As a member; daily rate N/A. Nice & Clean Park. Great Security for all. Areas are sectional for 30A/50A. The 50A lots are either a) partial asphalt/ sandy/sunny or b) concrete, private and shady in rear of lot. If you are fortunate to obtain a rear lot..... peaceful & quiet. No wifi/no cable. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We found TT Palm Springs to be a great park! We wished we could have stayed longer. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Laundry room were clean, well lit and at a great price too. Showers and washrooms by the laundry in our section were spotless. We enjoyed the pool and spa after our days exploring Joshua Tree NP. Overall, this is our favorite TT so far! :-) Only issue about our site 402 was the sewer connection. With an above ground level sewer cap, we were unable to use our sewer since our line was running slightly uphill. We would have changed site if we had stayed longer, but we were fine for our 4-night stay. We would come back to this TT! We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We spent two weeks here and truly loved it. While the campsites are not spacious, we had plenty of room for our rig. We had a picnic table and an asphalt patio. The site was level, neighbors were friendly and quiet, and we had full hook-ups. Verizon signal was strong. The campground is located right beside interstate 10. At the front of the park, there is road noise. We stuck to the back section and found it to be very peaceful. The entire park is nestled into a grove of palm trees. There are organized activities, but we didn't participate in them. We did enjoy the Palm Springs area very much. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is well maintained staff helpful and actives range from pickleball to water volleyball. You are surrounded by a number of events and plenty of shopping opportunities. If it's strictly camping your looking for this is probably not your 1st option but the park can give you the a bit of the outdoor feel. On the bad side has quite a bit of road noise from the freeway and if possible get a site towards the rear of the park. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Arrive early to get the best site. The city of Palm Springs is quite a long drive but there are several nearby cities with full tourist facilities.

Nice smaller 55+ park. Paved roads and concrete pads. Sites can be a but tight. No one was on either side of us our entire visit so we parked our car in the next site. Two pools. not much for activities. Right in Cathedral City so you are close to everything. Lots to do in the Palm Springs area. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Thousand trails Rv resort Palm Springs in palm desert.

This is one of our favorite parks.

It's close to everything. And big enough to give the dogs a good walk around the park. They do have a "small dog" park on the property. It would be nice if it was bigger with a double gate.

The swimming pool area has really nice cabanas.

Bathrooms and laundry rooms are clean, I can't remember the exact cost for laundry, I think it was 1.50 for wash and 1.25 to dry. The park has a nice big activity center and a book trade one for one room. Nice staff and campers. The speed limit is 5 mph, the streets are paved, the camp sites are gravel/sand. The park is full of Palm trees and they have some citrus trees.

It is a very popular park during the winter, the weather is beautiful except for the sand storms that pop up sometimes. Rv'ers go there from all over every year.

This park has it all! But most of all they welcome "everyone" and they are very pet friendly, welcoming all dogs, large and small. Which in my book shows a warm and caring staff and company.

And no I'm not an employee of the park or thousand trails. We have a zone pass membership. And may join the full membership later.

Thank you thousand trails for giving so much happiness to all. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The staff & campers are friendly. The sites are tight and some are filled with burrs. (watch out doggies) On Saturday, we spent most of the day at Joshua Tree National Park. This campground is a good base camp for exploring the area. The freeway is close to the campground. Also, I heard a train going by during the day & at night. Watch for wind alerts when driving to Palm Springs. I enjoyed so many things about this resort. I like talking with the staff and other campers.I had a good laugh seeing a public pay phone in the pool area. I enjoyed walking the perimeter of the park. Swimming in the pool & hanging out in the spa with the friendly campers. Its very calming to look at all the palm trees in the park. Overall, I would like to come back here and city campground. We come here 2-4 times each winter for a couple weeks at a time. 50 amp side seems to be pretty solid for power, then again it is pretty full during Dec-Feb when air isn't needed much. Once the temps start climbing the place empties out a lot. Limited shade from Palms but they do help. If park is more empty than full and winds come the sand will be an issue. Park is close to everything, including freeway! Rate reflects member. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed two weeks and gradually got used to the park being smack dab on I-10, surrounded on three sides by commercial establishments, close to the train track, and located in a legally farmed date palm orchard, with tight sites and periodic dust storms. The staff was super friendly, as were most of the campers we met while out walking. The facilities were some of the best for TT parks. Great library and lots of activities. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would have stayed longer except for the use restriction during peak season. Here's a tip: If you don't absolutely have to have 50 amp, find a site on the 30 amp side. All roomy pull-throughs instead of tight back-ins. This is one of the nicest TT parks where we have stayed. I gave it a 9, only because we could not get our 40 ft motor home into the 50 amp sites due to the palm trees. We tried two sites, then gave up and went to a 30 amp pull through, which was a nice site. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this park in the future. The Rangers were very nice and extremely helpful. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I had forgotten how much fun it is to not panic at the appearance of the "coziness" of this park! But, despite the thousand palm trees (one of two between each site) - and thus the name of this Palm Spring "suburb" - it really is OK to get around; even in a 38 foot, 5th-wheel and long-bed truck. The rate indicates we are TT members. This is a busy place in November after the snow-birds arrive, but pleasant. Bathrooms 7 of 10. Verizon 3 bars of 5. TTN Palm Springs is handy to the freeway, and there is a combination of drive-through and back-in sites. The Preserve has Date Palms growing all over the site, and they do sell dates at the Ranger Station. There are 2 Pickle ball courts and the staff is friendly and helpful. The sites are all grass or sand but the roads are paved, with paved patios on some sites. Golf is available here with variety and good pricing, a little research will lead you to a good round of golf. This Preserve is handy to many different points of interest: Salton Sea and Joshua Tree NP, for instance. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A "membership park" that reflects the standard expected of 1000 Trails preserves. The magnificent date palm trees make maneuvering big rigs a bit difficult but it is an excellent park. Very friendly and courteous staff. Walking distance to groceries and drugstore. Lots to see and do in the vicinity. We camped at Thousand Trails - Palm Springs RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our favorite winter park. Everyone is super friendly. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. As mentioned, some sites are tight but most are not. There are many pull through sites that are very easy to pull into. The weekend breakfasts are great. The location is fabulous. What else can I say? We love it.
