Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we would extend our stay. Short walk to gas stations and fast food. Good space between rigs. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We stayed here for 4 days returning from a 3 month trip. It is close to home and we were preparing our 40 ft 5th wheel for storage. The sites are paved. The landscaping leaves much to be desired. Even in a drought, it could be weeded and groomed to look better. They do pick up your garbage. Standard rate is $54/night which is way overpriced. They must know this because they offered us a special which was appreciated. The WiFi was weak. We did not use the cable. Would be a good location to explore the wineries and other attractions in the area. It is 5 miles away from Lodi which is a very charming town. Lots of noise from I5, but easy on and off. We would stay here again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Bad check-ins, site was dirty, and the hookups are at the back which works for trailers but not for motor homes with toads. My 50amp cord fully extended barely reached the box. We understand with the drought that the landscape has suffered but this park is just poorly run. With a little love this park could be nice. This is not a resort but just an overpriced place to spend the night. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

The only reason this doesn't get a 10 is because of the drought. Due to the horrible drought in California they are changing from grass to ground cover on the lots. The ground cover has not had a chance to grow in completely yet, so it is a little sparse. The other aspects of the park are great. Nice long, level, concrete sites with good 50 amps. Wide driveways for easy access. We did not use the pool or other facilities. It is a great location for visiting the Lodi wineries. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $27.00
This is a nice clean park, friendly office staff. Passport America rate. The standard $54 is overpriced. The pull-throughs are narrow. Because of the drought the grass is all dying. It was great for overnight. We didn't need to unhook tow vehicle. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $50.00
Large clean park right off freeway with few trees on a hot day. The last two times we've stayed here, the Wi-Fi has not worked. We did not check out the bathrooms or showers. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $50.00
We stayed here on a whim, for a tournament for my son's Allstar team. It is basically a parking lot. Paved sites, and very easy to pull thru. "Grass" areas are low maintenance for them, but not for dogs. They are these sharp bushed flowers, that dogs can't walk on. There is a "dog area", which is a football field size water basin, that they maintain, mow. If you have a big dog, it can run for days... it's all fenced. The pool was awesome, the park is clean. It's a quick stop for people that want to go gamble, at local casino, but not a kid friendly park, besides the pool. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Nice, clean park with level concrete pads. Great laundry facilities (you buy washes and dries from the front office on a card - no quarters!). Nicely maintained outdoor pool surrounded by honeysuckle vines. Not much shade at all, but we experienced a great amount of breeze while we were there so we didn't need AC in the middle of July. Paid half price on Passport America ($27) and it was a great value. Walking distance to convenience store, fast-food, etc. There is also a truck wash nearby with very reasonable rates that did a great job of cleaning off the road grime from our rig. The rate is Passport America. The shade is provided by young trees at this time. Office check-in was very nice and helpful. All sites and roads are paved and level. Water pressure is very good, as well as electric. Showers and toilets are tiled. Showers are private stalls with solid doors. The park is convenient to I-5 and easy on and off. Wi-Fi was good to the site. We would stay here again if in the area. I did not see phone hookups. CATV was good. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Good campground to overnight. There is a Flying J and a couple of fast food joints at the same exit. Lots of pull-through sites. A very clean park, easy in and out from the freeway. Verizon cell service excellent; Wi-Fi okay. The only reason I didn't give it a ten is that there was no shade. There are trees at each site but they are pretty small yet. They have Schwanns ice cream in the office, which was a great plus. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Price reflects Passport America. Great area to visit and stay for awhile. Free newspaper and coffee every morning! I gave it a 9 only because they need to weed their gardens at each site, otherwise it would have a 10. Also, check in staff could give out a smile now and then. This was a very nice RV Park for a short stay to visit friends who live in Lodi. The sites have long pull-thrus, We could have left the car hooked to our 42’ coach with no problem. Wide enough for all slide-outs. Excellent cable and pretty good WiFi (as previously mentioned it can get a bit slow in the evening). Staff is friendly and helpful. Propane on site. Access is just off I-5, north of Stockton, at Hwy-12. Full service travel stops all around and any kind of shopping you need in Lodi about 5 miles way. They had a special going on, pay for 2 nights and get one free. Stayed for 6 nights @ $36 a night. We will stay here again. As a previous reviewer noted, if you take away the pool, the nicely laid out park with long level concrete pull through spaces, the WiFi and cable, wide paved streets in a clean, well maintained park, conveniently located to the interstate, services, shopping and etc., you might just as well dry camp at Walmart. That’s not how we roll! We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $40.00
Very pet friendly. Wonderful, huge pet play area. Staff is very nice. This was our "maiden voyage" and they were very welcoming. Only reason this is not a ten is because we prefer more trees/shade but this is not a fault of the park. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo
Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $48.00
This park is a very nice park for what it is. It is clean and well laid out. What we didn't care for about it is that, if you take away the cable TV and the full hookups, it just felt like a big parking lot. There are trees and it is nice and clean but other than that we could has saved the money and stayed at Walmart. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $27.00
The rate is Passport America. Other comments about the sites apply. The WIFI was poor. This is a good park to stay in as there are very limited choices for nice parks in this area of California. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
