1 Park near Dutch Flat, California
May 2016 - $20.00
Checked with their new camp host, she seemed very good at her job. She was very friendly and even gave us a hug when we were getting ready to leave the next day. Nicely groomed walking trails throughout campground and down to the creek. Very quiet and peaceful. Lot spacing was spacious with a sunny/open exposure. Site surface was gravel and featured a picnic table. We will definitely stay here again. - Laurie1

Interesting place, sites carved out of a coniferous forest. 30-amp electric, just stayed overnight. Just off I-80, but surprisingly quiet. Sites were fairly level, although there was a bit of a drop-off to get to some of them. They said there's an age restriction for older vehicles so had to "inspect" our 1988 rig. But honestly, some of the (supposedly) permanent residents are in really broken-down looking rigs. They need cash or cheque, no plastic.
2 combination bathroom/showers. Surprisingly clean and spacious, good hot water pressure. The camp host will tell you all about the town of Dutch Flat given the slightest opportunity, but we didn't have time to see it. Good place for overnight. - RV-Roamer
