Nice clean park. The owner/manager at first came across as not being very friendly but after a couple of minutes I realized he was pulling my leg with some of his comments. He is actually a very nice person so don't be put off by his tone of voice. Our site was a wide concrete pad and plenty deep enough for our 38' motorhome and lots of room to park our tow in front. There were some ends of branches touching our slides but just barely. The owner is trying to run the park by himself as his manager retired and his wife died so some of the regular maintenance is a bit behind schedule (such as trimming the tree branches and mowing the grass). Water pressure was good and tasted OK. We were able to get satellite TV with our detached antennae. Did not use the restrooms or the laundry so cannot comment on those. Verizon voice/data was good. For the price it was definitely a good value. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful little park! The owner is very sweet, but he is running everything by himself, and I think he is somewhat overwhelmed. He under-charged us, and I had to convince him to charge me the proper rate! The sites are all back-ins, but our 38' MH fit fine, with our Jeep in front of it. All sites are concrete with a small patio, and quite level. Big trees provide lovely shade but still, we had no trouble getting a good roof satellite TV signal. Wifi was pretty good, started out fine midday, then slowed at night, which is typical. Pool was small but lovely and the laundry is the least expensive we have seen! We would definitely come back. Note that the office, laundry room, and pool are all locked when the owner is off-site. They all open at 10:30 am and close at 5 pm, I think. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice Park. Very well taken care of. All sites are back-in only. Park is located in an older area of town. Railroad tracks across the street. Trains at all hours of the day. Water pressure is at 80 lbs. Electric and sewer are both good. Lots of trees in the park for shade. Satellite may or may not work depending on trees in the area. Pet area is a grass lawn by the entrance to the park. Park is quiet during the night except for the occasional train coming by. Verizon phone and data were adequate. Park WiFi was ok. Slow sometimes. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful little property, nice grass, sites are wide, shaded. Very nice owner. Only complaint was the side of the park we were parked up against abuts a crappy old, dirty full time motel with shady characters and smells. No problems, just didn't feel secure as if the motel wasn't there or if we would have been tucked in elsewhere. Excellent little park and I still highly recommend. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We were met by the owner when we checked in this time. We chose site 31 and it was an easy back-in and set-up. Utilities are at the rear of the site but not out of reach. CTV was okay, not great, but channels came in good. Sites are concrete, wide enough for patio, with our 35ft fifth wheel there was enough room to park the pickup. Laundry clean and $1 wash, $1 dry. The pool isn't open yet for the season, Koi pond, place to relax, table and chairs. There is plenty of room to navigate and all sites are back-in. This is a relaxing stopover for us and we will return when through the area again. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Safeway not far away for groceries. Fuel there is expensive. There is a Reservation station near the CG with fuel much less costly.

We stayed a couple of nights during Thanksgiving. The park is nice if small (that's not a bad thing at all). It's well-maintained and the people staying there are really nice and helpful. It's quiet, everything seems clean. The area around the park is pretty industrial, but it's a short drive to shopping and food in town, like less than 15 minutes. There are some really lovely trees in the park that make you forget that the rest of the area is industrial, and it feels very safe and secure. We'd definitely stay here again. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There are some nice things to be seen there but we stayed 2 days only because our one fur baby got sick and needed to see vet the next day.

We got some to go food from a dinner called Lulu's both nights as their food was a touch pricey but really good.

This is a small park with a small pool. No restroom or showers. You must be self contained. Cable is OK, satellite reception can be hard with all the trees. Sites are paved with patio, no tables on site. Laundry facilities are adequate for this size park. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were surprised to find a beautiful little RV park in the older section of town. Mostly long-term residents, but the park is kept in great condition. The staff and neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Backing in our huge fifth wheel was tricky, and the staff insisted on backing us in. Nice pool and patio area. Washer/dryers are very reasonably priced. Rate listed reflects the monthly rate. We were able to squeeze our dually and another vehicle on the site. We stayed at Green Acres for a couple of weeks while waiting for service on our rig. Mostly long-term residents, very nice people. The owner is an older man who impressed us as a man of principle - he even refunded us 82 cents when he realized he had overcharged us. He and the park host/hostess and our neighbors went out of their way to help and advise us with the issues with our rig. The park itself has sites which are close together but they are nicely landscaped. It's pretty quiet considering its location right next to a major road. The train track is active but we got used to it. The park is an oasis in a rough neighborhood, but we always felt safe there. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall, this is an excellent RV park. Host couple is very helpful and friendly, escort to site and guide backing. There was a minor remodel to the office but not a hinderance to business, finished before we left. Last year the owners tried a new cable provider and it didn't work. This year they are back to the old school analog cable provider and everything is great. Concrete pads and patios, easy access to utilities. Laundry still spotless and inexpensive. Pool is due to close for season sometime soon. We enjoy each visit here and will return again, when in the area. The car dealership in front is closed and empty. There are many places to see and explore within an fairly short drive. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

CG is easily accessible from SR-99. Camp Host met us and cleared our site of leaves before we backed in and set up. Owner and Host are friendly and helpful. Cable TV is free and available but the provider has changed and a converter box is now required, available from the office, for access. There are no restrooms in the CG. Laundry is $1 wash and $.50 dry and very clean. Other CG amenities are available and clean.

We enjoy this CG and will stop again when through the area. We camped at Green Acres RV Park in a .
