Price includes Good Sam discount. We had called ahead for a reservation so check-in was easy and quick. Desk clerk was friendly. The park is clean, well maintained and quiet. We did not hear any road noise. There is construction on the road in front of the campground, but it did not make the turn into the park difficult. The park itself is tight to drive through, and if someone doesn't park just right, as the person across the road from us did, turning into your pull-through site will require some finesse. The site was long enough for our 36' motorhome plus tow, but just barely. The campground is nicely wooded with shade available to most sites. The pads are gravel and are fairly level, with 4' to 6' of grass between them. There is a picnic table on a concrete pad for each site. The utilities are at the back of the pad, so if you are towing, you will need plenty of cables and hoses. The site has cable TV, but I don't know if it works, as my 25' cable was about 3' too short. The Wi-Fi is very slow, but the Verizon signal was strong, so we just used that. This was just an overnight for us, so this wasn't a problem. We would overnight here again if we are in the area. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

Roads in park are somewhat tight with speed bumps. We have a 40' 5th wheel trailer so we request a space in section K because they are more spacious and easier to access. There is a dog run and playground and small store on premise. We do like all the trees in the park. This park is largely occupied by full time residents, which is quite noticeable by all the items around their trailers. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

6 Flags Magic Mountain is really close to RV park.

There are two train stations in Santa Clarita area to catch the MetroLink train to Grand Central Station in Los Angeles or other cities along the way like Sylmar/San Fernando, Burbank or Glendale.

We stayed here one night midweek on the PA rate and it was good. We are a 45 foot towing and they gave us one of the few transient pull though sites with easy access. Other sites looked pretty tight. Clean restrooms and sites. Lots and lots of full time trailers - some in good shape and some not so much. We travel a lot from Arizona to northern California and decent stop over parks are few and far between. We will stay here again. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

The wi-fi was slow and the cable was not always the best. The only two complaints that I have are the many shoddy looking full time trailers and the pit bull dogs that seem to be quite numerous. While in the off leash area with my dog, (a lab) a small person came in with three pit bulls. (one muzzled, thank you) If the two un-muzzled pit bulls had gotten any more aggressive, there was no way that the owner could have controlled them. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Your average park with a great majority of long timers/ permanents with rigs in varying states of repairs and attached plastic carports and other structures. Wouldn't stay more than a night. Some road noise. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week while visiting Six Flags. The park is very convenient (10 minutes) to Six Flags and the town of Valencia. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot tub looked nice (although we didn't use it, it was frequently full of people). There's an OK sized fenced dog area... it's long which is nice, but very narrow, maybe 15 feet wide. There are two on-leash dog areas (a grassy area near the tennis court and one near the office) but since the RV park is on a main highway, there's no place to walk dogs outside the park. Apart from the hot tub and tennis court, there's also a nice playground for kids. The park is pretty large, but 90% of it is occupied by full-time residents with the accompanying clutter, including many with tent-like carports set up next to their rigs, which detracts somewhat from the appeal. Our big complaint is that our site was extremely small... uncomfortably so for a week-long stay. Our camping side only had a few feet of space before our neighbor's slide-outs were in our way. We found a section with much larger sites and asked if we could be moved there, and we were told those sites are for daily guests, not weekly. We would only return if we were going to Six Flags again, and we would just stay for a day or two due to the campsite size issue. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Six Flags Magic Mountain is not to be missed! There's a pretty nice dog park called "Central Bark" about 15 minutes away in Valencia.

Sites are incredibly close together with a high percentage of full time residents. Nice facilities-2 pools, toddler wading pool, jetted spa. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Fifth Wheel.

This was just an overnight/in-out stay, our first time at this park. The office staff was very helpful and even switched our site when it became clear that, with our overall length, the original one assigned wouldn’t work as a pull-thru. As an older park the sites are narrow (designed for the old shorter rigs with no slide outs). A lot of the sites have obstacles (trees, light poles) at the entrance to the site. That was what happened to us. There is a long dog run that is well maintained. Day rate calculated with Good Sam discount. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park but if you have a larger RV over 36' beware. There are so many full time "residents" that the cars and pick up trucks parked everywhere. I couldn't pull through 2 sites and had to back in to a site and I barely made it and was charged a pull through rate. OK for 1 night. Wouldn't stay any longer. PS I have over 75,000 miles in this 38' RV and never have a problem. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

Easy in and out. Shade as well as satellite friendly sites. Friendly staff. Well stocked store for an RV park. Adult only as well as a family pool plus separate spa. Reasonable mix of full time and daily/weekly guests. We have stayed here several times and it is certainly satisfactory. Very close to Magic Mountain. Well maintained and pet friendly. We have stayed here several times visiting family and will be back. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

Camped for 1 night. Had a level, gravel site. Grass on both sides. No picnic table. WiFi very slow and kept disconnecting. Good stop before driving into LA basin. Good park for dogs. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park with huge trees and grassy areas. Pools and hot tub are clean. Fenced dog area is one of the nicest we've seen with grass and shade. Big rigs and long trailers might have trouble negotiating the narrow roads around the trees. The showers had peeling paint though look like they're working on them. We have stayed there before and would again. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

Great park, good service, nice pool(s), great dog area(s) and everything you need is there. But, the Internet almost isn't. It is sporadic at best. Doing more at another park in 10 minutes than in four days at this nice park. Other points off for the high price and inadequate showers for the price. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Travel Trailer.

Used PPA for 3 nights. Close to everything we needed. The short term sites are pull-through, but you need to unhook because all utilities are in the back of the site, plus the roads are narrow and not much turning room available into the site. Will stay again when we are in the area. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.

The park roads and the turn into my site were rather tight. I had to move a picnic table and be guided past the poles by the electrical & water which sit at the back of the site. Had a few inches between my neighbors awning & my slide. The cable was fuzzy and over 3 days I was only able to access their internet once. The road noise was bothersome as well. On a positive note, the pool area was very nice, the crushed gravel site was level. You do have grass and a picnic table. There are places to walk your dog besides the dog park. There appears lots to do for kids. My Verizon MiFi worked fine, as did my Sprint cell. I would probably not return, I am very noise sensitive and the traffic died down around midnight but was back again very early, plus the cable and internet didn't work well. We camped at Valencia Travel Village in a Motorhome.
