Another one-night stay on our way to back to the NW from a winter in Arizona. Park was full of other "winter visitors" on their way home. Nice, clean park with concrete pads at every site, and asphalt interior roads (easy for big rigs to navigate). Lots of pull-thru sites and more than a few back-ins. Would recommend making reservations if you plan on traveling through the area during the annual fall and spring migration of winter visitors. Sites are spacious enough that you don't feel cramped or crowded. Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly, personable front desk lady. Less than a mile away from I-5 with easy access to and from the park. Several fueling options close by, along with several fast food places. Really a nice park and we'd stay there again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed there every year, coming and going to and from Mesa where we winter. The only time I missed was when I forgot to reserve a spot. It is easy in and easy out with good access to the I-5. Usually fuel up near at Flying J or Loves at the same exit. Good solid resort and we will continue as before. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overnight stay on our trip back to AZ from OR. Our first night in our new RV. Park was very nice and well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpful. Main reason for stop was rest for long drive. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed 2 nights using our Passport America and this is great value! Almost all are pull-thru sites which were long enough for our MH and toad. Sites and all park is very clean including the flower beds. Good retail shopping and restaurants 5 miles away in Lodi. 25 minute dri.e to Old Sacramento which is well worth the drive as there are many museums and parks all along the river. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is very clean, full hook-ups with 30/50 amp paved sites long enough for 40' MH with toad. Staff very helpful. We were also able to get a satellite-friendly site. Fairly new campground. We would definitely stay there again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stay here fairly regularly for quick getaways and to test or organize our RV systems. Great location right on Hwy 12 just off I-5 and close to Hwy 99 a few miles from Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, many restaurants and wineries and downtown area. Within a mile: Blue Beacon Truck Wash, Profleet Truck Lube and Tire, Chevron, Shell, Starbucks, Flying J, Love's, Carl's Jr, McDonald's, Arby's, Denny's, Burger King. We had an issue with our motorhome requiring a technician so we called one which was advertised in the RV park brochure/map. They fitted us in and provided excellent service. Highly recommended. Great: Power, Water, Sewer, Cable TV, Restrooms, Laundry, Propane Station, Off Leash Dog Park, Area Cleanliness Good: Reception/Hosts, 'Store', Area/Traffic Noise (considering closeness to highways), Garbage Collection, Size Of Sites Poor: Dirt between sites constantly muddy with little grass or planting, Trees between sites can interfere with satellite and/or awnings, picnic table in pretty bad shape. The RV resort now has WiFi repeaters throughout the park and provides upgrade options for faster speeds. We did some speed tests on our iPads comparing our Verizon MiFi Jetpack, the RV parks complimentary free service and the new higher speed service....We were in site E31, right between two repeaters.....your mileage may vary. Tips for other Campers:

Don't miss Michael David Winery about a couple miles from the RV park. Excellent wines for tasting ($5 For 5 wines, refunded if you buy a bottle), small but awesome selection of fresh fruit/vegetables, fresh made pies, local olive oils and condiments and a really good little cafe' (burgers, sandwiches, sides, salads)

This is a nice, clean park and convenient to I-5 and CA-99. It feels new. Restaurants and fuel are at the intersection. Other services are nearby. It was expensive. We don't normally pay nearly $60 (after a discount) for an overnight stop. Loops are asphalt. Sites are concrete. They are close but have a nice 10' garden area between sites that contains a couple small trees and perennial flowers. Showers are in stalls with a separate area for showering and drying. There's a soap dish and corner tray. There is a sitting bench in the drying area. It's not possible to adjust the direction or volume of the water flow. It came out very hard and fast. We would stay here again but would look first for other places in a lower price range. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is neat, clean and has level sites. You can hear a bit of road noise, but it wasn't an issue with us. The Wifi is tricky. They say that you can only have one user per site for free. So I typed in an empty site number and was able to web surf while my SO did the same on our site number free access. This being said, the wifi was slow, but sufficient for our overnight needs. Cable TV worked fine. Lock things away since there are homeless fellas across the street near the intersection. Also, the side spaces between sites are pure mud. They need to use gravel in them to stop our dogs from tracking mud everywhere. We will return on our way through California next time. Its a good stopping point. