We parked here in order to visit Sequoia National Park. It is located about 17 miles from the park entrance. There are campgrounds closer to the park entrance but I have no experience with them. This campground has gravel driveways and site pads. There is a grass strip and small fence between sites. We had a pull through site with full hookup, 50 amp electric. The park is kept clean and seems well maintained. Also, the bathrooms are very clean. They have WiFi but it is only available around the office. I did try to use it but it seemed hopelessly slow. They have a clubhouse with TV, pool table, games, etc. We paid $49.50 per night with Good Sam discount. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were amazed at this RV park, it is arguably one of the best we've ever stayed in. It is clean, organized and extremely dog friendly. The managers took over this park about six months ago and have made an incredible difference, if you believe earlier reviews. We could stay here for months if we had the time. It's just beautiful. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed just one night while heading back to Phoenix. Park is easy to get in/out, right off I-5. Right next to Pilot Truck Stop but did not hear any noise. Park is all dirt with just a few trees. Because it is all dirt. I can imagine it would be a mud bog if it rained. Probably would not stay again if I had a choice. Kind of funny that the manager makes a big show of giving her cell number and assuring she is available 24/7, but when I called 10 minutes later asking if my toad would be OK as it hung out slightly it just went to voicemail. Just decided to unhook rather than wait for a call-back. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here to visit Sequoia National Park. It's about 30 minutes to the entrance, and this park was in a great location. It is very easy to get to for a big rig. We work remotely from the road and need internet to work during the week, and Verizon coverage worked well here. The lady that works at the office was very friendly. The campground is very pretty and well kept and has a nice pool. My only complaint and the reason I can't give it a perfect rating is because of the "kid tax". That's what our community of Fulltime Families call the extra charge for kids. This campground charges $3/day per child! We stayed 8 nights and we have 2 kids so that added up to an extra $48 for our stay. Sometimes I can understand the kid tax at a campground that has lots of amenities specifically for children, but this campground has nothing for children, not even a playground. In fact, it is more dog-friendly than kid-friendly. They have a very nice dog park and they don't even charge extra for dogs! So all of you traveling with dogs and not kids you are in luck. But for those of us traveling with kids, this place is overpriced for what you get. I really don't understand what the extra charge for kids was even for considering there are no extra amenities for kids. And our kids sleep in our RV that we bring with us in our bedding that we bring with us. Our 2 kids did not add any extra work for the campground like we would at a hotel, but even a hotel doesn't charge extra to bring them with us. It seems pretty senseless to me. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here as a stop over visit in our Class A motorhome with a toad. It is a small park and encourages tiny home stays. The park was clean. The Wifi was only available at the clubhouse which closed at 6 because no one was able to man it. There seemed to be quite a few long stays. It was quiet and all in all a good stay for a one night. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a nice smaller camp ground with pull through sites with water and electric available as well as a dump station. The sites were gravel but pretty level. The camp hosts were very friendly and kept the place spotless. The camp ground is about 30 minutes from the Sequoia National Park, which is a magnificent place to visit. All in all this a great spot as a gateway to the National Park. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Like another poster said there's been some effort to improve the park but the owners have fallen short. Check in was a comic show. Took us 30 minutes . We ended up unhooking vehicles and going back in and the clerk still was working on finding our reservation and site. .Big rigs here aren't welcome by the signs of overhanging trees on the access roads and in the site. I carry a tree trimmer around for such cases as i had to cut branches in site to pull slides out There was a lot of gravel added to areas of travel but twice as much is needed. my patio was fine dirt and with any wind created a dust bowl. Overall the park was very dusty.

We never sat outdoors as dust was flying all around us so stayed inside or visited local attractions.

The worst problem was electrical. Parks power kept blowing at the main circuit or the voltage was so low (100-105) that my surge protector would shut off power . I had to run generator during day to run a/c. Complained to management but they came around to fix or remedy.

I left a day early

We stayed here so we wouldn't have to run the road up to 3 rivers area but would not choose this park again. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is undergoing a massive improvement and shows the positive signs of the work completed. I think there are new owners who are putting a concentrated effort into improving it. I could level by moving around a bit on the site, and there's new gravel on the roads and sites. It's not too far into the foothills so you are not encountering large hills on your trip. One drawback is the sites are N0rth-South so the afternoon sun was fairly intense. New power pedastels with no power issues at all. Reasonable Verizon wireless signal for our hot spot. Tips for other Campers:

In Three Rivers, try the River View restaurant....very much a locals favorite with reasonable prices and the back deck is dog friendly and is right on the river with lots of rushing water. And get your fresh fruit and vegetables on the way to the park in the roadside stands.

New owner invested tons of blood, sweat and tears into this old RV park. Totally refreshed restrooms, laundry, office, rec room, swimming pool. Most sites are long, pull-throughs with choice of 30 or 50 amp power. Best water in the area via a Culligan purification system, and sewer hook-up. Ideal location for visits to Kaweah Lake, Sequoia National Forest, Three Rivers, Exeter, and Visalia. Lots to do on property including volleyball, horse shoes, small soccer/football field, bonfires, movies, billiards, and games in the big house. Pet friendly...nice dog park. This park also features Tiny Houses...a real tourist attraction! We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

A great staging point for the climb into the big trees of Sequoia National Forest. And if you like small towns, Exeter and Visalia are great stops.

Some rafting and fishing on the Kaweah River and Kaweah Lake just a few miles east.

Tons of fruits, nuts, and veggies available at markets along the way.

This campground really needs updating. We did have an electric issue that was addressed within an hour and fixed. There is very poor cell and Verizon internet signal. The roads are dirt as are the spots. As for the long termers most of them are off to the side of the campground and most don't have lots of junk laying around. This campground could be a very nice place with some major improvements. The couple that own it were very nice and friendly. This campground is convenient to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park and a moderate drive to Yosemite National Park. This park is quiet which is very important to us. We would stay here again if in this area. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Its a dump! RUN! There were long term people living there and broken down old RV's in several slots. There are no sewer hookups on most spots and you have to dump up by the office when you leave. The lady that answered the phone was rude, no two ways about it. The bathrooms and showers were very dirty with bugs in there everywhere and there was no hand soap and paper towels. They looked like they hadn't been touched in months. We will NOT be staying here again. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is close to Sequoia National Park and on a nice State Route. The Park is somewhat rustic; however, our space (E4) and other near us were comfortably large with partial shade for our 40 ft. MH, and level. The staff was friendly and responsive to our late evening phone call for reservations. There are some permanent residents. The pool was clean and being filled for summer. Staff seemed to be doing a lot of Spring maintenance. Verizon cell & data worked well here. We would stay here again. We camped at Lemon Cove Village RV Park in a Motorhome.
