Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $25.00
Based on weekly rate of $175. This is an older park, most are long term single-wide residences. There are a handful of sites for over-nighters and short-term stays. There is a clubhouse, some activities (like movies and games), pool and park area. Common areas are clean and well-maintained. Hook-ups are WAY in the back, so back in as far as you can to avoid extension cords, etc. We've stayed here several times and think it's the best choice in the area. What a delightful park! It is primarily a 55+ well maintained Mobile Home Community. The MH sites are landscaped with lots of hanging baskets, flowers and shrubs. Our site was nice and shady with driveway space for our dually, a gravel pad for our 38' 5th wheel, and a concrete patio. There was no WIFI or cable TV but we could pick up local stations with the antenna and our AT&T hotspot worked fine. We paid $17.50 for each of the first two nights (Passport America) and the regular $35 rate for the third night. We would happily stay here again. Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $13.00
This park is filled with permanent residents with only 10-12 empty sites for transient RV's such as us. The homes, which are for the most part modern, are well kept up and landscaped with lots of flowers and shrubs. The park is shady -- the lots are about 18-20 feet wide with space for a driveway, the RV, a small concrete patio and not much else. It is easy to back in the RV. The hook-ups are ok, but there is no cable TV, and we could not get satellite in our site. We paid $35 for two nights --- the Passport America rate. We would certainly stay here again We camped at Imperial Manor MHC (55+park) in a Motorhome.Undo

Great find for a quick stop over to visit friends in the area. A little tight getting in and out for a motorhome, but doable. Nice managers. Will stay again if in the area. We camped at Imperial Manor MHC (55+park) in a Motorhome.Undo

This is our first time in a mobile home park setting with our motorhome. If this is typical, it will not be our last. The gal in the office was very nice and helpful. The spot she gave us was great, near everything. The park was very neat and clean with nice people. It was near a street that was busy during the day, but between less traffic in the evening, the park being set back from the road, and the blocking of noise by the mobile homes, the traffic was not a problem at all. We stayed here 3 nights and would stay here again. We camped at Imperial Manor MHC (55+park) in a Motorhome.Undo

We found this by accident. It is a 55 plus Mobilehome park with 30 sites for RV's. Well kept, VERY friendly staff. AT&T works great here. We stayed here for 2 weeks in a 40 ft MH. They are also a Passport America Park. Located close to I-80, but no noise. Easy access off freeway. We will be back. Weekly rate is $175 all included. Monthly rate is $410 plus electricity.