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Absolutely perfect for a one nighter. Surprisingly quiet A little pricey for winter mid week but I enjoyed the long hot shower in the nice clean bathroom so can't complain. We didn't hook up the sewer because it was a round about way to hook up so just dumped the following morning. If we would have been staying longer we could have hooked up just more trouble than usual. Walked to various stores and gassed up at Costco nearby. We had no reservations but check in quick and easy. Nice club house, shop, pool and spa. I do not believe they have a playground but is a true RV resort and we felt safe walking around the area. You get a card in the office to do laundry. There are never enough quarters in the world so this is far more user friendly. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice RV park. The spaces are large, lots of room for big rigs. Grass nice, road all paved, as were the spots. The seemed to have a lot of nice facilities, but we didn't use any of them as we were just passing though. Pull-through spots were great. If we had more time, I am sure we would have enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Access from the Freeway is good. Check in was quick and easy. Parameter roads are asphalt and easy to maneuver. Sites Concrete and are spaced quite close but acceptable. The services worked as expected but were to the very rear of our pull thru. Internet was a pain to log onto and only worked fair. There was good Cable (swithout the box). We were just over nighting thus didn't want to disconnect the towed. Had we connected to the sewer we would have needed extra lengths of hose. It doesn't appear that the landscaping has been completed. There are a lot of spaces between sites that are just clay. Some have been filled with gravel and a few have plants but most have nothing. The Dog Run is multi purpose. They are making use of a rain catch basin. It is large and well fenced but when we were there it was muddy so not so nice. There is a pool and hot tub on site. We did not use them. We did use the Laundry Room (it was clean as were the machines). You do not use coins. You purchase a card from the office. The cost was reasonable. I would not class this park as a resort. There is really nothing here except the pool. It is a good over nighter. It appears there are a number of permanents here. Only a few were really noticeable (Toys, Fridge etc outside). This is not a trashy place though. There are no food services within easy walking distance but there are some chain fast food joints nearby. We paid $54.90 inc tax with a GS discount and still feel we paid too much. We most likely will not return. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good place for a overnighter on the 5. Lot's of fuel and food close by. Level pull thru. Plenty of power & cable. Sites are close together, couldn't open the awning... But when you need to rest, this a great value. Fair amount of liveaboards but the sites were kept clean, We would stay again. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Not the friendliest reception from the young lady at the desk. Generally very clean facilities. Pull through sites not long enough for 36' motorhome and towed vehicle. Dirt in between sites turns to mud in any rain or irrigation. There is a gap (more muddy dirt) between sewer pad and RV pad which means sewer hose will not be sloped to the drain without a helluva lot of McGyver'ing. Some trees between sites prevent awning deployment but may provide some shade. Some trees need pruning badly. Brochure says trash pickup at site by 10am, but during our stay it was never picked up before 2pm. No playground for kids or anything for kids, even in town. Great place to get propane due to how they situated the tank and pull-in area. Superb Flying-J (RV gas lanes and parking) and Blue Beacon Truck Wash just across the highway. They are very recycling-aware and have just completed a ton of solar array installations, in case that's a negative or positive to you. Ironically, I saw MANY water hose faucets leaking badly (from the faucets, not the RV connections) in this 'water-conscious' State. Wooden picnic table was decrepit, more of what you find in California state parks, not in RV resorts. This park probably gets a high rating because there are few other options and those are really horrible. Would stay here again, but wouldn't tell folks I stayed at a 'resort'. Plenty of amenities in town. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nce park while traveling up and down the I-5. Flat spaces, long enough to leave our towed connected. Half the park are full-timers and not all keep their area cleaned up, very unsightly. I will stay here again, for one night. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
