Only negative is Free WIFI advertised. I have been able to connect ONCE for approximately TWO Minutes in 5 days. There's NO WIFI in newer section. I have 24' so plenty of room. I don't tow. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Had to book here at the last minute for Labor Day weekend as the destination I was headed for had fires and was being evacuated. The office was very helpful and got me a spot. It was a nice park and close enough to Shasta lake and downtown Redding to go on outings. I would defiantly stay here again for a vacation in this area. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Travel Trailer.

Generally nice park close to WaterWorks water park, nice car wash, Raleys grocery. Had a pull-through Supersite with patio and half-table/half-bench and nice green grassy area and small tree. Spacious site, wide open to satellite, good cable tv and OTA. Very quiet in this section of the Campground. Hookups were well placed and in good shape. Granddaughter loved the nice clean pool, playground and the nearby water park (weather was close to 100 degrees) Easy check in, clean facilities, nice staff. Note that if you want one of the four or so Supersites that are parallel to the road and have lots of green space you need to specify that. Average WiFi. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Top notch resort. Seems to cater for the quiet peaceful camper, not the 'kids running everywhere' campgrounds. Very clean grounds, lovely sites big enough for large motorhomes or sized right for smaller rigs. Bathrooms and showers immaculate, private, always available. Concrete pads, mostly level, lots of trees for shade except in the 'supersites' area for big rig pull thru's. Unless I had a 44ft or longer I'd prefer the non-supersite area, much prettier. Each site has patio with table, but no BBQ or firepit. Nice pool, never crowded. Definitely recommended. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Didn't find much in Redding. Sundial bridge worth a visit to watch the trout fishing boats drifting by. Riverwalk is OK for some exercise but mostly open to the hot sun, take water.

Beautiful property with welcoming, friendly staff. We were guided to our spot very quickly and concrete pad was 100% level. 2 wi-fi codes are provided at check-in. 2 more were additionally given when requested. Wi-if isn't too fast but did not drop. Park was pretty full and they offer two hotspots. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. After wintering in Mesa, it was lovely to see green grass & flowering shrubs! Tips for other Campers:

CA-44 is a gorgeous, scenic road leading into Redding from the south. It was perfectly easy to navigate with our 45' coach & tow. Take it & enjoy. We drove back to Lassen Volcanic National Park the next day and it was a beautiful park.

This is a lovely park. The older section provides shade the newer section (called the super sites) is great for Satellite reception. The host & hostess are very friendly. You are escorted to your site. There is cable & WiFi . We stayed in one of the super sites. The hook ups were well placed. The sites were level. The roads were easy to navigate. There was grass & a nice picnic table on a concrete patio by each site. There are a couple of dog runs, no grass just gravel but it was nicely kept up. There is a pool. We had no problem with cell signal. Redding has lots of shopping & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

We recommend Sailing Boat Chinese Restaurant. It is advertised in the pamphlet the park hands you on check in. We had lunch there. The food was very good. A little different then what we are used to but very enjoyable. The prices were reasonable & the service was excellent. The waitress told us they deliver to our RV park.

We stayed for one night as we were passing through. Our site was well shaded and next to the very clean washrooms & shower building. We backed onto the creek which was dry at our location. The laundry room was clean and not too busy. Restaurants are just a short drive up the hill. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Travel Trailer.

We only stayed here for a night. We stayed in the SuperSite, so this review is for the new are with the most "razzle dazzle". That said, this park was so easy to navigate with a big rig. There was flooding and we did see smaller rigs being circumvented to another area of the park where we would have refused to go. That said, our site and the area were really convenient. Really well laid out. The gravel is a tightly-packed gravel so no tracking (even in the dog park). I was shocked at how nice it was (I hate gravel). The only criticism is that even the SuperSites were tight to walk around your site because they have plantings and stones in places you'd normally walk. The picnic table and patio weren't something that I'd be impressed with but we were only there for a night. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

We use this park frequently but this trip was different. We like to stay in the "new" section with long pull throughs and quiet. We were amiss this time as many long term residents were now here and along with that comes storing people's stuff just about anywhere and overall unkempt condition of the site. When they give you a page full of rules as you all know that only applies to overnighters and the long term do whatever they please. This has always rankled us as short stay guests pay premium nightly rates and the long term usually pay half that for monthly rent. Concerning our site; utilities ok but internet was bad at all times, gravel areas were weedy and trash was obvious on the roadways but the staff never stopped to pick any of it up, just rode by on their cart and ignored everything. Probably due to the recent rainfall the gravel roads were chuckholed bad and looked like they had been that way for awhile. Not sure if we'll come here anymore. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Extremely well maintained, perfectly level paved pads. The wi-fi was good. At first we were put off by the lengthy list of rules. However, most seemed reasonable and they probably have to be very clear about what is permitted since they allow monthly renters. The one concern for us was the rules about dogs. The rules say that dogs are to use the dog relief areas. think the main concern is not allowing dogs to go on the grass. There are lots of gravel areas so it didn't prove to be a problem. However, they don't permit dogs to be left unattended in the RV. For people with dogs that means no going out to a restaurant or to shop or sight- unless your dogs can go with you. It was do-able for one night but would be a non-starter for us for longer stays. Our pups are okay to be left alone. This place has probably had issues. I might stay again for one night but would probably try to find another spot that would work better for us as dog owners. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Travel Trailer.

Just stayed here for a couple of nights passing thru, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get satellite reception, cell service and WiFI using our hotspot, we did not use the park internet. Site was long enough for our 40' motorhome and tow car and had some grass and a small table. We were able to get in and out of the site with our car connected. This park is very nice. There were a lot of full timers there, but perhaps they were snowbirds. The bathrooms are fab, as is the store and the meeting room. Wifi wasn't slow for us. There was NO recycling containers! Don't bother with their on line reservations; you won't hear back from them. Walking the dogs was a pleasure around both parts of the grounds. $50 for a pull through, which includes a delivered newspaper, donuts and coffee, and very nice staff.
