Nice park with trees on one side that blocks our neighbors from us. Sitting area still open to other neighbor. Our site was right in line with the playground and dog walk and we had lots of people that walked right through our sitting area even when we were out there. Informed the staff about this and they just sort of shrugged. Wifi and cable were good. They also provide great information on the nearby activities. This was also the first out of 140 campgrounds that we had to lock everything up as someone entered our truck and cleaned out our toll change, only about $10 but still upsetting. Reported it and the staff said there were 3 other reports the same night. Could have been another camper in the park because the park is kind of far from town. Asked later in the day to different staff and they knew nothing about any break ins. Would think that should be known by all to keep an eye open. Even with this issue we would stay again. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

As stated, the RV sites are open. We chose a premium site, as we are very long, and it was great. A concrete patio next to the rig with a fire pit, swing, and table and chairs. The other RV sites were closer together. The tent sites and cabins in the woods were amazing - right in the redwoods. But - no sunlight in there! The laundry was very clean, and reasonably priced. The staff was the most helpful group of people we have encountered in a campground in a long time. They have information on self guided tours, hikes, the parks, and so much more. When we went to the information center in town, and they found out where we were staying, they said they could not tell us much more, and if we had any questions, ask the owners here. They were also helpful in finding things in town, and even delivered our Amazon packages right to our site when they arrived. It's not a huge park, so not too noisy or crowded. We met some nice people here, too. The park is close to the Oregon coast, and the Redwoods, so it's in a perfect place to see both. And with the town only 5 miles away, it is convenient to get groceries and supplies. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The cabins and tent area were real nice inside the redwood canopy of trees. The rest of the park was ok. Nice people working the office will tell you about the area and the loups for the redwood forest. If needing fuel drive the short distance to Oregon it's a lot cheaper. Nice clean laundry. Store has few supplies and souvenirs. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed one night here on a grassy spot close to the office. It was reasonably level with nice shade. We got satellite signal easily and good Verizon signal. Lots of Info available for self guided driving tours through the forests and various sites. Needed a gasket for our water hose not available in the store but the on site manager somehow found us one somewhere and didn't take any compensation. At the edge of the park is a trail where you can walk right into the Redwoods. Lovely little place. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Motorhome.

Again WIFI. Their wifi was okay, but the craziness is that you are only allowed 1 gig per day, once you have exceeded that you are kicked of until the next day. Other than wifi, it is an okay park. The turns can be a bit tight but other than that the roads are okay. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Located in the redwoods about 4 miles north of Crescent City. Staff was very helpful. The campground is well maintained. The road and site are gravel and are level. The bathrooms and showers are kept to a high standard. The RV sites are in a clearing and so are mostly satellite friendly. The tent sites are very unique, among the redwoods withs lots of space between sites. The RV sites are in a clearing, have shrubs between them but are rather close together. Parking our RV required planning and adjustment to be able to extend the slides on both sides. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Motorhome.

We visited in November just before they closed for the season. It was quiet but I can assume a place like this gets busy in the summer. Very well maintained and unique park. The back half of the park is all deep shaded redwood forest and it's beautiful! Mostly tent sites back there but a few water and electric. Campground wifi worked great and cell service was strong. Redwood national forest is only a few minuets away. So much to see and so in the area! The staff is very helpful with pointing out things to do! We had a great time. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Not the best KOA we have stayed in, but not the worst either. Setting is very nice. Overall facilities are average. We are somewhat spoiled I guess, prefer RV parks with paved interior roads and wide, level sites. This place has neither. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Motorhome.

We used this as our base of travel. Site was nice pull thru and very level. Had 50 amp, sewer, water, cable, wifi. Staff was helpful and led us to the site. It was a nice KOA. Just outside of town which works for us since we are travelers and not campers. Stayed 3 nights. Right next to 101 but no noise. We would stay again. Rate is with KOA discount. Decent, smaller park. Like most KOAs, a little over-priced. All hook-ups worked fine but only a few sites are suitable for bigger rigs, and even then some tight manoeuvring is required. Our site was adequate but far from spacious. Small petting zoo on site (goats, etc.). Dog friendly. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
