Park mostly pull thru sites. Large enough not to unhook. Pool and laundries grounds are clean but dirt areas need more plantings or drought resistance landscaping. Will stay again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $54.00
Way overpriced and never could even get the WiFi to work. They stick overnight people way at the back. I pointed this out to the manager and he said he was trying to get the owner to invest more in WiFi. I told him that I wouldn't be back. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We we're looking for a nice spot to overnight on our way north. Picked this campground because of the long pull-throughs so we wouldn't have to unhook our tow vehicle. As we pulled in every looked top notch. After checking in and driving to the site every thing changed. A lot of the sites we're overgrown and looked in dire need. The sites had the hookups way too far towards the back to be able to use the hookups properly. I barely reached with 30' of sewer hose.
This place just isn't worth anywhere near the money they charge. If it rained we would have had to walk in the dirt to get around our coach, as the concrete pads are completely covered when the slides are out. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at this park several times in the past. After our first stay in 2010, shortly after it opened, I posted a review that was not favorable. The pull-through spots were too narrow and you had to step in mud to navigate around the site. That problem has been fixed and the spots have been widened. The Wi-Fi was horrible, but we gave the park one more try several years ago because the place is close to family in Stockton. The Wi-Fi was acceptable then and the spots were wider so we were happy with our stay. We are back again in 2015 and they have "upgraded" their Wi-Fi. It does not work at all now. I am sitting in their lounge to write this. Very frustrating. Especially since we are shopping for real estate while here. The office staff were friendly, but not helpful when informed of the problem. If you need Internet - get a spot near the office at the front.
There also seems to be a lack of maintenance of the grounds. Weeds are all over coming up through cracks.
All in all a very disappointing stay. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall a great park. We needed an overnight stay location while traveling on I-5 and this is a great spot. Good fuel and food options close by. Park is paved with concrete pads. A bit weedy in most sites, but a nice facility. My only gripe was the false advertising. When we called to reserve, they said the internet was free but not all that great. Said the same thing when we checked in. But that was an out and out lie.....the internet was great! The park was crowded while we were there with a pack of Good Sammers and still the wifi had good response time. Not sure about watching videos on it, but overall web browsing was superb. Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $22.00
This is a well run park with a friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Not far off the I-5, but it was enough to mitigate the traffic noise. The only negative was the lack of either good grass or more clean gravel at sites. We shall return. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
The area has many wineries and the park staff are able to provide good information in this regard. Good shopping, Costco etc, in Lodi and you can avoid going into larger cities for groceries.
Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $27.00
Stopped by on the way south. Price reflects Good Sam discount. Nice clean place. Wide grassy spots. Very level lots. We will stay here again for sure. Not really a "Resort", but a VERY nice RV park. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a very nice, newer park. Very well maintained. Nice level paved pull throughs. Convenient to stores and gas stations. Easy freeway access. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $54.00
Park was easy on and off of I-5. Long pull through sites and very level; wouldn't have needed to unhook except it was easier to fuel up nearby. Grass strip between sites with trees that will be pretty when leafed out. Verizon signal at 4 bars. Not necessarily a destination park but there does appear to be a number of touristy things to do within the area. We would stop here again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Jelly Belly Factory tours at Fairfield about 40 miles away. Brochure mentions other activities in the area. In the future, I will plan to take a little more time here to check some of those things out.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we would extend our stay. Short walk to gas stations and fast food. Good space between rigs. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $38.00
We stayed here for 4 days returning from a 3 month trip. It is close to home and we were preparing our 40 ft 5th wheel for storage. The sites are paved. The landscaping leaves much to be desired. Even in a drought, it could be weeded and groomed to look better. They do pick up your garbage. Standard rate is $54/night which is way overpriced. They must know this because they offered us a special which was appreciated. The WiFi was weak. We did not use the cable. Would be a good location to explore the wineries and other attractions in the area. It is 5 miles away from Lodi which is a very charming town. Lots of noise from I5, but easy on and off. We would stay here again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $50.00
Bad check-ins, site was dirty, and the hookups are at the back which works for trailers but not for motor homes with toads. My 50amp cord fully extended barely reached the box. We understand with the drought that the landscape has suffered but this park is just poorly run. With a little love this park could be nice. This is not a resort but just an overpriced place to spend the night. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $27.00
This is a nice clean park, friendly office staff. Passport America rate. The standard $54 is overpriced. The pull-throughs are narrow. Because of the drought the grass is all dying. It was great for overnight. We didn't need to unhook tow vehicle. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $50.00
The only reason this doesn't get a 10 is because of the drought. Due to the horrible drought in California they are changing from grass to ground cover on the lots. The ground cover has not had a chance to grow in completely yet, so it is a little sparse. The other aspects of the park are great. Nice long, level, concrete sites with good 50 amps. Wide driveways for easy access. We did not use the pool or other facilities. It is a great location for visiting the Lodi wineries. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $50.00
Large clean park right off freeway with few trees on a hot day. The last two times we've stayed here, the Wi-Fi has not worked. We did not check out the bathrooms or showers. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
