Full 30 amp hookups. owner very friendly. ducks in pond were entertaining. OK for 1 nite no need to disconnect. other than site 1 at top of hill all have small ditches that you have to go thru to get in and out. Front of MH hit going in. Can be hard to get back out on 101 due to heavy fast traffic but there is a shoulder u can use. - rvreviews

We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Our site was closest to the entrance, mostly sunny, nice long pull-through, gravel, slightly unleveled, and with FHU. As it was the outer site (don't know the number), we had the most open space with view of grass and trees and road (which didn't bother us). It's a very small, rustic park with nice fenced pond for the friendly ducks. Bathrooms were closed for renovations. We found the park to be clean and quiet. We called for reservations and our spot was reserved with an orange cone with our names on it. When we arrived, no one was there (owners work f/t) but there were directions on the office window and registration forms as well. The owners don't always answer the phone but they always returned our call on time and very friendly. Wifi was poor if at all. As we like to get out for exercise and the park is off a major road, we were pleased to find a road left of the entrance that lead up to what felt like a forever hill which got your heart pumping. We would stay here again. - Martidon

We stayed here primarily because it was inexpensive, but other than a safe, fairly quiet place to stay, there is nothing here. The owner is very nice, and there is a cute pond next to our site filled with friendly, quacking ducks. There was 30 amp and a pullthrough and sewer, but no tv stations on the antenna. Wifi was very poor, kept dropping us and it took a long time to get a satellite due to all the trees, but we did get it. The pond was pretty, but the frogs and ducks were loud in the night. We were parked on the highest site next to the pond, and it looked as though it hadn't been mowed or weedeated all year. Our site was also very wet and "poopy" from the ducks. I think the pond must leak because it was quite wet. It was not too bad getting in or out, but as someone else said, you have to look for the sign. Our GPS did take us right to the park. - Ginny H

It is a place when you need a place. Many families live here full time, low income, victims of foreclosure and the bad economy. It has all the hookups water, utilities everything you need to take care of you and yours. Nothing fancy but it works. - Smoow

The owners are friendly and helped us back into our site located between two rusting ancient storage trailers. That is the only positive thing at this campground. It is really a place where people live, not for "campers" or overnight stays. It is filthy dirty. There is junk everywhere. We were placed in a site next to a huge mercury lamp that shown all night. The showers were so awful I wouldn't bathe my dogs in them. We arrived in the dark and left first thing in the morning. - lccnm

We called in advance and we were greeted with friendly young lady. She asked us about our rig and explained that there had been several people who drove in past the sign saying that there was no room for big rigs. We did not have that. They explained that they get very few over nighters, we enjoyed out stay (especially the price). Managers had a big Bonfire and the eclectic group of Berkeley types were a joy and it was a must experience night. Thank you for having our site number ready on the door and everything waiting for us. Being Willets, we were grateful to have such a wonderful inexpensive park with great heated bathrooms - drode
