As stated in other reviews, this is basically a very clean parking lot with concrete pads and hookups.
Pluses include: fairly level concrete pad; use of hotel pool, fitness room, and hot tub - ask for "room" key when registering. Electric cart service to and from the casino. Grass areas on the perimeter of the area with grills and tables. Nice river walk accessible across the street from the RV area.
Decent restaurant in the casino; and $10 free play (that includes an extra $5 for staying at the rv park).
Cons include: super bright all night long. Super hot during the day (it was 100+ out) since the RV area is all asphalt and concrete. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.

Stayed on Saturday night. Park was mostly full. Glad we made a reservation. FWIW, we noticed a couple rigs were parked in sites during day, but not hooked up. They left before dark and the sites were subsequently filled by incoming rigs.
Be wary of the speed bumps, they only partially cover the whole width of the entrance and exit lanes. They can cause a lot of rocking and rolling as you drive to and from the RV parking area. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.
Casino Elements Restaurant currently has a $5.00 breakfast special on Thur-Sun mornings. Coffee isn't terribly expensive either.

For a stop-over site, or even a several-day stay, this is about as good as it gets. From previous reviews, my primary concern was that this would be an impossible place to sleep due to overhead sodium lights, but it was not nearly as bad as described. And at the time of year we stayed, there was the ever-present sound of frogs at night. I have no idea where the water is, but there has to be a creek or pond bordering the parking lot somewhere.
This place is tiny, and of course it's your basic parking lot (no landscaping), but the hookups are IMMACULATE. All sites are pull-through. Each site offers your choice of 50, 30, or 20 amp service, water, and sewer. There are several dog stations (with bags and trash cans for same) for walking, but there's also a little fenced yard in the corner in case you want to let Fido loose.
And the service! Holy cow. You can easily walk to the casino from the RV lot if you want, but electric carts are ever-available (or if not, just call the phone number they give you, and one will instantly appear). These people are friendly and accommodating. I'm pretty sure the next time we come through, we'll stay more than just one night.
The casino is also smaller than I imagined, but even then, there is a separate, closed-off non-smoking area, although the regular casino wasn't bad at all. I wasn't aware of any smoky haze or smell.
My only ding would be for the "good" restaurant, which wasn't that great. We asked for cheese sauce for the broccoli, for example, and at first they brought us a tiny bit of shredded cheese (?), price extra. When I make it clear my BF wanted actual *sauce*, they brought out... melted Velveeta?? Better they should have just said no. But they tried. Price is excellent, of course (it's a casino), but don't expect first-class food. The trade-off is that you can drink all you want, and not have to drive to get there or back. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.

Nice park, had a golf cart to guide us to our spot. Then gave us a ride to registration. Staff had lots of suggestions for dining, and the restaurants were good. Only stayed one night, but it was a nice, secure place to rest. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.

Fully paved, level sites, no exterior bath/showers at the RV lot (there may be some near the pool at the hotel part of resort, which RVers have access to). Excellent staff with the golf cart shuttle always available. The Redding area has deteriorated over the years and the units/companies/brigades/divisions of worthless, homeless, drug, and alcohol abusing petty thieves continues to grow. But this park is an oasis in the middle of all that urban blight, they maintain the security there (common sense still prevails, secure your own stuff if you want to keep it). It definitely do get HOT in summertime! This will be our stopping point for all future visits to family in the area. They have a small dog run area, and very nice picnic/BBQ area with heavy duty, clean BBQ for your use. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.
Lake Shasta, Sacramento River, Mt. Shasta, Lassen Park all near.

Overnight in our class C with friends in their 5th wheel coming home to CA from Idaho. Modern, clean and secure little 14 space rv park as part of the WinRiver Casino complex. They took part of the back parking lot and made full hookup, drive-thru sites with an adjoining wooded border and grassy lawn/picnic/bbq area. Golf cart shuttle guy comes to greet you and tell you to call whenever you want to ride to the casino hotel, where RV renters have all of the same hotel amenities as hotel guests, i.e.- pool, spa, etc..... Sites are clean and level with security staff patrolling the area 24 hrs. We thought it was a great find at a great price with the casino, restaurants and short drive off I-5 for heading home the next day. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.
This is a destination stop, as once in the rv park and connected you have the Casino/Hotel as your primary resource unless you have a toad to reach out into the greater Redding area. I would definitely make this a waypoint on future I-5 trips north or south from our Folsom, CA base. In the middle of summer this would be a very hot location tho so I'd tend toward Spring, Fall or Winter stays here.

The RV Park is at the back end of the casino parking lot. It has full hookups. No wifi, no cable. Our AT&T hotspot worked fine and antenna picked up the major networks. As previous reviews stated, the lot is lit up like a baseball park. At midnight, our roof vents looked like sunlight was coming through. Redding is so beautiful, an outdoor paradise, with so much potential, but crime is rampant - drugs, theft, vandalism, violence, etc. We experienced it first-hand. Our son's bike was stolen, despite the lit up lot and security cameras everywhere. Casino security reviewed their tapes and confirmed the theft, caught the guy, and turned him over to police. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

Just a large parking lot with some hookups. There are enough lights to light up a baseball stadium. Some noise from trains. Good for over-night but that's about it.Will go to the Elks Lodge next time through. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for two nights. On Friday night the rv park was used as overflow parking for the casino. It was VERY noisy with cars coming and going until the wee hours. On top of that the golf cart shuttles were whirring around. When I tried to contact the manager, there was no response. We expected some kind of quiet hours, even at a casino. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.

This "park" is a paved parking lot with hookups, but no WiFi or TV. The actual sites are on concrete, long enough for 5er and truck, pull through, wide enough for slide outs but not for awnings. You don't extend the awnings anyway. Registration is at the casino hotel, friendly, helpful but definitely not RVers. You receive a key to open the power pedestal at your site. Additionally, first time here, I received a bonus card with $15.00 on it to play in the casino. Therefore, this park is a real good deal! Had dinner in the restaurant and was very pleased with it. There are no restrooms at this park. It is about as nice as a paved parking lot can be but you are not coming to this park for the scenery anyway. It is well lit the whole night and there are rail tracks up front right across the road. The trains blow their whistle until about 8 p.m., I didn't hear them later. I will return if again in the area. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice "Casino" type RV park. We barely got parked before a very friendly host drove up and offered us a ride on his golf cart to the registration desk to check in. This is a new casino and they offer many benefits to stay here. The best part is that it is only $24 a night for a FHU site! Sites are completely paved and level. No cable or Wi-Fi which was no big deal to us. Verizon voice and data was excellent as was the digital TV antenna reception. Register for the River Club card and you will receive $10 each free gambling credits. Note: This is a very secure area which means that the RV parking area is brightly lit all night with security cameras and regular patrols. We had to cover our bedroom windows to block the bright lights, but we slept well. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

I give this park a 8 because its quiet, secure and they give you back ten dollars per person for casino play. I took two points off for no internet and no cable. For one night if weather permitting I would stay in parking lot but for longer stays definitely in the park. The surrounding area ia very well landscaped it would be interesting to fast forward ten years and see what time and wear has done to this park: hopefully it looks the same. I will stay here again. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Motorhome.

Asphalt parking lot with utilities on curb island. Enough room for slide outs only. Some sites not level front to back. Entry road to the left before you pass the casino building. Lock on electric box so you must register inside casino. We camped at Win-River Casino in a Fifth Wheel.
