Check in was very quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. The clubhouse, office, and store were all clean and spacious. There is a large pool and spa with a nice large patio. The only reason I gave this park less than a ten is because the lower priced spots (which we had) back right up against Hwy 101. This is a busy route that connects Southern California with Northern California. During the day it's tolerable, but at night it does disturb sleeping. The park itself is very nice, it's kept very clean. The only grass is in the dog run and horseshoe pit. This is great due to the drought here. The spots are all stamped concrete and very level. The main reason we stayed here was due to a special that has now expired. We would probably not stay here again due to the noise, and the fact that there are other parks not far away. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
We took a stroll through downtown Paso Robles, a small town that was hit hard by a earthquake a number of years ago. We were very impressed with the remake of the town. There a numerous small bistros, coffee shops, and stores, along with area vineyards that offer tasting. We have a long bed dually and had no issues with parking.

Park is faultless. Spotlessly clean, many great amenities, level concrete pads. I cannot give it more than a 5 due to the racket from the highway out front. Made it a point to get a site farthest from the road but still was annoyed by the noise all night. Highway 101 is a main route for heavy trucking. This place would be a 10 if there was a sound wall blocking the road noise like in many bigger cities. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

I love this park. Flat sites, stamped concrete pads with reflective markers to help position you leaving room for access to utilities, well maintained plantings, a beautiful dog park, pretty club house and pools. Yes, it is noisy. I do wonder if a wall would help shield some of the noise. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Our club had an outing here. We had 15 sites around the clubhouse & restrooms. Both are super nice! Almost too nice- kinda felt like a Las Vegas ballroom. The pools are spotless and warm. Very well laid out for big rigs. The lady in the office had only been there a few days, needed more training before working solo. The bad: dog park is way at the end of the park, Wi-Fi was weak, and the freeway noise was crazy loud! And it never stops, even at night. We would stay again, but would insist on a spot far from the road. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Wow! We stayed here two nights on a Passport America rate which was a real bargain for this park. It looked virtually brand new, and was as beautifully appointed as we've ever seen in an RV park. Stamped concrete parking pads and patio spaces. Sites were long and wide, all with nice landscaping. We had to park our car right next to our 38' motor home and in front of the picnic table. Two pools and a spacious jaccuzzi were sparkling clean. Bathrooms and showers were almost elegant, with separate locking shower rooms complete with double vanity and dressing room. Extremely friendly staff, and maintenance crews all over the place working on landscaping and cleaning the property. There was a clubhouse and lounge which we did not go in. Small store. The one negative that other reviewers talk about is the very close proximity to the freeway. Our site backed right up to the freeway. We were not at all bothered by the noise while inside, and slept well. It's well located for visiting the numerous wineries in the area. For its exceptional cleanliness and beautiful appointments, we give it the highest rating possible, and would love to stay here again. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $70.00
Pros - Nice, clean park. Two pools with one for adults. Staff pre-assigned a spot so we would not have to be by the highway where it would be really noisy. Nice grassy fenced dog run. Cons - They required that we pay for 3 nights because of Labor Day, but 2 of our neighbors did not have to. Odd. Also store has minimal supplies and is only open until 5:00. Also odd. Fire pits not provided. There were flyers and we were told of a band that would play Friday night but it did not happen - no explanation as to why. This is a first class RV resort in every way and sets the standard for Paso Robles. Great pools, work out room, even has a "lounge" on premises that does complimentary wine tasting, and, pours beer and wine for "happy hour". The staff and management are amazing. Only downside at all is the noise from 101. It can't be understated, but, on the other hand, it is VERY convenient to the 101! Best suggestion is take a back in spot to the block wall farthest away from the highway. Not bad for sleeping that way, but you do hear the noise in and around the park. Super friendly staff. Check in was fast, easy, and fun. Site was easy to back into, angled just right. Clean everything from the sites to the washrooms and showers. Enjoyed the fireplace they had on the patio, they even supplied the wood. The public BBQ was a joy to use as the staff kept it clean and ready for the next guest. They treated you like family, a great experience. We will certainly return and recommend this Resort. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Maybe pick a lot away from the 101, some highway noise expected.
Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $75.00
Very nice park, and if a little farther from 101 it might be a 10. Wide roads, nice site size, and beautiful grounds. Will stay here again. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $61.00
Spotless everywhere. Nightly rate calculated from weekly rate. I wasn't clear that we wanted a space along the freeway side, which is $130 a week cheaper. WiFi good for email and surfing, not streaming. Staff nice. Hot tub very nice. Truck stop across highway has great breakfasts. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Price was a little on expensive side, but very nice, new facilities. Individual shower "rooms" very clean and well kept, clean restrooms, nice clubhouse area with wine/beer bar. Nice swimming pools and hot tub. Friendly, helpful people running the park. Garbage/Recycling was a little awkward, had to put it at front of your site for workers to pick up so it gets put in correct can. All in all a very nice facility. Excellent facilities. Pools, hot tub, two large rooms, nice lounge (beer/wine) with pool table. Wi-Fi solid and stable with good signal strength. No large trees to block satellite reception. Staff very friendly and helpful. Owner on site and very customer friendly. Major drawback is proximity to route 101. Very noisy most of the night. Sound carries to rear sites as well as the less expensive sites along the highway. We will check out all other alternatives before staying here again due to the highway noise. Otherwise a very nice park. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We loved this resort! Very well kept, friendly owners and managers, and just beautiful. There is some freeway noise depending on your spot but it wasn't bad. The lots are all nice stamped cement with nice landscaping in between. Roads are all paved. Very happy with our stay here. We were here for about 6 weeks while my husband worked in the area. Such a beautiful area with so much to do. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Overall, this is one of the nicest campgrounds we have seen. Very well kept. Streets are wide, the pull throughs are large. Little on the high side price wise, but they offer a Good Sam discount. Easy to find and close to many central CA attractions. Highly recommended. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $67.00
The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The facilities were amazing! We were sorry that our schedule only permitted us to stay one night. The entrance/exit is quite narrow and two large rigs coming from opposite directions could be tight. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
