We spent a night here on our way out of L.A. It was a wonderful RV park. In early April, the price was VERY reasonable. The hot tub was heavenly and the pool very nice and warm. We opted for a grass site and a concrete pad. The escort to the site was very much appreciated. The Resort is in town, but the road noise was not bad at all. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Stayed from Jan -March. First time here. In 43 ft motorhome. All utilities worked great. Lots of things for people to do. People friendly, staff very good. The area has plenty to see and do. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed at this park in June of 2014 when it was 109 degrees and with everything dry or dead, including the palm trees, there were only a few coaches in the park making it look like a barren wasteland. Still we felt it had "good bones" so we decided to return and see what it was like in Feb. when the temp was a tad lower. What a difference! And viva la difference! The park was almost full to capacity. Everything was green and lush and the three small ponds were also full and looking very good. This is a great park for either a one night stand or for several days or more. Only negative we have is that trying to reach them by phone is near on impossible as it was our first time here. Nine times out of ten you are going to get a recording telling you to either call back or leave a message so be prepared for that. Other than that one small negative, we will definitely be using this park as a stopover on our Arizona desert trip each Feb. Nice wide spaces, lots of grass with concrete pads and good h0okups, etc. We didn't use the clubhouse or any of the other amenities this park advertises but we did walk around a bit and it really is a very nice park overall. Also very quiet at night even tho it is located in busy trafficked area.......................... We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.
This park is not really close to any markets or restaurants, etc. so you will need a vehicle if you are wanting to go out to eat or shop.
Date of Stay: February, 2015 - $13.00
This park is our favorite place to stay. It has been completely remolded over the past 3 years...new pools, pickle ball courts, bathroom, laundry, clubhouse, roads and cabins. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The office staff is friendly and helpful. On-site concierge service available. Activity Director has a full schedule of events. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.
The Palms Springs area has unlimited activities for hikers, sightseeing, nighttime entertainment, great restaurants, parks, golfing, tennis and events.

Paved roads with security gate. We had a pull thru site & paved but we felt closed in. No table. Nice dog runs. Good hook ups. Pickleball & other activities. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a great park. Well kept up and staff & volunteers simply the best you will find anyplace. The WiFi continues to be an issue as it has in the past but the are going thru a massive upgrade on it. We were there a month and going back for 6 weeks a year from now. We just stayed overnight, so didn't use any amenities (pool, classes, clubhouse, etc), but everyone was very nice and welcoming. We had a lengthy and somewhat spacious spot and enjoyed a quiet stay. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Without a doubt, one of our favorite parks if not the most favorite. We are retired and are full-timers. Not for kids or campers. Lots of senior activities including water aerobics and pickleball (4 courts). We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.
Sits at the lower end of the Coachella Valley. Close to Palm Springs and the rest of the desert cities.
Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $38.00
Really enjoyed this resort. Very roomy sites with exceptional views of surrounding mountains. Many snowbirds enjoying evening events and activities. The Pickle Ball courts are VERY active. The overall vibe of this resort is very laid back, people super friendly. Do not look any further in Indio unless you want to go high end and spend lots of $$$$. We had always heard good reports of this resort. And have been met: the facilities are superb: good pools, well maintained, rooms, activities, spacious and well designed plots, etc. We miss only two things: no cable TV, which today is unthinkable, and more in a resort in this category, and two, no picnic tables, which forces you to not be able to eat outside RV. Yes we draw attention to their lawn care: impeccable, and in the middle of the desert has merit.
Of course it would be highly recommended, if it repaired as cable TV. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in - it's a destination for a lot of people as they offer many activities but while we were there, it wasn't filled so our site was away from most people but close to everything. We used this CG to visit Joshua Tree NP and as a stop before proceeding to our son's house near Palmdale. It's an easy park to get in/out of but you do need to drive into the city a little from I-10, but be careful driving across any of the cross streets as they have dips which make for a very bumpy ride. The park is beautiful and well taken care of. We really didn't participate in any of the many activities they offered. We would stay here again if we visited this area. This excellent park was friendly, attractive, very well maintained and a good value. Trees, lawns and flower beds were nicely groomed; public areas (pool, clubhouse, laundry, restrooms and patios) were well-furnished and very clean. The Interior roads and sites are paved and level. The pull-through sites have relatively long narrow pads with hook-ups at the end so connections may be a bit of a stretch. Utilities, including wi-fi, were good. Traffic noises and sirens from the nearby police and fire departments were common. We would be happy to stay here again. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We called ahead to make our reservation for a one night stay. We had to call several times before someone answered the phone. We were told that they had been busy on another line making reservations. So when we pulled in we expected to see a fairly full park. Not so, there were about 6 RVs in the entire park, the place was like a morgue. Okay 'nuf of that, the park is nice but with a temp in Indio that day of 109 degrees and more to come in the days ahead, everything was brown and dried out due to the lack of water and severe drought. The staff of one was friendly enough and handled the registration, etc. quickly and efficiently. Our pull-through site was easy to find and we got hooked up in record time as I didn't want my brains fried out in that bake oven afternoon sun. No road noise that night, in fact it was dead silent other than the noise from our AC running on full all night long to keep us cool, so we slept very well. We would definitely use this park again next time we are in the Indio, however we will make sure it isn't during June, July or August due to the extreme heat. Excellent park. Strongly agree with recent reviews. Do not miss this one if you are in the area. We only stayed two nights passing through. Will be staying much longer next year. Daily trash pick up at your site a nice touch as is a complementary breakfast daily. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.Undo

This was our first visit to this RV park, but it will not be our last. We have stayed at some of the more expensive RV parks in the area, but other than "snob appeal" they cannot touch Indian Waters. Lots of grass around and you can chose a grass or gravel site. Two swimming pools, one of which seems to be used for water polo or exercise classes, leaving the other one free for swimming or floating. Very convenient for the whole Palm Springs area. Nice walks around the park with ponds and 2 huge dog parks with grass. Two different areas with showers, toilets and laundry, so you do not have to go very far from your site. Lots to do if you want to, and the snowbirds there for the winter are very friendly. My wife attended a jewelry class and still talks about it and gets compliments on the bracelets she made. Free waffles, juice and coffee EVERY morning. Love it. We shall return to this park. We camped at Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.Undo
