few items you might find needful. We camped at Little Bear RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
