I felt it was necessary to re-review this park because it had changed so much. When we left in December 2014 it had changed. When we left there were no longer spaces for nightly stays, with all the sites being long term renters. Several of the long term renters were allowed to build covered decks and to have things piled about their trailers. The pull through sites were being used by long term people, blocked on one end or made into 2 sites. We camped at Pine Ridge Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.
If we were looking for a place to spend the night we would stop in Oroville or in Chico.

Don't confuse this park with Quail Trails RV Park! This is across the road. Pine Ridge is a very clean, quiet and safe park. There are long-term RVs here but they are kept very clean, without stuff stored all around. The roads are all paved. The sites are level and gravel with several pull-through spaces, surrounded by talk Ponderosa Pine, Cedar and, Oak trees. There was plenty of room to put out our 4 slides and there's tons of privacy. We camped at Pine Ridge Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
