We stayed here once before. It was certainly worth the 50% discount through Passport America. This is a nice, clean, well-run park.

My only complaint is that they still haven't fixed their wifi. I had to walk to the office from our campsite (which was within view) to connect my iPad to the network. It disconnected by the time I walked back, and while I was able to connect to the network again, it never worked. Considering that this park charges at the high end of usual rates for th area, I'm surprised that they still haven't fixed their wifi problem. It's not a luxury anymore. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Oak Ridge winery is one of our favorites. Excellent old vine zinfandel.

This was a nice resort. Although we stayed overnight, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I love the amenities. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We spent 4 nights here. It is near the freeway and there was some noise. The park is large and has a very large fenced dog run. It was clean and had nice long level concrete pads. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

You are in the Zinfandel capitol of the world here. We lived here for 3 years.
Wineries to visit: (there a many, these are our favorites)
M2
St Jorge
Lang Twins
Durst
Oak Ridge has lower prices but good everyday drinking wine.
Lucas
Even as we lived here dining is not the best in Lodi, service is also definitely lacking.
Wine and Roses (Five Star resort) food is good.
Avenue Grill is the Best breakfast in town and worth the wait. Service here is excellent!!

Though it's been awhile since we stayed at this park, things haven't changed much. It is still a very nice place to stop on our north/south travels. Level, long concrete pads are a plus, but hook-ups are located towards the very rear of the site. We have to park the dinghy in front of the coach to access them. The poor choice of groundcover between the sites is not intended to be walked on and usually looks pretty bad. With CA's drought conditions it hasn't been watered and looks even worse. This park would really sparkle if they used artificial turf. Passport America is honored at the times we usually visit. Lots of fast food choices at the truck stop complex nearby. All services a little further east in Lodi. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A good over night stopover when traveling I 5. Checkin was a breeze, friendly staff. We had a long pull through site. Easy in and out. Utilities worked fine with the exception of the wifi. I could never get connected. My T-mobile hotspot worked fine. It's a fairly new CG with no large trees so satellite reception shouldn't be an issue. We planned on staying two nights and visiting some area wineries but it was just too hot during our visit. Be aware being close to the freeway means traffic is always in the background. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I have nothing bad to say about this park. Sites are concrete paved and level. It is very clean. Traffic noise is not an issue especially because it can't be heard inside the trailer. We stayed overnight going to and coming back from the Santa Cruz-Monterey area. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Really nice RV park with paved sites, all utilities and friendly staff. We had a large site with plenty of room to sit outside. Only problem that arose was trying to find the entrance to the dog play area. My husband never did find it, but it was easy to take our pup outside of the park for a walk. I saw 2 other campers trying to get in the dog area and apparently they encountered the same problem, as they were soon walking their dogs outside the park, too. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects Passport America discount. We'll kept park, with friendly efficient check in. Long paved pull thru spaces with patio and table. Cable TV and full hookups at every site. I did not have a good WiFi experience. I will stay here again when in this area. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Diesel fuel available at the travel center across the street. Restaurants and shopping close by in Lodi.

We stayed here two days, just to break up our trip and catch up on laundry, and relax with full hookups before heading to Yosemite area.
Nice level pull through sites with concrete pads, mostly open with some small trees, but they did help with a little shade.
While we didn't use the bathrooms or showers, they were very clean. Laundry was clean and worked well, although I don't remember the cost.
Check-in was fast & easy, with friendly helpful staff. Propane is available on site.
We weren't here to tour, so can't say anything about the area, except that there are Love's & Flying J truck stops across the road for refueling. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Level, concrete sites, with picnic table. Ample space between sites. Grass strip was dead, due to CA drought conditions. No shade, trees need to develop more. No one available to purchase propane the day we stayed there. WiFi and cable TV worked OK. Swimming pool. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Plenty of gas stations and food within a block or two.

We stayed one night, the check in was quick, and the girl at the desk friendly and quick. Watch the overhang in the front of the building, it's 13'6, there is parking to the side for tall rigs. Nice place to pull off the road for a day or 2, the utilities all worked as should. The RV park is basically a parking lot with grass/dirt/plants between sites, but very ample for a one night stay. There is a swimming pool and spa to use but we did not so cannot review it. Access to the park was easy with several restaurants and gas stations within a block. Considering what California has to offer in price and facilities for bigger rigs, we found this one of our better, easier stays. Price reflects Passport America. Good for a last minute overnight stop, but call ahead if you can, it seems to fill up quickly. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Flying J and ample restaurants within a block.

The park was quite full when we arrived as the Lodi Zin Fest was in progress. We only stayed one night. This is a nicely laid out park with paved roads and spaces and a nice dog park. The sewer connections are not threaded and we smelled our neighbor's effluent all night because the hose wasn't attached well. Our biggest complaint was the non-existant wifi. The brochure claims it is available and warns that it is slow but we were unable to access it no matter what time of day or night we tried. This is one of the highest priced RV parks we've stayed in over the years so not having decent internet access was extra irritating. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Grass? What grass? Must be confusing this with a different place. So many foxtails and other weeds, burrs, ant poison, etc. I was afraid to walk my dog. Lots of microtrash. I had to clean laundry before use. As workampers since 2009, we would be fired if we let our parks go like this. Office staff was good. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Price paid includes Good Sam discount and $2.00 for our Labrador. Park is clean and neat with blacktop streets. Check-in was fast and clerk was friendly. Site is fairly level and is concrete with plenty of room for our 36' motorhome and tow. Utilities are further back on the site, but hookup was only about 25'. There are about 10' of wildflowers between sites with trees about 8' to 15' tall. Cable is available with about 30 channels. Wi-Fi is available, but as with most RV parks, is very slow. They do mention the connection could be slow in their literature, however the park was only about half full, and was still slow, so if the park is full, the connection would be horribly slow. We have a very strong signal with Verizon here, so we can use our hotspot if needed. There is a very large dog run that is fenced and is in the middle of the park. The pool is nice sized and clean. It is close to I-5, however we did not notice any road noise with the windows open and the TV on. This was just an overnight for us on our way north. We would overnight here again if we are passing through the area. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
