Nice access to the RV spaces, concrete pads, but nothing else. Dirt on each side of the concrete with very small trees. The sewer connection was too far away to hook up when you have a tow car attached to your RV. Good place to pull into at night while traveling along I-5, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a night. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice park with pool. If you have to stop near Lodi, this is a nice little park. Nothing too fancy, but meets the bill. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park "looks" great until you park your rig. The utilities are at the back of the site which means if you are a motorhome and want to stay hooked up to your tow car the utilities are a long way away. We did not attempt to hook up our sewer the rig next door used 3 hoses and barely reached it. The water and electric lines where maxed out, for them to be useable had to have the car slightly on street. Our site was dirty (could have been the hard blowing wind) the area between sites is just ugly dirt. The park has no charm and is not user friendly. Unfortunately there are not many choices in the area. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We've stayed here several times usually on our way to another destination. The park is very clean, pretty level concrete slabs and are clean. There is a dog park, laundry and a pool, although we didn't use either. I'd stay here again and again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Second time here. Medium sized park with just enough room to get our 34 foot fifth wheel in and park the truck across the front. Pull thrus are all concrete with good utilities. The cable was too weak for us but the local channels come in strong over the air and sat works well. The pool and hot tub are good and clean. Over Fourth of July wasn't overly crowded. Very friendly staff. Great Verizon signal. Only used WiFi in early AM because it got slow when everyone woke up. Don't stay in the N section, noises road area. A,B,C are the best. Luv the park and luv the area. We did multi weeks so little bit of a discount. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lodi is the wine growing capital for California. Fruit and veg during the summer is amazing. Many, many friendly boutique wine makers will poor you a glass at a reasonable tasting fee, waved if you buy a bottle. Thursday night farmers market all summer. Every big city convenience. Park right off highway 5. Not a bad drive or train ride to San Francisco.

We have stayed here 3 other times. It is only an overnight stay as we head north from the Central Coast. We drive a 40' coach and pull a full size p/u. We always get a pull thru site so we don't have to unhook. Whoever designed the sites placed the utilities too far back to able to hookup. So yes they are pull thru sites, but no, it is not full hookups. The landscaping around the concrete pads is mostly dead and not kept. The park overall is clean and the personnel friendly. Just don't get a pull-thru and expect to use the utilities. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Called in advance for spot, out of the ordinary that they did not ask for a CC, so were leery if spot would be available after hours. But there it was as promised. Narrow site, had to walk in the dirt to get around unit. Nice patio and table, though too hot to enjoy. Bit of shade on the trailer. Though three blocks from freeway no road noise. Hard to find following GS directory's directions. I would call to ask how to get there. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Even though there are full timers in the park, things seem to be kept up very well. I enjoy the nice showers, bathroom and pool area. the place is quiet and the service is very fast at the counter. We found the place very pleasant. We do notice more and more permanents in RV parks due to the lack of reasonable housing available to our service workers... We've stayed at this park many times while visiting the area and they've done a good job keeping it up in the two years since our last visit. One great addition was the option to buy high speed wifi at a reasonable weekly rate. The free wifi was good for basic stuff but we were able to stream shows every night and it worked perfectly. Tips for other Campers:

Wineries surrround the area now and it's a short drive to the Sierra's and the big trees. Less than an hour from Sacramento and the nicest park in the area.

Our rate is based on 2 nights with Passport America and 2 nights with Good Sam discounts. This park was really nice. It was very easy to get to off of Hwy 99, but still quiet. Staff was friendly. Washers were $1.25 and dryers were $1.00. You get a card from the office and put your desired amount on it. When you turn it back in, you get the remaining value and your deposit back. We would stay here again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Check out the Michael David winery just down the road. The grounds are beautiful, and the tasting is free if you buy a bottle of wine. They make the Seven Deadly Zins and Freakshow reds. Nice place to spend some time outside. They also have a little cafe. The tour of the capitol in Sacramento was very good, and the grounds were beautiful.

We've stayed here other times but something has changed. This is not a resort anymore in any way. It is now filled with about 75 per cent long term campers and they have really trashed the place out. A previous reviewer who stated that this was a neat and clean place obviously didn't go for a walk around the place. Apparently their yard maintenance program is - if it's green spray vegetation killer on it and leave it there after it dies. Nothing is watered. Water is rock hard, utilities are getting pretty rough, WiFi was non existent, traffic noise was bad for some reason. I think I gave this a 5 star a few years ago. It's always a shame when the management lets the long term residents just take over these once nice places and ruin it. We won't be stopping here anymore. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed there every year, coming and going to and from Mesa where we winter. The only time I missed was when I forgot to reserve a spot. It is easy in and easy out with good access to the I-5. Usually fuel up near at Flying J or Loves at the same exit. Good solid resort and we will continue as before. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Another one-night stay on our way to back to the NW from a winter in Arizona. Park was full of other "winter visitors" on their way home. Nice, clean park with concrete pads at every site, and asphalt interior roads (easy for big rigs to navigate). Lots of pull-thru sites and more than a few back-ins. Would recommend making reservations if you plan on traveling through the area during the annual fall and spring migration of winter visitors. Sites are spacious enough that you don't feel cramped or crowded. Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly, personable front desk lady. Less than a mile away from I-5 with easy access to and from the park. Several fueling options close by, along with several fast food places. Really a nice park and we'd stay there again.
