We decided at the last minute to find a place close to Monterey/Carmel and tripped upon this beautiful gem. This is the nicest park that we have stayed in. To start with, there are lots of pull thru sites - 70 and 100 feet - truly lovely. All concrete pads with plenty of room for the toad. Sites are level, wide and have beautiful landscaping between each. The park is gated so we felt very secure. The staff was extremely friendly and particularly helpful with tons of information concerning the area. We didn't use the clubhouse or washrooms, but they looked like they had everything you could want in a smaller park. Could easily have stayed for a week but we had to move on. Lovely, lovely park - hope we get the opportunity to stay there again! We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Great place on Highway 101 in the middle of no place. Soon to be an air museum on site with run way. Secure area - gated. Brand new place with great landscaping and all concrete pads. Did not use the Wi-fi. Cable is analog not digital, but better than watching spanish speaking stations on air channels. Men's restroom and showers were grandiose but only two showers and one toilet. All sites are full hookup. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Remarkable park near wineries and Pinnacles National Park. Yes, it is windy...very windy in afternoons. But so what! That is when you go to see all the surrounding wineries and parks. Awesome dog park (enough lawn you can actually have you dog chase a ball) and dog wash area. Great workout room. Heated pool! Spa! Gated and secure. Very clean and well manicured. Would stay here again and again. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Go to Hahn winery...awesome deck to enjoy a bottle of good wine and an awesome view. If there in the spring, Pinnacles NP is awesome!

We stayed here of our group outing, ten motorhomes and trailers. Everyone was very who worked here was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, the dog run had grass, no

stickers at all. Large for big dogs, and always clean. There is a dog wash, but we didn't us it.

The club house was very nice, clean. Everything looked new, well kept up. They set everything up for us and took everything down. Tables even had table cloths on them. All they asked was we put our garbage in the receptacle.

Outside was a fire place with sitting chairs around it. The pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was hot. Workout room had everything one would need.

There were tables set up on lawn and horseshoes. Only thing that would have been better if they had bocce ball courts, but you can't have every thing.

They told us that it gets very windy at 4 PM to 7 PM but we never had any wind.

Lots to do around the park, wineries , state parks, two missions. The restaurants downtown were good and not far, a 5 minute drive.

I highly recommend this park.

Oh yes, all spots are pull-throughs, very large, cement, and a level area around the spaces, so was very nicely groomed.

This is not just a stop over RV park; it's a place you could stay for some time and have a great time. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Wineries, hiking in Pinnacles National Park. Two missions. Short trip, 40 mins to Carmel by the Sea. Monterey.

We stayed at Yanks for 7 nights over Thanksgiving. The park is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is right off US 101 with easy access. We had a premium site that was 110' long and on the end, so we had a large grassy area also. We faced south, which was very nice, since it was cold and the sun coming in our front window warmed up our coach nicely. Saying that, it wouldn't be a good choice in the hot months, but we always take that into consideration when requesting a specific site and they were able to give us the site we requested. Yes it is windy-mostly from the SE,S or SW, but we knew that and they tell you when you check in and it is on your receipt. And, lets face it - what can they do to stop the wind?? There is not much in Greenfield, but there are wineries nearby that are very nice. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Rancho San Miguel in Greenfield is a large Hispanic grocery store, but has all-American items also. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

As prior reviewers have claimed, Yanks is an excellent resort with full amenities. We found it a joy to visit Yanks with its extremely clean grounds and sites as well as their facilities: restrooms, laundry room, fitness center, fireplace social center, pool and spa, and rally hall. Most impressive to us was the very well kept dog park that included a bathing center. Our site was long and felt very private. The park was secured with pass codes at entry and in facilities. The employees were among the most friendly we have encountered. The only negative during our 2-night stay was the fierce wind from noon until 9 or 10 pm. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The facility will provide all the information necessary to tour the area.

Very clean new park. Nice check in, they were ready for us, told us of a number of things to see/do very close by. Long skinny cement pads. Super windy in the afternoon! Close to 101 but the noise is from the farms being harvested starting at day break. Outstanding dog park & wash. Park is new so no trees yet. Plans on future air museum & hotel etc in the years to come. Front gate gets locked at 4pm! Don't forget to remember the code... We are coming back here with our club & look forward to it, They are set up for big rigs & clubs. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Wine tasting in area is stunning! Views of the valley & great wines with in 15 min of the park. Ask for coupons!

From the time you drive in, to the phone call making sure you are arriving before 4:00 pm, the grounds, wi fi, escorted to your site, it's a 10. Park is new, trees small. The wind was very annoying. And could be seasonal. If I am in area I would stay again. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is exceptionally maintained, both the grounds and the facilities. The dog run is great.
Its in the middle of nowhere, nothing but agriculture fields, but right off the 101. Good for an overnighter but there is nothing around it, not even a decent restaurant. We were one of maybe 10 camped there and I only saw these other people very rarely. The sites are long (70') but narrow. You have a little cement pad with a BBQ and nothing else. You can't even walk beside your rig without walking through planters. As said before, it's windy. We left after one day, we had a 2 day reservation. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Good overnighter or camp with a group. With a group you will at least have something to do.

Very nice rv park. Very clean everywhere. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. My kids loved the pool and it was nice to use the gym. It was nice to find a place near Monterey that was not only affordable, but very nice all around. Staff was very friendly. Their dog park was spacious and made my large dogs very happy. Other reviews are correct, it is very windy starting in the early afternoon. So, leave your awning in! We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is an excellent RV park with every amenity imaginable: exercise room, dog park, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. NO dirt, gravel, or mud. My preference, since I travel with 2 small dogs. The view is awesome. It's nice and quiet, located right off 101. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here while sightseeing in Monterey and The Pinnicals National Monument. We were very impressed with the overall cleanness of the grounds. Staff was very helpful and we had a guide to our site which was concrete and mostly level. Gate guarded at night accessed by code. Nice dog run on site. If we are in the area again, we will stay here. We had dinner at the Windmill in Soledad. Nice old restaurant but great food. You won't leave hungry. I stayed here with my RV club and was impressed by the immaculate grounds and amenities. It's not a destination park (yet) but is still pretty new. Trees aren't grown up yet and they need signage on the road but they are trying to gather more business. Very friendly people and the park is super well maintained. Where have you seen a dog washing station in an RV park? The facilities and kitchen for groups are perfect. They have plans for a complete museum, hotel, airfield and more in the future but only the RV park is done for now. As some others have said, the only downside is the wind that comes up every afternoon but it might be a bonus during hotter weather.

The sites are spacious and have grass and tables. I don't think I saw a weed anywhere! We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We ate at the Windmill in Soledad. OK, but nothing to shout about. (We were in a large group which may have made a difference.) We had a few good meals at small Mexican restaurants. Didn't have time to visit the missions but will next time.

This RV park is beautiful. Everything is new and clean. Bathrooms and showers were very nice. Pool and spa area are very nice. Trees are young so no shade yet. Fireplace area welcoming. Site had two sewer connections which made it helpful. Club house and kitchen would be great for groups. We lucked out with the wind, almost none. When the air museum is built it will be a nice addition. We will stay again. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We camped at Yanks Luxury RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
