Spot 75 is in between to long term residents, unsightly and messy area, much too close, no grass. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

We only stayed here for a night. We stayed in the SuperSite, so this review is for the new are with the most "razzle dazzle". That said, this park was so easy to navigate with a big rig. There was flooding and we did see smaller rigs being circumvented to another area of the park where we would have refused to go. That said, our site and the area were really convenient. Really well laid out. The gravel is a tightly-packed gravel so no tracking (even in the dog park). I was shocked at how nice it was (I hate gravel). The only criticism is that even the SuperSites were tight to walk around your site because they have plantings and stones in places you'd normally walk. The picnic table and patio weren't something that I'd be impressed with but we were only there for a night. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

We use this park frequently but this trip was different. We like to stay in the "new" section with long pull throughs and quiet. We were amiss this time as many long term residents were now here and along with that comes storing people's stuff just about anywhere and overall unkempt condition of the site. When they give you a page full of rules as you all know that only applies to overnighters and the long term do whatever they please. This has always rankled us as short stay guests pay premium nightly rates and the long term usually pay half that for monthly rent. Concerning our site; utilities ok but internet was bad at all times, gravel areas were weedy and trash was obvious on the roadways but the staff never stopped to pick any of it up, just rode by on their cart and ignored everything. Probably due to the recent rainfall the gravel roads were chuckholed bad and looked like they had been that way for awhile. Not sure if we'll come here anymore. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Extremely well maintained, perfectly level paved pads. The wi-fi was good. At first we were put off by the lengthy list of rules. However, most seemed reasonable and they probably have to be very clear about what is permitted since they allow monthly renters. The one concern for us was the rules about dogs. The rules say that dogs are to use the dog relief areas. think the main concern is not allowing dogs to go on the grass. There are lots of gravel areas so it didn't prove to be a problem. However, they don't permit dogs to be left unattended in the RV. For people with dogs that means no going out to a restaurant or to shop or sight- unless your dogs can go with you. It was do-able for one night but would be a non-starter for us for longer stays. Our pups are okay to be left alone. This place has probably had issues. I might stay again for one night but would probably try to find another spot that would work better for us as dog owners. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Travel Trailer.

Just stayed here for a couple of nights passing thru, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get satellite reception, cell service and WiFI using our hotspot, we did not use the park internet. Site was long enough for our 40' motorhome and tow car and had some grass and a small table. We were able to get in and out of the site with our car connected. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

This park is very nice. There were a lot of full timers there, but perhaps they were snowbirds. The bathrooms are fab, as is the store and the meeting room. Wifi wasn't slow for us. There was NO recycling containers! Don't bother with their on line reservations; you won't hear back from them. Walking the dogs was a pleasure around both parts of the grounds. $50 for a pull through, which includes a delivered newspaper, donuts and coffee, and very nice staff. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for a few days as we explored near-by Lassen Volcanic National Park, Mount Shasta, Lake Shasta and visiting friends in the area. This is a very nice park, but expensive by our standards (although about par for California). Nice paved interior roads, level paved pads, attentive staff. Nice RV Park + Campground yes - RV Resort no. We camp in a "Tear Drop" style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table & set up our dining fly for sun/ weather protection so we rely on condition of campgrounds facilities being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area. We were in the older section of park across bridge but still very neat and tidy. Obvious upgrades and remodel done with pedestal sinks and nice secure /private tiled showers/fiberglass stalls that were not cramped + changing area w/nice corner bench. Extra nice touch was rubber floor mats when you exit shower, + shelves w/hooks for all your stuff / same as at the sink area - wish all parks would have these. Paved roads, cement pads, good space between sites w/vegetation green-space that included picnic table w/plenty mature shade trees. Newer section is in back of property on office side of river - boasts a separate building with modern clubhouse/private restroom/showers + a laundry. Also larger big rig rv sites + 3 yurts and 1 cabin that can be rented if you don't have an tent or rv . There's a pool and small playground. Overall a nice RV park/campground CONS: Just 1 - our picnic table was too small w/narrow table top - only for 2 We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Travel Trailer.

Wanted to check on a bit early- Was told NO way! No parking, don't show early. We sat in a truck stop killing time- Showed up at 12:10, they were nice at check in... Went to our new big-rig site to find them all empty!!! Overall a nice park, they try hard. Have done a good job fixin up the place. But too much $$$ for what you get. We won't stay here again. Do not plan on using the pool, it is freezing cold. They do not heat it. Lots of rules some a little crazy. I'm a full time RVer and stayed all over the US and Canada, never ever have I not been able to stake my awning sun shade down. I've stayed here 3 times not sure if I will again. We had a premium site with a very plush green lawn, nice landscaping, and close enclosed dog park. Liked that we could use our satellite TV. Had a great Father's Day breakfast done by this couple who did a fabulous job. Excellent eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, etc. They are also super friendly and accommodating. Have other similar events. Great people in the front office too. We loved our stay. Cancelled with another park to stay at a Premier RV Resorts in Lincoln City, OR. Don't mind paying a bit extra for a very nice park with very nice people. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to follow the directions given by the RV park web site. Our GPS would have taken us on a very poor route.

Highly recommend Sailing Boat Restaurant for great Chinese food. About 4 miles from the park. Info on the RV park flyer.

We stayed in a new section called super sites. We always reserve a pull-through to facilitate hooking up our vehicle. The one ding I would give them is that they need to warn to be on the pad you will need to disconnect your t0wed vehicle (at least with our Stowmaster tow bar). The water pressure was phenomenal. (And those of us with long hair will understand.) Also the newspaper delivered every morning is a great touch. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Normally when we are in the Redding, CA area we stay at one of two other RV parks but this trip decided to try Premier Resorts instead. Once again the word "Resort" rears it's head and in our opinion is not deserved. The price paid for a pull thru space in this park is approx. $10 higher than in the other two parks and in no way offers anything more in terms of amenities or space setup, etc. We were very disappointed in staying here as we did expect more than what we got for the extra money spent. Easy to find and drive into and far enough off I-5 so as not to hear traffic noises. Check in went smoothly and the small gift shop did have a few nice "trinkets", etc. for sale. The space itself was clean and level with a picnic table and the normal hookups which were conveniently positioned to make the hookup process easy and quick. Once again our major disappointment was with the price charged compared to the other two extremely nice parks in the immediate area. We feel that we were ripped off and overcharged and will not be staying at this park again. In our opinion when a park calls itself a resort and charges resort prices such as this one does, it should offer amenities over and above other parks close by that charge way less and offer more.............. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Stayed here several times. Large interesting place to stay. Our 40' + Jeep had no problem with their pull throughs with utility island right next to our basement doors. Concrete pads are tad lower at back of RV but level otherwise. A few pull throughs have a bit of a ramp up from access road to the pad. Other trailers and small RV's can park elsewhere. Nicely landscaped, very quiet, almost village atmosphere with small creek going through their campground. We're not Premier members and were welcomed by staff. VERY popular place and recommend reservations throughout the year. No walk-to shipping or eating - need a vehicle. We will stay again. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.
