Rate was for one full week. Website showed a rate of $180 per week when reservation was made, but when we arrived, we were told that the rate had been raised to $200/week and no adjustment would or could be made. All spaces were gravel and level, tv service worked well (although it was clear that problems were often experienced with the cable system based upon comments from the staff), and the newly upgraded wifi was only adequate, often slow and would operate sporadically. Many full time, old rigs on site, but no problems were experienced. Pool was clean, although not heated, so too cold to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to stay in a "group area", which was relatively vacant. Not sure that we would stay here again, though there is not much to pick from in the area. This is by far one of the very best RV parks we have ever stayed in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The sites are level and large. We were given the choice of where we wanted to park. There were lots of empty spaces to choose from. There was some permanent RVer's but they all were very friendly and helpful. We have no problems. The pool is awesome, clean and well cared for. The laundry is a nice size and very reasonable $1.25 to wash or dry. There was a freak wind storm while we were here and it tore out awning, so we had to leave early for repairs and while we could not get a refund for the 3 days we had paid for we were told if we came back we could stay free for those 3 days. We think that is a great deal! We will be back and hopefully get to stay longer. Loved this place. We camped at Lake Park RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Rate which was quoted was from passport america. Called ahead and when arrived, they indicated they would not accept any unit that was not self contained. Wish they would put the info in passport america website. Was not happy camper having driven 30 miles out of my way, Older park with a lot of full time residents. Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $15.00
Park is clean, facilities worked fine, Wi-Fi not very good, wasn't working most of the time had to use my Virgin mobile Mi-Fi. Rate is Passport America. Staff were friendly, sites are kind of close together and a 40 foot unit may be limited to a few sites. There are a lot of long term residents with small noisy dogs, but not much noise at night when it counts. We would stay here again. We camped at Lake Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We were extremely impressed with how well this RV park was kept up. The bathrooms were spotless and disinfected each day. The laundry room uses a service that provides 5 washers and 4 dryers. All seemed to be in good working order. The pool was huge and well care after. All palms on the premises were well groomed. Lawns we well cut. Leaves were in the process of being collected off the ground. The dump station at our site was really low to the ground, which is important for us class B folks that have low discharge areas for dumping to start with. My only complaint is the men room lock was hard to open with the key provided. We would definitely go back. Our price reflects a Passport America discount. Paid $15 per night on Passport America, clean pool, pool bathrooms each have a shower. Laundry costs $ 1.25 to use. Regular bathrooms are by the office, have three showers each, very clean. Friendly staff. Free morning coffee at office. Free Wi-Fi. There are two free Wi-Fi transmitting locations, office staff will direct you to the best spots for best Wi-Fi reception. Office has some RV repair items. Propane truck comes by once a week or you can get propane down the street, about half a mile away. There are motel rooms available on site. Motel guests were not a problem with us. Every thing was kept up well. Jack-in-Box fast food next door. Across the street lots of restaurants, Little Cesar Pizza, and small stores. RV park has lake shore frontage. We are repeat users of this RV park. We camped at Lake Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
