We paid $50 a night to camp here, we were going to stay longer and golf but due to inclement weather we decided to move on after one day so I really didn't have time to do a full evaluation of the park like I would like to . I personally have a problem with paying $50 a night only because I'm old-school and can't get used to paying that kind of money but I know that it's the new norm and most people don't even think twice about paying. We got a pull through and it was in a beautiful setting the dog park might've been a little bit unconventional compared to what I'm used to in the 55+ resorts down in Arizona, but the dog thought it was nice she did her thing and off we went. My plan of attack was to spend one night golf the next day and then leave the following morning due to the weather I decided to just stay the night check out the resort leave the next morning and head home. If you are playing golf they do not give you a discount rather they charge you the full amount and you golf free for two people, I chose the discount because of the weather and decided to just leave the following morning . I was told that you either have to pay the full amount weather you golf all days or take the discount amount you can't split it up for your particular daley usages. We camp here in the motorhome . We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. Close to golf, shopping, etc. We typically stay here as we're traveling from Seattle to S. Cal and Arizona. It's a great place to rest up for a couple of days while being on the road. Very Secure. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed 2 nights on way to Hemet CA. Great value if you golf. Yes I golf. stay includes golf for 2 on 18 hole course (nice course). small resort over all, secure and very clean. close to shopping(not walking though) first time here-not much to do other than golf. set in a area of housing and fruit groves. if you want to go for a walk somewhere the golf course is the best place. site backed on to houses with kids playing, we didn't mind, I realize it might bother others possibly. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

If you like to golf, stay here! We have stopped here three times and enjoyed a round of golf. The nightly fee includes golf for two (cart rental additional). If you don't play golf, they give you a discount (Good Sam, etc). Our site was a backin next to the road which was realitively quiet and nice. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The Good Sam discount basically made up for the tax, so we paid $40 instead of $44. It's one of the rare parks we've stayed at where resort is used correctly. It's a gated, landscaped, and very attractive place. When we made the reservation they did ask us how old our rig is. It's new, but they probably wouldn't have let us stay if we still had our old class B. This park is convenient to CA-99. Sites are close though there are short privacy hedges between sites. We had to level our front tires just a bit. The restrooms/showers are attractive and modern. There are 3 showers in the restroom area. They did not have a place to sit but only a towel bench. There was even a sign indicating the bench was for towels not sitting. We did not use the golf or restaurant facilities. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

I agree with the late 2016 reviews. Some of the earlier complaints may have been due to the severe drought in the Central Valley. But we are here is the middle of a big series of rain storms! Cable TV was good, no HD. Wifi excellent. Easy access from Hwy 99. A bit overpriced. Back in sites are $40, ours was a pull-through. Too wet to try the free golf. :-( We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Travel Trailer.

45' m/h with F250 tow. 2nd trip. The park is very nice. The first time we stayed we were told there was overflow parking for our extra vehicle (we were towing and had additional car). This time told that we would have to park at golf course, when the same overflow had spots. The overnight spots are all 70' concrete with 30/50 amp, water and sewer. Plenty of space for slides. they have smaller sites for longer stays/smaller rigs. The park is pleasant, a pond with geese, a dog area that's gated. Each time the neighbors are friendly. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

This has become our stopover point when traveling north or south along California's central valley. It is an excellent, well-maintained RV park with roomy sites and a friendly, accommodating staff. Many parks try to claim that they are resorts...this one really is. We highly recommend this park. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

Special .. Round of golf for 2 each day of stay. Gated entry, no guard, very nice but for overnight a bit expensive. Have pull thru's. One dog run on the far side of the park. Nice grass right at your door. Pool. You can get a face in toward the lake in the center. Site was not too level but OK. There are hedges between each space.

Check out is noon which is unusual and nice. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our second stay. We love this park. Feel safe with gate key fab to come and go. We stayed a year ago, two different times. This time they had spaces but could not accommodate a whole week's stay. The very nice gentleman said we have one site where we pulled corner bushes out and put gravel in for a parking space. He asked if that would be ok? I was happy to get a whole week and said yes. Most of their sites are pull in or pull through and very spacious. Although happy to have this site, would not use it again. The gravel parking spot was under a tree and we had constant bird droppings on the car. With the bushes removed, the sprinklers were just not blocked in any way and our car and just waxed MH, had water up eight feet onto the sides. Not to mention that the whole patio was soaked each day too. This is a great place to stay, just don't take site 50. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because their very nice lawn areas are slowly turning into weeds--green, but weeds. It does have great Wifi!!! We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed with RPI, normal $ 40 for a back in (RPI always back inns). Great place, easy drive from the 99. Free good wifi, free good cable. Concrete with concrete patio. Easy back inns, very quiet. If you are in golfing this is probably even better. Great warm pool and hot tub. We will be back if passing. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV park has many really nice amenities and upon arriving I thought I really found a gem. Clubhouse is very nice, gated park, paved streets and pads, pull throughs, nice staff, swimming pool, small pond, not much street noise and a golf course that you can play. Sounds good. However, many of the cement pads are broken very badly, Gras through out the park is dead, dog park is a mess with only dirt and little grass and around each power pole all there is is dirt. Add a little morning dew or sprinklers that cone on and you have a muddy mess with shoes caked in mud and dirty dog feet. They need some major renovation on all pads and either get some grass growing or put down stone to prevent so much dirt and mud. All in all an average experience but it could have been 5 stars. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

If I could give it an even better score I would... this is the ultimate in Rv resort! Beautiful spots with grass and well kept amenities. Grounds are kept like a golf course community so you can imagine the immaculate nature. We stayed during the fourth of July holiday and it was wonderful! Staff was polite, helpful and great! Great location for visiting the sites around and feeling safe when you return home. We will definitely be back! We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
