Nice RV park with paved roads and wide, long concrete pull thru and back in sites with FHU with grass and trees. OK for big rigs. Be sure you are driving north on Blackstone road to enter. If going south have to make nasty U-turn. Problem; large trees need to be trimmed up higher. Almost all of the M/Hs and fivers had tree branches brushing roof. OK in summer because soft, bad in fall and winter as hard branches will damage roof. Most sites can get satellite signals if rig positioned right. Cable tv, good antenna tv, open wi-fi, good cell signal. No pool, no rec room, no store or activities. Park clean and staff helpful. Will stay there again. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed at this place before, while visiting relatives in Fresno. There is not much selection in this area for rv parks. The park is under new ownership, but really hasn't changed anything much to improve it. The park itself is safe, and in a good location of town. If you walk outside the park early you will trip over street people sleeping on the side walks, which has increased over the past years. Electrical water and sewer work well, the wifi is useless, as well as the cable TV, both have ususable signals. The bathrooms are kept clean. The long term units are kept tidy and are friendly. The donut shop across the street is really good. If your stuff in this part of the valley this is not bad, that not great either. Have never had a problem during any stay here. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small but nice park. If you are near the front, you will have some traffic noise. We were in the back and it was very quiet. The roads and sites were concrete. We had lots of shady. The hookups were good but the water pretty was low. There are no amenities at this site. You are allowed to wash your coach and tow. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Motorhome.

Needed a one night stay, arrived after hours. 2 spots are saved for late arrivals: one 30 amp, one 50 amp - need more 30 amp. Park is quiet, but the street is VERY noisy with hot rod and motorcycle noise. Great showers. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Motorhome.

As you drive down Blackstone Avenue, you're thinking that there is no way there is an RV park here as the 8 lane highway is teeming with strip malls, big box stores and car dealerships but look for the vertical green and white "RV Park" sign and you're there. Front office staff were awesome - they noticed we had a flat tire on our tow vehicle and filled it with air so we could limp to our site. They also made sure we had a spacious pull thru site to make it easier for us. The park is small, showing its age but was absolutely spotless. Most of the sites were quite large; many had shade. There appeared to be some permanent/long term campers. We were only here for one night but, in spite of the flat tire situation, was a positive experience. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Motorhome.

We came in after hours and picked a site, site unseen, Good system if I'd opened it and looked in. Map of sites inside. Walking distance to food etc was nice. WiFi showed password but not which network to choose. So couldn't. Cable was good. Bad thing was the bathroom didn't have hooks to hang towels and icky shower curtain. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is located close to 47 but 8 miles from 99. The area is less than desirable as there is a rather sketchy trailer park at the end of the block with people sleeping on the sidewalk along with shopping carts. Would not go out at night for sure. The park itself is older and this shows in the office so not a great first impression. Manager was confused as to what she had available yet there was lots of sites open that night. Once in, the sites are large with a RV parking pad, patio and parking pad. Several long term residents with trailers in disrepair. Stay one night only. Functional but not a place we'd stay. Wifi never worked the whole time. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We consider the ability to get a reasonably sound night of sleep a critical factor in RV parks. This park, well quiet within, had a lot of outside noise. Close to the highway, we were kept awake much of the night by motorcycles zooming along. Earlier in the evening, it was airplanes. This park is good for one night stay. There is no dog park, though there were dogs everywhere. The public bathrooms are basically in a newish shed. The park is primarily for long term RVs, though they are mostly very high end rvs. The internet was excellent. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

A very pleasant surprise. We didn't even know it was here when we lived in Fresno many years ago. All sites are paved asphalt, with a concrete sitting area along with a very nice plastic picnic table. Sites are pretty level, but we did need to add 1 leveler. This was formally a Mobile Home park but closed many years ago; now is setup entirely for RV's. New owners are very nice. Would definitely stay again as park is very clean and well maintained. Just a few blocks south of Herndon on Blackstone. Close to many shopping areas, and a car wash just a few doors down. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Access and maneuvering is ok. We were on weekly rate. All trees seem to be trimmed out of the way. Site utilities are rustic. Some spots are very wide. When we left we used the alternate road on the south; not the main road. We bottomed out on the rear. The sidewalk is higher than the street. The cable TV and Wi-fi worked ok. We would have liked some sports channels. We would stay here again only because it probably is the "best RV park in the area". We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice little park, in the middle of town. Park was very nice to us. When we arrived we asked to extend our stay, and they were very accommodating . Good paved interior roads and paved sites. A lot of long term people, but all sites are neat and well maintained. Sites were all level. Some pull-through sites. Good cable and utilities. No problems. There were children playing in the streets, but all good kids, quiet at night. Shopping nearby. Price reflects weekly rate. We would stay here again. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Motorhome.

Had to head to Fresno due to a family emergency. Found this park on this website and while on the road. Luckily there were vacancies. Surprised to find it in the middle of town but pleasantly surprised. Sites were big and we had enough space for canopy and chairs on the grass. Even my relatives who live there had no idea this place existed and were surprised at the quality. There are plenty of full timers or people who work here during the week and head home on the weekend. But it is clean and quiet despite being near major roads. Mature trees provide good shade. Our dog loved the large area of grass near our site. Will stay here again with no hesitation. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We've stayed here once or twice a year for family visits for years. It's the only RV park in the Fresno east area, well situated for freeway and major artery travel around town. Check in was instantaneous, with our receipt and site directions ready when we drove in. Great staff! The park is older, but in very good repair, and is scrupulously clean and well manicured; great rose bushes. Our sites have always been level and are plenty wide for slides, etc. There are great shade trees all around, especially in the pull-thru sites. I saw several large 5th wheels and busses come in and nobody had problems with tree limbs or parking. City noise is mitigated by the parks location off the street. Very few permanents and they were clean and well ordered. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Fresno. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

After a drive of about four hours and forty minutes, I made it to the Blackstone North RV Park that is off Highway 41 in Fresno.

This is a nice little RV park and well-maintained with level asphalt pads. The office staff were nice and friendly and had my reservation paperwork ready for me when I got there. It took only five minutes to check in. They have free Wi-Fi and cable. Although there are children here, the RV park is quiet. It is pet-friendly, so people can bring their dogs and cats. It is off Highway 41 and is a great stop en route to Yosemite National Park. We camped at Blackstone North RV Park in a Motorhome.
