This is a beautiful park, well landscaped and clean with great views of the Mt. Whitney area of the Sierra Nevada. My only complaint, and its a big one, is that the sites are very narrow. We could barely maneuver outside of our door. We were constantly tripping over the tree, the picnic table our our neighbors hook ups. The sites are narrow and although the campground was 1/2 empty, almost all of the rigs there were stacked together instead of spreading them out to allow everyone more room. If I were to stay here again I would insist on a site with more room. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Too pricy for what you get--just a parking spot! "Heated" pool was too cold to swim in. WI-FI was lousy! Cable TV connection did not work! Couldn't wait to get out of this place! We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Tent Trailer.

An Okay park for overnight or a couple of nights. Spaces are adequate to completely extend the slides and to put out the main awning. Wi-Fiwas marginal. Free for 24 hours but the connection was weak where we stayed. Big rig accessible, no problem there. 1/2 the park is paved. The other is mostly gravel and a lot of dirt. Happens to be a perfect distance to stop overnight between Reno and Palm Springs so we will continue to stay here on our way up and down. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects a 10% AAA discount. Lone Pine is an interesting place to explore, and this RV park served its purpose for a few nights. The area can be windy and dusty, but the views are beautiful. The park could use more shade trees. We were there the same weekend as a large group of dune buggy enthusiasts, so it was a bit noisy. We had an easily accessible, pull-through site. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our third stay here and they just now contested the validity of our AAA membership. One of the stays was just last week on the way to Mammoth. I understand that the savings by using the AAA membership is only $4, but that is why I pay for a membership. The cards that we have on us are expired (the new ones are at home, we just received them before we left), and the lady at the counter said that she couldn't accept our expired card. Understood, however, just a week ago nothing was said about the validity of our memberships. Nice place to stay and use their Wi-Fi, cable TV, showers and pool, but don't forget your VALID AAA CARD!!! We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Lots of dirt and dust, okay for an overnight. No Wi-Fi unless you pay. It works for overnight. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good for a stop but I would bypass in the future and if going NB stop up the line a bit to a cheaper place for the same quality. This CG is all dirt spots and when we were there the wind was blowing and it was a real mess. Staff friendly enough. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is our second stay here; we liked it better the last time. The trees, such as they are, have grown so that they make getting into and out of some sites difficult. The tree next to our site was staked and held upright with a rope but still managed to lean more while we were there so that we probably wouldn't have been able to get in a day later. There is no grass, it's all very dusty. There are two sections and the older one (nearer the highway) is much more crowded. But the people are still friendly and the electric and water pressure are strong. It's OK but I wouldn't want to be here for a long stay. On the other hand there's not much else in the area. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Not impressed by this park. Our site was not very well shaded, rather dusty and had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. The dog walk area (although large and doggy bags were available) was covered in dog waste. Road noise from adjacent Highway 395 was very disturbing at night. We would not stay here again. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Fine for a overnight stay. Very dusty, clouds of it when ever anyone drove by even slowly. Restrooms were old and tired but clean. Interesting things to do in the area. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
