Access from the Freeway is good. Check in was quick and easy. Parameter roads are asphalt and easy to maneuver. Sites Concrete and are spaced quite close but acceptable. The services worked as expected but were to the very rear of our pull thru. Internet was a pain to log onto and only worked fair. There was good Cable (swithout the box). We were just over nighting thus didn't want to disconnect the towed. Had we connected to the sewer we would have needed extra lengths of hose. It doesn't appear that the landscaping has been completed. There are a lot of spaces between sites that are just clay. Some have been filled with gravel and a few have plants but most have nothing. The Dog Run is multi purpose. They are making use of a rain catch basin. It is large and well fenced but when we were there it was muddy so not so nice. There is a pool and hot tub on site. We did not use them. We did use the Laundry Room (it was clean as were the machines). You do not use coins. You purchase a card from the office. The cost was reasonable. I would not class this park as a resort. There is really nothing here except the pool. It is a good over nighter. It appears there are a number of permanents here. Only a few were really noticeable (Toys, Fridge etc outside). This is not a trashy place though. There are no food services within easy walking distance but there are some chain fast food joints nearby. We paid $54.90 inc tax with a GS discount and still feel we paid too much. We most likely will not return. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Not the friendliest reception from the young lady at the desk. Generally very clean facilities. Pull through sites not long enough for 36' motorhome and towed vehicle. Dirt in between sites turns to mud in any rain or irrigation. There is a gap (more muddy dirt) between sewer pad and RV pad which means sewer hose will not be sloped to the drain without a helluva lot of McGyver'ing. Some trees between sites prevent awning deployment but may provide some shade. Some trees need pruning badly. Brochure says trash pickup at site by 10am, but during our stay it was never picked up before 2pm. No playground for kids or anything for kids, even in town. Great place to get propane due to how they situated the tank and pull-in area. Superb Flying-J (RV gas lanes and parking) and Blue Beacon Truck Wash just across the highway. They are very recycling-aware and have just completed a ton of solar array installations, in case that's a negative or positive to you. Ironically, I saw MANY water hose faucets leaking badly (from the faucets, not the RV connections) in this 'water-conscious' State. Wooden picnic table was decrepit, more of what you find in California state parks, not in RV resorts. This park probably gets a high rating because there are few other options and those are really horrible. Would stay here again, but wouldn't tell folks I stayed at a 'resort'. Plenty of amenities in town. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nce park while traveling up and down the I-5. Flat spaces, long enough to leave our towed connected. Half the park are full-timers and not all keep their area cleaned up, very unsightly. I will stay here again, for one night. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park is right off of I5 and nearby truck stops are in operation 24 hours a day. A little noisy on the west side of the park. Park was easy to navigate. I was surprised to see the check in for the office directed you under a porch with a 13'6" clearance. There was only a small sign up high. I saw more than one A/C duct take some punishment as it went under. There is an uncovered driveway you can take if you think fast. The sites were wide enough but not long enough for a 40' trailer and a PU. Sites did not have any grass but lots of dirt that they watered frequently to make mud. Concrete pad was not wide enough for a 5th wheel with slides on both sides and many sites had concrete pavers that previous campers put down to navigate around. There were 3 laundry rooms all clean and fairly priced. You had to use a prepaid card they set up for you. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lodi is a great town with lots to do. The first A&W was there too. Good food and shopping. It is a bit of a drive but San Francisco is accessible from here. Sacramento and Napa too. Another place not to miss is the Budweiser brewery tour in Fairfield.

Clean level paved park making it a good stopping point heading North and close enough to be a good base for Lodi and Sacramento. The office closes early, but there is truck stop parking nearby and major shopping only a few miles east on highway 12. Lovely pool, everything is very clean, sites are large and access is easy. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very level concrete pads with plenty of room and trees. Utilities a little too far to rear so had to unhook and park in front. Between pads was just a dirt so if there was rain it would be a mess? Or if water runs for some reason. Issues with their wifi - possibly a new system. Did not work the whole time we were there. Asked and they gave us the blurb about our connection. After the 6th day I asked again and they said they had been waiting for a part for 6 days. I'm sure they will get it fixed at some point. Verizon service was good. A tree spray company came to the site and told us to close our windows so they could spray. I asked them to come back after we left in an hour or so and finally let them spray. Of course I could feel spray speckles on the side of the RV and had to clean it. They should figure it out and spray between visitors. Don't feel I should not have to wash my RV because they have to maintain the property. Would still come back and would recommend this park. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Facility and staff were great. There is a large lot directly across the street from our site (E2) used by semis from the, very, nearby I-5. It was like being parked at a truck stop, with reefers and generators running all. night. long. We've been at least part-timing for the past 6 years and have never had an issue with noise before. There may be quieter parts of this park, but this corner on the street sucks. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park for a wine tasting stay or for just a night. Paved sites with trees, they have tried to plant ground cover in the areas next to site without too much success; not sure why. Very Clean. Office staff very nice. Utilities are a little bit too far to rear, so we had to unhook and park car in front of MH; but both fit. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed here overnight from advise from a fellow RVing friend. I wasn't disappointed at all. Very friendly staff at the desk that got us checked in. Nice little store with some RV items also. Clean & quite park with large pull through sites. I recommend this park! We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

These pull thrus are long enough but you must unhook your tow and drive it around to the front of the site. Sewer connections was in the rear of the site. Staff gave great recommendations for eating. Access in and out is a breeze. All in all, good campground but not sure I would pay regular fare. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is all about what have we done you you lately. And not in a good way. While the park is nice and the sites generous, the amenities, per management, are free to use, not included in the rental fee. So if the WiFi is unusable, so what? It was free to campers and you didn't have to pay for it. What the hell kind of logic is that? Of course its not free - campers pay for any and all amenities every night. So for management to cope out on its lousy WiFi with 'You didn't pay for it' responses, this RV park gets a fat, well-deserved 0 out of ten. Go somewhere, anyplace else but not Flag City if you want to get what they advertise. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very convenient to I-5. Had reservations, and check-in was a breeze. Nicely paved streets and sites. Lots of room to maneuver a big rig. Good hook-ups. Didn't use cable, WiFi, pool, or bathrooms so no comment on those. Good satellite reception. Close to wineries and vineyards and a wonderful little cafe at the Michael David Winery. Area known for Zinfandel wines which must be enjoyed! Perfect place to stay if you're traveling up the 5. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We went to this RV park many years ago when the parking pads were very narrow and you stepped out of your coach into the mud. They have widened each space by about 3-4 feet of concrete and it is a breeze to pull in. The facilities are spotless and beautiful. The laundry is by "card" but is very cheap and they don't charge you for the money remaining on the card. There is a small store at the reception desk. The staff was friendly. We were there in extreme heat and everything worked fine. We will return. The large dog park is being worked on so was a little sketchy this time. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We had a terrible experience at Flag City. Two days into our two-week stay a construction project started behind our rig. The next morning at 8:15 there was drilling, and forklift loading and dumping that we woke up to. The management was unwilling to move us to a spot away from construction even though the park was only half full. I asked for a refund, which they begrudgingly granted, but instead of prorating the weekly rate, they charged us the more expensive nightly right. When I questioned this, I was told by the manager that the owner did not want to refund us at all. What bothered me most was not the construction, but the complete lack of customer service. It felt like I was bothering them by complaining. I asked to have the owner call me, but he never did. Even though I disagree with them overcharging us, I will not waste my time dealing with them further. What started as a bad experience, we were able to enjoy, because we made use of our Harvest Hosts membership for the week, and got to enjoy the welcoming hospitality of area vineyards. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
